((This is why I wanted this a 1v1 fight, but what the fuck ever. Sooo pissed, its not even funny, so guess what? You two can wail on each other, not me.))
As Vince made his move forwards, Justin had already begun the tackle of Winters, the second time around. He was pummelling. So when the fist came flying, it connected with another person:
Travis.
Now, Vince was beating the shit out of Travis, and no longer exactly focused upon Justin, for he was not at the time that it took Vincent to get over there, where he was. So, as Vincent attacked, Travis's now attacking body interrupted the space designated for Justin. However, this doesn't mean that Travis' attacks meant nothing...
The sudden deafness in the left side of his head HURT. LIKE FUCK.
~SHIT?! WHO THE FUCK HIT ME!? FUCKING DOUCHEBAG! NEVER MIND HIM... I must teach this fuck a lesson for fighting back... with a chair nonetheless!~
Justin brought his head back around, and absorbed a quick shit that Winters laid into his torso. It hurt, not as much as the headswipe he received from Travis. He shook his head, his vision blurry...
~Fuck.. it hurt more than I thought.. gotta end this quickly...~
He saw an opening. The boy didn't cover his face... perfect. Leave him with a memento of this fight...
With a sudden growling that would've thrown off any combatant that was planning to attack him (Meaning: Don't fucking attack me during this, its planned), Justin drove his left hand downwards, his fingers in a small cone, as it drove itself -HARD- into the fleshy eye socket of Jonathan Winters'.
Yes.
The eye.
With a grasp as he shot down, he yanked back out, the eye pulling free from its socket. The pain was none, as there was little pain receptors within the eye itself. As he pulled back, however, a sickening twang was heard as the cord that connected the eye to the body snapped and whipped backwards against Winters' face.
Justin cackled maniacally.
You fucking punk! I fucking took your eye. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHEKHEKHEHAHKHEKHKEHA!
He stood up, above the stunned Winters, and taunted him with the somewhat bloody orb. He then did a most disgusting thing.
He bit it.
In half.
Spitting the half back out onto Winters, he dropped in close to the boy, now sitting up a little, and spoke a simple phrase.
I win. Don't fuck with Asiv.

An Eye... For A...? Evenly matched?
Hard to say. There was always something in 'one battle' that would tip the scale for or against someone. What do you think, though? Exchanging blows, trying to choke him... hitting him back. Even though he would not---no. Could not show his emotions on his face for this moment... his eyes... Acceleratingly increasing in...
No more attention was paid towards Vincent or the red-hair man. As a German, it was his duty to stay where he was, and take on his own opponent. ...And there it was, that I managed to land a good blow against the side of his head. Hah. If anything.. that ringing sound in Jonathan's ear a few minutes ago? This boy would experience his share now. Hah. Backing up my right arm, getting ready to launch another punch into the bastard's face---
Ow.
His hand had.. protruded and... grabbed around my left eye. Ow.
Let go.
...Let go.
Its another type of hurt. Let go now.
...The fear that----Ow.
Ow.
It hurts... it hurts.. it hurts... it hurts.. IT FUCKING HURTS----!!!!!
Hurt with fear.
Sight became distorted. I could see further through my left eye then I ever could, distortion in sync with my right eye, but it hurt so much, the red overwhelming it... and then, it all went..
*SNAP*
He was laughing. I can't see through my left eye anymore. Why can't I see
...Why can't I see?You fucking punk! I fucking took your eye. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHEKHEKHEHAHKHEKHKEHA!WHY CAN'T I FUCKING SEE!? DAMMIT ALL, ANSWER ME!
Hair covered over my gaping hole. The bastard was standing up. My hand had already reached back for the metal chair leg. That was a piece of.. me he was holding in his hands. Utter violation. He felt so violated... And then he went so far.. as to... WHAT THE FUCK!? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!? I STILL NEED THAT. DON'T BITE INTO IT, YOU FUCK!"SIE FICKEN! SIE, der WENIG FICKT, FICKEN"The face was no longer emotionless. Nor cowed with fear from the hurt. Hair covered the gap, as the blood ran down his chin. A piece of his eye, spat back at himself. Completely stunned. I win. Don't fuck with Asiv.--- ---The sharp metal leg went flying from behind Jonathan's back for the face... no... It went for the chest.
The very moment he got in close.
The moment he sat down next to him. The metal piercing into his chest. Jonathan pushed."...You don't stand for Mr. Asiv, you little fuck."Whatever strength was left, he stood up, intending to impale the bastard.. the bastard... THE BASTARD. His words never having rung so clearly in such perfect, dangerous English.."...I do."Twist.

Travis' right would land against the brown-haired boy's head hard. Just as he had wished. But at nearly the same time, he would feel slight discomfort. Head would move and those eyes would shoot toward that uneasy feeling which had sprung near his ribcage. Vivid blue orbs would catch sight of a hand. A different boy Travis did not know had just struck out at him. Those gems of his narrowed as he let out his own blood-curdling war cry and twisted his body, allowing his left foot to slide backwards as his right stepped toward the left slight.
"GRRRAAAHH!"
His body would have rotated toward the other boy he had heard shouting German seconds before. That right arm which he had just used to strike Justin wouldn't have been pulled back after the blow, at least not completely. Instead, as he turned to face a new opponent, that right hand would fly forward again, aiming to land a bone crushing blow against that kid's gut. As he through that right, his left arm would have cocked back slightly, and would have been sent without hesitation with hopes of clocking the boy across that left cheek of his.

What a twit, this Justin kid was, it seemed. He was getting confused on whose loyalties belonged... And someone just lost an eye.
Time to teach an asswipe some manners. After all, the bugger had stolen Feros' chance to be the one to cause chaos! Time to instate some order... Feros suddenly made his move, throwing the idol over to one of the Enforcers. "Hey, catch!"
Noticeably, the guy caught it. Feros could see that the possession had already taken place. It was just only a matter of time before the bugger would go berserk. With that out of the way, Feros was now able to go ahead and fight Justin.
"Hé, vous ! Âne-essuyer! Se préparer, parce que je vais donner un coup de pied votre âne !"
He just said, "Hey, you! Asswipe! Prepare yourself, because I am going to kick your ass!" In French. It was more about poking fun at how Winters and Vincent were speaking German. But Feros wasn't in the mood for games after that.
Dashing at Justin, he decided to go over to the side of him opposite to Travis. Then he struck. Going in with a roundhouse kick toward's Justin' head, he didn't have time to see if his blow connected. He stumbled to the side, going around Justin. He wasn't drunk. He was charging his qi.
Wind Burst! Tornado Whirlwind Foot!
Going straight behind Justin, with his back turned, while trying to keep his balance, he smirked, as he unleashed the charge that he had been saving. Spinning right round, he executed a spin kick that was not only enhanced in speed and power by his Wind Burst, but he was also kept in the air for a second, just enough time to execute a second kick in succession. He was intent on going straight for Justin's back, or at least, for whatever was most effective body part to strike that he could strike - most probably the head. Sure, it cost a bit of qi, but it was probably worth it.

((Uhh... Candence, I'm already dead. Your attack = nothing. A waste of a post. Sorrz. This is Justin's end, planned out.
Reserving this post, however, for when I get back. Gotta make a good dieing post))
Justin fully expected the battle to be over at that point; he had ripped the other boys eye out, however unintentional or intentional it had been. He had then bitten it in half and spit it out onto Winters.
But he didn't exactly expect to have the boy continue fighting.
So when the aluminum metal piece of chair slid its way deep into his chest, and then out the back, he honestly didn't know what to do. He stood up, in an almost blissful ignorance of the pipe that was driven through him. As he stood, Winters came with him. Then, a good twist, and something inside him broke free.
His vision became cloudy with red. He looked about, faces aghast at what happened, the crowd no longer cheering from their uproar at Justin's 'snatching' of the eye. Pure looks of horror, a few girls squealing in fright, and one boy began the throw up, a few other people passing out at the site of the blood that didn't come out around the pipe.
Oh no.
It came out of the ends like a faucet, for somewhere in the pipe was a hole, and it was pouring blood out. A hiss of air as well, as the pipe had been shoved quite violently through his lung.
He turned around finally to face Winters, now standing, a hulking mass of pissed off, his own eye socket trailing a little blood. Justin cocked back an arm, and then shrugged forwards, falling into Jonathan, bouncing off of him, and then slamming hard onto the ground, upon his left shoulder, his body broken. He had one final thought before his mind went entirely black...
~But... I won... Not him...~

((ooc: Ugh, so much to read, sorry if I fucked this up but I'll try to jump in )) An emergency meeting? Nothing felt good about this at all. Chi was a whole mass of nerves as she walked into the assembly hall, and once she laid eyes on the men standing behind mister Asiv, the feeling grew, falling like a weight on her chest. But even that wasn't all, all around the babbling students, taller college students were putting on hats similar to the burly men in the front. ..It was an ambush. "Oh shit.." Chi cursed, her muscles tensing as she rose to her feet. Dark eyes scanned the crowd, where was Aureus? Granted, she could defend herself by herself, but Aureus was a pillar. One of four...well, three. Max was gone. Chihiro frowned at that thought, it still made her sad to think of her former best friend. All of the students around her were shouting and shaking her fists, it was only a matter of time before a massive fight erupted. Larger than that of the evaluations. "We can't stand for this...!" She clenched and unclenched her fists. readying herself. She had been pushed down in more ways than one, but now this took the cake. She wasn't going to hide, she wasn't going to run. She needed to be strong. For her school, for the other students. The black capped students, these..Enforcers, began to advance on the students. One of the thugs lurched forward, swinging widely with his left fist. Left handed, huh? Then his weakness will be to his right. Chi ducked to the left, pushing a chair out of the way so she wouldn't knock her head on it, hands gripping the back of it as she planted her feet in a stabling stance and moving her momentum to her arms as she swung the chair up and into his right side. The top legs deflected off his elbow, but the rest made contact at the softer tissue directly above his hip. With a growl he flinched, pivoting his right leg in a round house kick at her head. Seeing this, Chi fell to the ground, her hands falling forward on the ground for balance as she kick out her left foot in a move known as the monkey's foot, kicking his left foot out from under him before his right reached the ground. With a loud crash he fell to the floor, breaking quite a few chairs in the process. She leapt over the chair standing behind her to get away from the brute before he got back up, eyes searching wildly across the condensed chaos. This was going to end badly, she knew it.

..why are you just standing there? Move! Move!
And she did. Especially towards Winters and that other kid; this was going way too far. She was in a mental shock when she saw the kid rip out Thrush's eye, and what Thrush did next was..just as gory, if not even more. But once her self-conscious got through to her head, well, let's just say she started moving fast. Winter's would be too caught up with his victory, or she'd assume he'd be - maybe not caught up, but he'd definitely be tired. And what she would do would simply be a sneak attack; a straight whack right beneath his neck to knock him out for a good time. She would apply a lot of force, but she would also make it quick. It was time that he said goodbye, and by the time he would wake up, he would be at the hospital, and hopefully, this thing would be long gone and done with. She knew he'd knock out because she would strike Winters right when he says, "...I do."
"You two, get these guys to the hospital, now."
Hissing words towards two Juniors who were stuck in this mass chaos; they looked more nerdy than jocks, which is why she chose them to get out of here. They wouldn't be able to defend themselves, and the best she was trying to do was to get people out.
Travis would find that his punch would completely miss, because if anything, he would most likely stagger to his right. Travis being so caught up in the fact that he now had a new target would most likely not catch the fact that a solid kick to his left side had slammed right into him. He'd be caught off guard; another thing she'd aim to do right after would be to round-house kick him in the head while he's still staggering, in hopes that the force of her kick would be able to knock him out. As for Vincent - mind you, Mitsuki doesn't even know who these people are...
"Get out of here."
If he tried anything funny...well..things won't really be..pretty? Not that things are already pretty...
"Where the hell are the other pillars!!"
Frustration. It was obvious to Mitsuki that she could not do this alone; Saint, Max, Aureus. Where were her trusted companions on this battle field? She had to keep her mind focused, or else she'd never get anything done. Students came first; she had to get all of them, if not most of them out of this building. Send them back home, to safety; anywhere but here. She had a feeling that many students would transfer out of this school after today, not because they want to, but because...well.. Some of them might be dead. As much as she hated to admit it, the way Winters and Justin acted with eachother... She wasn't even sure if Justin was alive.
Weak. She felt weak.
...I'm the school captain...
With something like a power of adrenaline rushing through her, she went from one place to another, telling people to exit swiftly, and indescreatly, while destroying those black-capped f#&^ers. And by destroy, I mean permanant damage. What was she trying to do? What plan did she have by causing internal bleeding on some of the black capped members? As a punch came her way, Mitsuki was able to easily dodge his attack by ducking and aiming a dragon palm strike straight at his tranchea, where if it hit directly, results would be fatal. She whirled around and moved again, defending students the best she could, because that was her job.
And at the corner of her eye, she could see a captain walking towards her, and she couldn't help but smirk under the little mask of hers.
I'm destroying your comrades and ruining your plan. Come get me you little f^#*er, come get me.
OOC: Sorry to cut in through your fight, boys. (; But we all know I was going to do somethin' about it sooner or later.

Varsity Captain of the school, Aureus Hayes. Where was he? Shouldn't he have been in the auditorium with the rest of the school fighting for his life and those of other innocent students? Yes, yes he should have, but the reality of the situation was he didn't have a clue what was going on inside the walls of 259. He had a much bigger problem to worry about; if you count running from the police and asylum officers a problem.
The white '95 Toyota Corolla he had hijacked was out of gas. It had only been half full when he hot wired it, and at the time he didn't have the privilege to look for another car. Least I was able to find this old thing. Underside of the dash unguarded and all. Shut up and move.
Parking the car in a crowded parking lot, he pulled the hood of his sweat shirt over his head. It was dark out, and hopefully no one would notice him. How lucky he had been to find a car with a shirt that fit him in it? With an inconspicuous stride he made his way into the 7-11 nearby. It had at least a day since he had anything to eat or drink. After purchasing a large bottle of water and a few protein bars he exited the building and sat down on the curb behind it. He was safe, at least for a little while. Blowing the tires of the asylum officer's cars had been a good idea.
Having finished his food, the dark haired boy began to nod off. How had he gotten into this mess? Truthfully, it wasn't anything he had done, but someone else. A few reports from the right people that questioned his mental stability and he had been throw into the hamster cage, so to speak. Boy had it been fun when they found out about his Brimstone use, though they didn't know who or where it came from...yet. 499...Asiv...259...Kazahana...will they make the connection?
A full month he had spent in solitary, fighting to escape each time the large door had been opened. Why behave? It wouldn't help him get anywhere, the guards were too smart to lose attention that easily. Eventually it paid off, with Aureus hiding inside an outgoing laundry cart for a few hours. They all expected him to have run as soon as he could, that bought him some time as well.
Thankfully he had been able to conceal all of the special trinkets he had picked up in his time at 259. Reacquiring them was at the top of his to do list, but he was too drugged up to do much for the time being. He needed rest, just for the night.
Sitting up, the teen ran across the street into an old warehouse that looked closed. Breaking in wasn't a problem, and neither was finding a safe place to sleep.
OOC: Bleh, part 1. Will finish soon.

Foolish Enough To Try
This one was different, the way he moved his body so quickly, like on the turn of a dime. Or whatever they say. But truly, his body worked like clock work, something Vincent was use to, perfection something rare on the streets of California. In the Father land though.. well you were perfect or you weren't, and he'd never known those who weren't for too long. An icy chill fell down the boys spine as he remembered the bloody snow that they'd been forced to cover over. Those were the days. Such things were bad to think about, all they did was get him down and bent out of shape, something that could be seen as a weakness. Then again, he was in America, everyone was weak. These fucking kids, these fucking leaders, these captains, these fucking men in black. And this punk, who was now getting in his way. Whatever, Vincent would beat them all down, one by one. He'd lose some, he'd face near fatal bouts but when all was said and done and he'd licked his wounds, he'd be back for more. The Germany spirit, they were never down. His comrade might have been, but that mattered not. Neither did the girl rushing around kicking ass, all that mattered was the hard punch coming his way.
Americans. Whatever.
His body turned in mid air, and Vincent quickly realized he had to be lower, so he ducked as he saw his new opponents fist rushing to meet his body. Quickly he unballed his own fist, something one wouldn't expect and shot his hand forth, catching the bottom of his opponents forearm and pushing it up as he went. This would catch him off guard, though certainly now limit Vince's own attack power. However, if one looked to this as a game of chess, well, all would go well. He pushed down as his left hand clammed on his opponent, grasping tightly whatever he could find, whether skin or cloth. He pushed immediately, his already gathered speed now an incredible force. His muscles exerted, but something went wrong. The boy's back stood firmly as his whole body shook. Vince foolishly hadn't payed much attention to the girl rushing about, who'd now just kicked the living hell out of his opponent, Travis.
Americans, always butting in. In the great and second war.
He immediately dodged what he thought would be another kick to his person, though it appeared she was not reacting fast enough. He looked to his fellow comrade, shocked at his state, he rushed over, leaving the girl to fend for her own... for now. He'd get revenge for the interruption before the chaos boiled off.

Now, now. There was no need for this bull shit. Dion made his way to the battle keeping an eye on those who where attacked, and what battles where breaking out. Asiv seemed to have vanished int he chaos, Dion knew somewhat how his uncle's mind worked. If he disappeared, then this whole riot was planned... Dion also noticed that it was all set up to take place in the space of the auditorium. So it was closed off and no one would really know what happened here when it was over. Two Captains left with him as well. So he had something else to do and he needed those two at least as back up, because the 50 others in black where still here.
He walked over to where Mitsuki was and turned his back to hers. He raised both arms and was prepared to watch her back. He'd take on his uncle's diversion just to get it over with faster, and the fact it was pretty bad in there, and Mitsuki being her ever so lovely self was trying to stop it all, by herself. The red headed Senior couldn't allow that, now could he? He would do his best to use his charismatic talking to shut most people's fight instinct off.
"This is exactly what Asiv wants! Look! He isn't even here! Stop rebelling for long enough to think about it!"
He was yelling this loud enough to get to peoples ears with his charisma covered voice. If it wasn't enough to convince them to stop, he still was a God at one time. That at least meant something, right?

Slowly the schizo's eye's opened, a beam of sunlight falling on his face the cause of that action. Yawning silently he pushed himself to his feet and looked out the window. It was still early, and the only sounds reaching his ears where those of distant cars. He was still safe, and getting his equipment back would be easy enough.
After a quick meal at the store he had visited the previous evening, Aureus made his way to the airport. It would look too suspicious if he made an active effort to constantly conceal his face, so the teen let down his hood and blended in with the rest of the incoming crowd of relatives, friends, and associates waiting for whoever's plane to land.
Casually he walked to the section with the safety deposit boxes. Now, where was the key to his box one might wonder? On his person, at his home, any of the above? Of course not. He had simply taped it to the bottom of the wall next to the row of boxes. Electric tape was too tough to be knocked or jostled loose, and it's placement wasn't at eye level or too close to the floor. After an awkward reach into the shadowy gap, Aureus fit the key into his locker and opened it.
Earring, glasses, gloves, ring, boots, and you...: Check. One by one the Junior slipped the items onto his person and slipped the last into his pocket. The effect from them was immediate and refreshing. Any pursuers he'd pick up from then on would be in for a big surprise.
Having thought out all his actions before falling asleep, the dark haired boy wasted no time lingering unnecessarily. PHS 259 was his next stop. If anyone could help him it would be Zack Asiv. On his way out of the terminal, Aureus tossed an empty glass bottle into the trashcan.
It was half way to his oh so beloved school that the Varsity Captain came upon three students. One he recognized, two he didn't. Winters? What the hell? "You two! Explain to me what's going on," He ordered his fellow Juniors. Recognizing him, they told him all about the assembly, the new Captains, Asiv, and the state of the student body. "Alright, get him to the Hospital like Mitsuki told you," and with that, he was off like a shot of Vodka to an alcoholic's liver.
The school was in danger, and Chihiro was in danger. He had to act quickly, decisively, and intelligently. The emergency exist was probably the smartest way to enter the auditorium, and unsurprisingly there were already kids draining out of them like rain from the sky. Pushing his way through the mass of bodies, the only remaining Pillar entered his domain.
Eyes darting around the grandiose hall, Aureus mentally outlined the rather violent situation. Asiv was nowhere to be seen, Mitsuki was fighting one of the so called Captains, some people were rushing to leave, while others were beating the shit out of each other. Where in that mess was Chihiro? He had to make sure she was alright before he did anything else.
After wading through more students, the teen was closer to the back and had a better view of the goings on in that region. There was Chi, and she was fighting a pretty big guy. Forcing himself to remain calm and control his breathing, Aureus silently stalked the man, keeping out of the way of the other fights going on around him. Because of the his clothing, it was hard to tell who he was.
Eventually he was within 12 feet of his target. Gloves ignited, he rushed forward and slammed his right fist into the man's head. Ding, ding, ding, he was out. "Hey beautiful, you alright?" He asked, dropping the flames from his hands, but still watching for any potential enemies.

Chi has just turned around, hair flipping like a black curtain over her shoulder back at her attacker when out of nowhere a streak of red leapt past, pummelling the recovering man in the head until he was motionless on the ground once more. Wait...fire hands..? "Aureus!" Chi exclaimed, beaming at him before her attention was caught by a movement to her left. Another enforcer. She ducked another blow aimed at her head and fiercly elbowed him in the groin before straightening back upright to face her boyfriend.
"Asiv, these guys, they're enforcers! They're gonig to take over the school!" Chi was sure that by the chaos of wreckage and pain, that Aureus knew that something major was going on, but he hadn't been around.."Where have you been?!" She shouted, though perfectly fine if he decided to tell her later, as they were quite preoccupied at the moment. She picked up the chair she had most recently leapt over and threw it with all of her might at the suffering enforcer, who had just attempted to climb back to his feet, still bent double.

Before the Pillar was able to answer his girlfriend's question, another interruption aimed a kick for his right shoulder. Stepping back and pulling Chihiro along with him, the offending extremity flew a few inches in front of them. With a quick shove, Aureus pushed the leg away, causing the enforcer to spin and expose his back. A single step forward led to a quick crouch followed by a fiery blow to the man's kidney. The spiked glove tore the flesh from the man's mid back, and a satisfied smile slipped onto the boy's face.
"The asylum. Apparently I'm mentally unbalanced, but we can talk about that later," The dark haired male said sternly before his leg was kicked out from under him. Knowing what would come next, Aureus rolled to avoid the cliche stomp. Throwing up his arms, he blocked the kick that followed. In the grand scheme of things, the teen was in a very bad position. Laying on the floor during a mass riot was anything but safe. Unfortunately, he was having some trouble getting up. In fact, it was unnaturally difficult. It was if the gravity in the auditorium had increased. What's going on?
