First Day

[Rem]

Rem simply laughed when she called him short stuff. He was no stranger to the short jokes. Yet, he could tell there was no malevolence behind her words, especially when she poked him on the forehead. "Same here..." He limited himself to two words at a time after that. Still, when he turned to go, he realized that they were both heading in the same direction. He paused directly beside her, his gaze following hers, though a bit more direct in approach. "What do you think's happening there?"

[Delilah A. Black]

She looked down at him then moved her face to the front again, still watching the scene out of the corner of her eye. "This school's known for it's violence." Delilah replied softly. "Thats about all I know about it. But someone was doing something they weren't supposed to, I guess." This was a little new to her. In her old school, school fights were constant, but faculty and the better students weren't involved.

[Rem]

"In a school like this, it's pretty stupid not to follow the rules." Sighing, he tucked his books under his left armpit whilst digging his right hand into his jeans pocket. "I just hope he can at least defend himself..."

[Lasia Able]

Yuki looked up at the person whom had arrived on the scene and then back at John. The situation seemed to be getting worse and worse here and she really didn't want to get on anyone's bad side by running off or doing anything stupid. So she stood back and watched things unfold noticing that a few other people had begun to congregate.

[John]

"I dont take orders from the likes of you, clown."

Was all John did to answer, he would look back to the new girl like nothign had happened, completely ignoring Hiroko. John was a cocky and proud little bastard and considering he hadn't seen Hiroko fight, or listened to rumors, mostly because he was in the hospital for a while recently. But over all because he believed everyone in this school to be nothing more than low class fighters only half worth his attention.

"So you ready?"

Ong's question obviousely pointed to Yuki about their race considering he was looking at her.

[Rem]

Rem observed the scene with mild interest. Sure this seemed like the stereotypical student versus authority figure that plagued many a high school. He had seen it many a time, and it usually ended badly for the teacher. However, this adult didn't appear to be even half the pushover regular teachers usually were. Retracting his hands from his jeans pockets he tugged his hood down over his face slightly and reached under his left wrist guard for his trusty guitar pick, which he brought to his teeth, a bad habit that indicated he was in deep concentration, simply planning on taking in anything that was about to take place in front of him.

[Delilah A. Black]

She raised an eyebrow and felt a tug at the left side of her mouth. Delilah decided to stop her facade and lean against the oposite lockers for the time being while she assessed the situation. Really, really well muscled, rather large, faculty member against a student near her age that was maybe a half his size? Chances of survival didn't seem high, but stranger things had happened. Still...
The girls eyebrows met. The student...was it just her or did he seem tense? Not about the situation with the behemoth, but about something that happened recently nonetheless...not mental, he'd have blown up on the big man otherwise. Delilah looked a little closer. Her eyes widened a little and she grit her teeth. "Boy, I sure hope he knows what he's doing..." she said softly. "Last thing I wanna do is interfere..." Delilah looked over at the girl who seemed to be caught in the middle of this. The raven haired girl sighed and waited to see if the poor girl would leave, be shooed away from harm, or left unnoticed.

Yuki didn't feel like standing there any longer. With speed given by fear and her own abilities she bolted. She didn't know where she was running all she knew is she had to leave and now. She decided that the fountain was a good place to go as she knew where it was at least. She ran keeping her pace both fast and steady until she arrived at her destination. She slowed down and began to walk slowly to catch her breath.
