Crap, Kiyoshi hadn't counted on his larger opponent going aerial to press the offensive after the hold was employed. However not to deviate, he followed through with his own attack plan to the finest point as the forearm would meet just the resistance of weight since the Czech was airborne. Naturally Kiyoshi continued with the throw just to get the distance and make sure that aerial assault that was being thrown at him would be a failure. Thus it was, but only barely as he just narrowly avoided what could have easily been a lights-out finishing blow. A morbid smile formed on the Japanese combatants lips at that realization.
Now Kiyoshi's plan had not worked fully as it was intended to but had also prevented some unforeseen circumstances. However since the trip missed there wasn't the spacing he wanted and with the leg released the Czech would have all the chance to come forward again as he regained balance. Thus it was obvious that the Junior would have to fight through the shortness of breath until he could either get that space or until he overcame it... so press forward!
With the words of the villain of 'The Karate Kid' in his mind, Kiyoshi burst forward the short step as the other fighter gathered himself. Planting his left in the ground and swung his right quickly on a low level to try to catch the large man's right leg just after it hit the ground. The precise target was just above the knee since Kiyoshi was predicting a raise up to avoid the strike. Granted there were more ways to avoid a sweep of the leg but that was the one he would cover in his method of attack. Now there was no full body spin employed during this attack as Kiyoshi had no intentions of offering his back for another disadvantageous moment again. That way if he missed this simple attack, he would not be unable to respond on the counter. If it worked, his leg would be place for a return kick back across his body, this time aiming for the larger man's head instead. When fighting a technical man as this one seemed to be, leaving too many openings would be a quick way to lose.

The Czech's eyes narrowed just as he had regained his composure. The Asian boy was already back on the offensive? Had he even caught his breath? A smirk washed over Veyugan's face as his eyes quickly scanned over his opponent as he closed the small distance quickly. The boy's left foot planted hard - another kick? - if so, it would look as if this time it would be a standing kick. By the movements the boy made by planting his left foot, his right should be coming soon. Hopefully it wouldn't be an arm. There was no motion that signified that in the boy's attack. Veyugan prepared a counter instantaneously. Risky, risky. Veyugan's right leg shot across his body as the boy brought his own right out to play. The Czech's shin would hopefully collide in the vicinity of the boy's knee, throwing the boy's attack off, confusing him, and buying Veyugan time to complete his move. All of his weight would be put behind the attack, and the blocking of the kick was only the beginning. Right after leg would hit leg, Veyugan would push off his left, bringing it up under him, then firing it out quickly to strike toward the boys chest. There would be a split second where Veyugan's back would be toward the boy - a very small window as his back was rotating constantly around, but still possible if the boy was able to read into attacks. OOC~* Like the video, but opposite legs.

A small sneer formed on the Asian fighter's face as the target limb was raised in a manner to block the attempted attack. Clever move considering that most people would expect the countermeasure to a precision strike to a limb to be a dodge, using that limb to block would throw combatants for a loop. However there was little more that Kiyoshi could do once his kick was blocked then set it on the ground as doing much of anything else post block would be a waste of movement when a counter attack was likely to be coming in the following instants. True enough that is what happened when the guy immediately followed with a jumping whirlwind kick that gave Kiyoshi little time to react. Given the positioning of his feet, the natural move was to twist his upper body so instead of getting hit square in the chest again, Kiyoshi took the blow on his right arm as his left foot dug in to steady himself. Of course the force of the blow would leave him with a rather dead arm that would be lacking a lot of pop moving forward but it did save his chest.
Now there was the matter of how Kiyoshi would respond. There wasn't much time to think things through when dealing with a tactical fighter since he would be able to plot better with more time. Thus, the rambunctious teen spurted into action yet again. This time throwing his weight forward onto the right leg and swinging the left around in a roundhouse manner. It was intended to be timed as the Czech landed from his own attack, however that would rely on how well the larger man could land his maneuver. First thing to do was whipping his head around to get his eyes on the target as he spun about, which would be bringing his left foot around his backside. There would be a slight shift as Kiyoshi circled around, instead of attacking across... he would arc his leg to strike in a more vertical manner targeting the larger male's collarbone.
There was a lot of risk in his attack, but Kiyoshi was getting rather thin ground. He had been back against the fountain, short of breath for sometime though he channeled his inner surfer to fight through, and had essential lost the strength in his dominant arm. It was going so good at the moment.

Just as Veyugan had completed his kick, and was landing - the Asian boy had initiated his attack. It seemed it would be another kick - as the legs started to move once more in somewhat familiar pattern. The Czech's mind raced, trying to recall a time where he had seen that pattern. There were several options - even the same attack he himself had just performed. But the boy wouldn't, would he?
There it is.
Veyugan's eyes narrowed as he watched the leg spin behind the boy - waiting for the perfect opportunity.
In mid flight, the boy's leg shifted gracefully - coming upward with the intent on coming back down, but where was it headed? Veyugans eyes noted a wide opening, but he hesitated. His intention was to rush forward, causing the backside of the boy's knee to strike the shoulder. From there he would have done something, but the hesitation, matched with the boy's alarming speed didn't allow Veyugan to do that. Honestly, he just didn't want to get that close to the Asian nuts.
Instead, the Czech took the strike to inside of his left shoulder, causing his body to take a knee. Pain exploded throughout his shoulder, but the collarbone stayed in-tact. Thankfully, Veyugan WAS quick enough to manipulate the plasma in his blood to rush to the site of attack and thicken - preventing a fracture, but doing nothing to prevent the pain.
Pain.
Grunting through it, Veyugan forced himself upward quickly - hopefully before the boy re-gained his composure. A gloved right fist would swing upward violently in a classic uppercut - aimed underneath the boys chin. Honestly, the Czech wanted blood - to see it trickle from the boys chin, and coat the studs on his glove. The pain from the kick had revived him - brought him back to life. His hunger was back.

Success! Kiyoshi had landed a much more substantial blow that gave him a very large boost in confidence, which was a good and bad thing. It would partially refuel the fire inside his soul for combat, not that much refueling was ever needed, and it would cause him to press further on the offensive while negating the defensive aspects. Thus he would move as quickly as possible to gather himself to attack yet again, before his was even truly set. Instead of bringing his leg back under him, Kiyoshi used it to pull as weight forward while shifting forward on his plant foot. Those simple adjustments would leave him moving forward however off balance as he may have been.
Now in doing this move forward Kiyoshi hauled back his left arm, which was still rather lively considering the dead right one. With his off balance weight barreling forward, the left arm would fire over on a more downward trajectory and across the face of the larger man as he was rising from the previous blow. The genius of the strike was the weight behind and trajectory over the uppercut of his opponent , which when analyzed would be oddly reminiscent of the ‘superman punch’ often used by MMA fighters. However the idiocy of the strike was that he really raised no defensive measure to the blow that was being sent at his own jaw…
Thus, unless Veyugan altered his own attack, the uppercut would land its mark causing the Japanese students head to rock back violently from the force. A mixture of blood and spit erupting from his mouth with the blow. With the already unbalanced posture of the young Kiyoshi, it would knock him complete off center and send him careening backward toward the ground. A cloud of dust kicked up as the student crashed down, climbing back rather slowly to his hands and knees with eyes focused back toward the other combatant hoping that he had landed his own blow.

Eyes widened at the boy as he initiated another attack almost immediately after his prior had just landed. The Czech had to give it to him. He had balls. As Veyugan was preparing and releasing his attack, he couldn't really see where the Asian boy was going with his little leg flail. He had never seen that manuever. Paying no mind, a smirk crossed his lips once more as he fired his fist upward into the uppercut.
What the ... ?
A flash of white and red. What the fuck was that? Veyugan was once more on a knee - a few feet away from the boy who was now trying to lift himself up off the ground. A warm liquid was starting to trail down the Czech's face from his now split eyebrow. Eye's were absent of conscious as his mind replayed what had happened - storing the movements made by the boy for a future date. So ... he brought his leg down and back, while simultaneously bringing his fist forward into a punch. The 'rocking' motion of his body added such a force behind the blow - that the Czech had temporarily lost his vision.
A solitary finger traced the trail of blood up to the source. As his finger traced over the cut, Veyugan applied his Qi to force the blood to coagulate, stopping the flow. The application of the Qi tired him just a little, but it didn't seem either fighter was making a move to continue the fight.
His eyes focused on the blood stained finger. Oh, it had been quite a while since someone had broke Veyugan's skin. The sight of his own blood was ... a tad foreign to the Czech. Looking back up to take in the sight of the boy, Veyugan realized this ... kid was a better fighter than he looked. However, the Czech still didn't see him as an equal. Close, but not yet. The thought of it though ... was funny.
It started quiet, and built even slowly, but soon Veyugan was laughing at the thought of it all. At the reality of it all. It had been a good fight, ironic, as he had no idea it would be.
A new wave of energy flowed through the Czech - more adrenaline than anything - as he pushed himself to his feet, pain gnawing at his brow and shoulder. He made his way over to the boy who was on his hands and knees, and silently offered a hand down to him to help him to his feet. With this, Veyuan also offered a questionable smile.

Kiyoshi grin lightly with a bit of blood stained teeth. With the knowledge of success from his own attack it made the pain from the one he had taken subside bit by bit. It always felt better to know that your opponent wasn’t going to go home unscathed from a fight, enough to make your own pain seem less, often thanks to adrenaline. However noticing that his opponent was taking his time as well, Kiyoshi stopped trying to get up and merely rolled to a sitting position to rest. What a sight it must have been for the moon, since no one else was around, to watch the two of them clock each other. Sure enough, the Japanese male had fared slightly worst than his Czech counterpart but given tactical errors against a tactical fighter… nothing to be ashamed of.
Slowly, as the Czech laughed for his own reasons, Kiyoshi started his own laugh. It hadn’t been often that he had a fight that was that much fun. Much of his last days in 552 were battling corrupted people and psychopaths while much of his time here so far had been nothing more than readjusting to the west coast. Those one on one fights with honor, respect, and effort… best time you could have at a school, in a system like this one. This was the reason Kiyoshi didn’t want to see the system be destroyed just changed, altered so that this kind of thing was more prevalent and no interference. As much as he would have liked to push himself to go farther, he’d reached his limit with that realization. It was as though going until one of them was knocked out would ruin the whole experience.
Thus when offered the help to get up, even with a questionable grin, Kiyoshi accepted the helping hand. Still struggling slightly to get himself up as his head was ringing from the blow and his one arm was still dead, obviously, he was aware enough that he could try to respond if that smile turned to an attacking one. He wasn’t completely stupid. But he sure had taken a fair share of blows in the fight. With a short grin, Kiyoshi nodded to the larger Czech man before stepping over to the edge of the fountain and sitting on the edge, at least he could get up from there. He dug into a pocket before spitting another wad of blood from his mouth, his hand retrieving a crumple pack of cigarettes…
“…shit.”

The Czech took a seat on the fountain a few feet away from the boy. His heart was still pumping adrenaline through his boy and due to that, the water in the fountain pulsated with Veyugan's heartbeat. His hands moved to collect his things, bringing a cigarette to rest between his lips. White orbs flicked over to the boy - noting a crumpled pack of cigarettes in his hand. Words escaped the boys mouth, but the Czech couldn't catch what he said ... or even what language he said. However, he knew that look when staring at a pack of cigarettes. Either he was out, or they were wet, or they were broken. Veyugan held one out for the boy.
"Name's Veyugan."

“Thanks…”
Kiyoshi said before accepting the offered cigarettes with a slight nod. Pretty much everything had been crushed in his pocket save for the lighter, which allowed him to light the bummed cigarette and inhale the sinful smoke. There was a calming effect to thet act that brought his hyped up systems back down toward their normal operating levels. It would take a few minutes to fully calm down. Regadless Kiyoshi turned to respond to the casual introduction.
“Kiyoshi Akechi… soon to be Captain of this school and changing everything.”
Finishing his own introduction with a rather forward proclaimation, Kiyoshi grinned lightly as a show of confidence and not one of humor. Ambition was something people often tried to hidebut when very few people took you seriously it was less of a concern. Actually, ambition was hidden only by those who were likely to come close to achieving their goals while the boisterious often fell far short, a trend Kiyoshi would break. However it would not be something achieved alone, assistance was required and that was the main reasoning for his verbalization of his goal. After a pause to take another drag off the cigarette while staring idly at the courtyard before him, the Junior shot a sidelong glance at the Czech.
“Any interest in helping when needed?”
It was a simpe question to be sure, one that did not even require a definite answer at the moment. Kiyoshi was still gathering support and strengthening himself for the upcoming campaign. Through the unspoken words of fist Veyugan seemed like someone who might be willing to assist in the cause, even if only on a temporary basis. Either way the Czech could prove a powerful ally and there was no real risk in asking.

A simple nod was given to the boys thanks. The Czech understood what it was like to have the urge to smoke after a fight ... and not have a cigarette. Shit's probably worse than anything they could do to you in Guantanamo. So the Asian boy took the cigarette, and lit his at the same time Veyugan lit his. As always, the first intake of smoke was brought into his mouth and pushed out without inhalation; because fuck butane, that's why.
Kiyoshi Akechi - the aspiring School Captain.
As the words hit the Czech's ears, he couldn't help supressing his laugh. In all honesty, he wasn't laughing at the boy, more so at the idea. The Czech moved the cigarette - hearing the question from Kiyoshi. Would he help? Sure, it could be fun, but at the same time, history does repeat itself. Veyugan would move his lips to speak - a little bit of his history being revealed.
"I've held those same aspirations before. Back in New York, before I came here - we attempted to take down the pillar system. It was always organized at the last minute with little to no preparation. We came close, but we were unable to. I left that failed attempt behind. So ... My answer to your question - "
Once more, the cigarette would be lifted to his lips, giving the Czech a few more moments to decide if what he had already chosen was the right answer. The smoke billowed from his nose as he spoke once more.
"No ... Unless you have a clear cut plan to sabotage the system. If you do, I'd love to bring down the authority in the school. However; cross me -"
His right hand reached down to his kris which he had just collected from the rim of the fountain. Unsheathing the blade - he pointed it toward Kiyoshi.
"I'll cut you and everyone else involved down."
Sheathing the blade, Veyugan motioned once more to talk.
"But I doubt it'll come down to that. Besides. I think it'll be fun working with you."

Kiyoshi had expected skepticism to his lofty goal, hard to really think of the rather small Japanese student as someone capable of achieving such things. However it was only proper to let Veyugan say what he needed to say before he would respond, also it allowed him to address most of the concerns at one time. Thus he sat silently simply inhaling the smoke and expelling it in regular intervals while listening to the Czech.
At the moment the weapon was drawn and pointed at Kiyoshi, he had shifted to tap a few ashes of the end of the paper cylinder. He paused this action in response, simply staring down the item to its wielder with an unflinching gaze that would tell an observant man that he’d had weapons pointed at him before this time. A small smile crept across his face as well, the origin was in the irony of his own heritage and the words being directed at him, or the Czech had solid knowledge of Japanese history. An Akechi being threatened with harm should they betray someone, it was a laugh to those that knew of the history. Regardless, the weapon was sheathed and Veyugan finished voicing his side. Kiyoshi tapped off the ashes before taking another long drag while formulating his response.
“It’ll be fun I assure… but I won’t be destroying the system.”
A clever grin formed as the Japanese junior planned to explain his words.
“If the system is destroyed, how long before the police are here making sure not even the most casual fight takes place? Do we want to lose that freedom? I say no. I plan to take the Captain spot to make sure that pillars no longer parade around smashing skulls to prevent fights. Instead they will let people settle their beefs with each other without interference. The freedom to fight… and with a unified student body ready to march on a teacher abusing their power… everything will be settled.”
Finishing with a small little chuckle smile, Kiyoshi’s eyes shifted again to the school. What he envisioned required a strength that no one could wield alone, like minded strong warriors fighting for the one goal. After taking a brief puff of the cig, he shifted his gaze back toward the potential ally to say one more thing in case Veyugan wanted more specific methods for achieving his goal.
“First, I need to see what kind of support I can get from the stronger fighters… after that I take the junior pillar spot and build my support. Hopefully get the Crows running… then it is methodical elimination of those standing in my way,”

A thin smile crossed the Czech's lips as Kiyoshi spoke. Raising the cigarette to his mouth, Veyugan took a long pull of smoke as he thought the plan over. It seemed the long term goals of the Asian and the Czech differed. Kiyoshi sought reformation. Veyugan sought abolishment. All in all, the fighting unsettled the Czech. As a young kid, he had been pushed into the American education system - fighting his way through just to stay alive. As he aged, fighting became mechanical - a reflex. The regular and constant day to day fighting bored the Czech, sickened him. Shit, he's learned more about fighting than any of his subjects combined. That's why they needed a plan that would be quick, effective, and possibly lethal to tear the system down. There was a little saying Veyugan had. If you put in twice as much work today, you're paving the way for an easier tomorrow. This system corrupted everything and everyone it touched. Kiyoshi's plan would put a leash on it, but do little else. No, it had to be brought down.
Exhaling, Veyugan moved to speak.
"I believe we see things differently. You see the fighting as a type of outlet; as did I years ago. However, now - it's apparent that in this system - these pillars and captains are faux titles to keep the student body away from the faculty. It's a method to ensure this type of corruption remains ongoing."
A soft sigh emitted from Veyugan as he continued.
"Fighting in school isn't freedom. It's always been controlled. Ever since the introduction of the pillar and captain system, fights have raged on to claim the title. But who stays at the top? The best. And who do they answer to directly? The dean - the one pulling the strings."
"Think about this. What if there were no captains or pillars? The students would still fight - still have the freedom to, without even worrying about getting rushed by the pillars or captain. However, once things escalated, someone would have to step in. The teachers would be the only ones able to. Not wanting to look bad or get their hands dirty - they adopt this pillar system. They hide that they're the ones responsible. They take the negative criticism of corporal punishment and push it onto the strongest students, as they're now the ones punishing the bad. Then they present it all in one cute little bundle - saying how it turns bad students good. It's all a stage act.
Taking the last drag of his cigarette, Veyugan flicked the butt away as he finished his two cents.
"It's a plague, and it's starting to spread across the nation. So you need a big bang to capture attention - expose the school. Find a way to show that the faculty is controlling a select number of students to keep order - or eliminate the troubled students, and it goes viral. Eveyone hears it, sees it, realizes it, and it all comes down. Overnight. First, you have to deal with the pillars and captain. Then ... the problem is the dean and the rest of the corrupted faculty. Not only beating them - but finding a way to make them confess what they're doing."
"The only problem with that is ... Finding others that are willing to enter a world overflowing with violence, pain, chaos, and death just for the hopes of seeing a world without it."

Kiyoshi listened quietly with the cigarette slowly burning away as it hung from his lips. It was true that they had a different opinion on things, vastly. In fact there was very little that Veyugan said, which Kiyoshi could see himself agreeing with but he would hold his interjection until the end of the older male’s speech. Once that moment came, the young Japanese student decided to speak up after exhaling a cloud of smoke from his nostrils.
“Like you said… teachers don’t want to get their hands dirty. Any situation where that might even be close to happening on a large scale, the police will be called. Then we become one bad egg in the greater scheme of things.”
Another drag off his cigarette as Kiyoshi wondered if he was making his point yet. If the teachers were smart enough to keep it functioning so long, what were the chances they would slip up now when the world say them as the good guys? Especially with the police just three numbers away.
“Even if you could just tear it down overnight… what next? Everybody is supposed to hold hands and sing Cumbaya? There will still be students with anger from the past and there will be the same monsters who just want to maim people. It will be chaos that will just invite outside intervention. Then the world has to wonder what the lesser of two evils is… I can guess which they’ll pick.”
Aware that he sounded like a Doomsayer, Kiyoshi shrugged lightly while looking back toward the school. In truth, he loved the fighter and testing his abilities but there was a chance he was the minority. Given that he had to acknowledge the eventual wish to abolish it.
“If this system can be destroyed… it will take time. The current students need time to let the anger from the long standing abuse to subside. Make a smaller change now, one that is easily accomplishable in comparison. I hate to use and analogy but think of it as a building. Rip it apart from the inside and you’ll be crushed under its weight along with everyone else. Chip away at the foundation and allow people to evacuate then only those unwilling to move get crushed. Make the smaller change and trust the future.”
Kiyoshi smashed the burning butt of the cigarette onto the fountain edge. He was making a concession for an ally. In his vision of the future those would did not wish to fight would not have to or be dragged into it. However he was aware that the world was imperfect and messy, thus he was aware that it would not likely turn out as he envisioned.

OOC~* Sorry for the delay.
The Czech listened intently to every word Kiyoshi said, trying to picture the vision he had long term. In a sense, he did make several valid points. However, it wouldn't be long before Veyugan was done with school entirely. When that happened, he would be long gone - hopefully. While he was here, he definitely wanted to make a lasting impression on the school system 259 had in place.
As the boy finished his own speech, Veyugan merely sat quietly, mulling it all over in his mind. This much was true: With no one at his side, Veyugan didn't stand a chance in hell at accomplishing anything. If he sided and aided Kiyoshi with his plan - something would happen. Albeit a small change in the present - it would open the door for long term opportunities. Also, the Czech would be able to 'chip away' at the student body within 259. If it meant destroying, possibly killing any students, Veyugan would definitely be a part of it.
"Well, whatever you have in mind, I'll definitely help you out. You seem like you know what you're talking about, which is a rarity in this school. Also ... if you need help tearing down the pillars and present Captain, whoever he is, I'd be more than willing to lend a hand."

{OoC: Such a bad post... no mojo. ._.'}
“Gladto hear it, man.”
Kiyoshi spoke quite frankly as he slowly rose from his sitting position. Gaining an ally hadn’t been the goal of this night’s trip, far from it in fact, however it was a positive outcome to say the least perhaps even better than what had been intended. He got a workout and an ally instead of just a night’s scout of the school grounds. The junior stretched his sore arms skyward as he stood tall, the lactic acid settling and creating an unpleasant stiffness that would inhibit the ride home slightly. He’d make sure to grab some ice when he finally got there.
“I’ll see you around then.”
A simple wave farewell as Kiyoshi headed off toward his motorcycle to head home and get himself some food and rest. It had been a good night, and it looked like the coming days would be hectic.
