David listened patiently. If anything about him changed, it was his hunger to interrupt those who were in the middle of giving a speech. He would have generally interjected a bias notion about the mans statement, but instead resolved to hear the words. He put both hands in his pockets, ignoring the movement to draw from his coat. David knew if Unfettered wanted him dead, he would have killed him at some point already. Why let those who seemed a threat get close to you before you draw such a thing? Made no sense, and was out of character for the white haired german. His eyes went down to the sheet of paper, no feeling of surprise etched on his face. Always the one for dramatics, was this guy. Always a plan. David stepped forward casually, gently taking the slip in his hand.
He looked up to Unfettereds eyes.
"Your going to Sacramento?"
He waited for the answer before he continued.
"So, your going to head straight to the Governors office, are you? Or did you plan on appealing directly to the Educational board? Whats the goal here?" David hoped it was the former. The educational board was strict, calculating. They had, within the last week, appointed a new council President, one who actually attended the campus of 259 for quite some time. David Handed the paper back.
"It wouldn't be right for me to take such a survey. But-" He looked around himself, at the faces holding their books, at the man behind Unfettered, and at the german himself. "-I wish you luck." He would walk past the man, and past Jaus, hands in his pockets, speaking as he did so. "Your going to have to learn some civil courses of action at some point, mates. Its only a matter of time."
And with that, he would vanish around the corner.
He, apparently, had a trip to take.

"SCUSE ME 'SUH, WULD U TAEK A SURVEY?" "What?....For the boy's reaction? Ten points. "Unfettered" would smile that much harder. The German was waiting, though... he was wondering what Mr. Blaze would be saying. It wasn't like the man to just stand on the sidelines to something that may be mildly interesting."Your going to Sacramento?" The German's estimate of Mr. Blaze's character seemed to prove accurate. Pivoting himself only waist-up, he nodded simply."Ja.""So, your going to head straight to the Governors office, are you? Or did you plan on appealing directly to the Educational board? Whats the goal here?" "...Ich am going to Sacremento, Mr. Blaze," "Unfettered," stating the obvious with an amused, 'seriously?' look. But his amusement died down slightly."Do you really zink zat I could just valtz in to ze state capital und expect to be heard?"Smile."Ze officials in ze head of our government are not unaware of the activities of you or I. However, zis vill provide ze catalyst I need for being heard, after my arrest."The German paused for a moment to let that sink in."It wouldn't be right for me to take such a survey. But-" ...Of course. Mr. Blaze to ruin things for the German."-I wish you luck." A very visible look of distress took place on the German's face. By his reasoning, Mr. Blaze was one of the most qualified... and nowhere near exempt. No one, not even the faculty, were to be immune for the German's intents and purposes. Mr. Blaze, being so close to graduation and having experianced a large amount of what 259 had to "offer" was far more qualified then the average "immature" student, but his tendencies were putting "Unfettered" at ends, as usual."Your going to have to learn some civil courses of action at some point, mates. Its only a matter of time." "Ich vill get you later, Mr. Blaze."
"So, ja," the German interrupted, segueing into normalcy.
He pushed the survey closer to the boy, eying him curiously with that smile on his face."Again.... interested?"

"You're going to have to learn some civil courses of action at some point, mate. Its only a matter of time."
Jaus managed to twitch an irritated sort of way at the older fellow as he passed by once again sticking to the stigma for which he'd earned in this conversation. An obvious hypocrite firstly acting superior by promising civilaty and then pursuing such with a beastial threat, and secondly of course insulting Jaus and calling him the beast all the while walking away like the pretentious bastard he was.
Thats right Jaus didn't like Blaze especially not now, the man's arrogance spread the width of the United States' current deficit and probably continued to grow without end. To think he'd earned such a reputation in this school was laughable, probably because no one put the jerkoff in his place.
Fumbling his own hands to cross his chest Jaus showed an appearance of extreme anguish. Though he was diamond skinned and hard to get past that armor he was in all essences very sensitive and the fact that the guy was an idiot and still got to him proved just that statement in itself. A silent huff as his mandible rose over his teeth in a snarl like sort.
"Again....interested?"
Jaus' attention brought up from his little moping incident. His eyes narrowed and once futher confused as to what was going on at this moment. First an establishment of captain and then the null of it all. Where had all the distress and attention been dissolved into. Apparently idiocy had its valid uses as did communion.
"Again in what? I'm at a loss at what you're trying to accomplish here, weren't you just as interested in being Captain as those other two?"
Jaus would say to a degree just as huffy as he had been with the other two compatriots that edged in, both taking a moment to chase a title they didn't deserve, and then proving just that by fleeing before anything was proven. Jaus was somewhat put on edge, angry even, he didn't like people all that much and they only served to prove how stupid they all were.

His hand probed, moving through flesh with the steel of a man on a mission. His nail, knocking metal, curled with the finger that was completely buried in his leg, withdrawing the small metal bead. Tsking his tongue as he tossed it off to the side, he eyed the area where the woman had set. Two bullets taking nearly ten minutes to yank from the upper half of his leg.
Grabbing the flag he had torn down from the corner of the classroom, he wrapped it around his leg tightly, having missed his chance at the woman. She shot with precision...almost assassin-like. He stood, putting a little pressure on his leg before limping toward the door. Staring at the corner, he grabbed a handful of the objects stored in a tube like container.
Meter-Measuring sticks.
**************
Stalking lightly through the crowd, everyone continued to stare at the challenger and the white haired German. As he reached the inner-edge, he would throw a man out of his way and, quite deftly, leap forward and swing, holding about eight of those meter-sticks in his hands, clamped into one giant bat. He swung for the back of the Germans head, hoping to break them all over his pure-white hair and nazi-stepping ass.
'Fuckin' prick, its all your fault...'
