((OOC: -Blows the dust off the relic-))
Delilah would meet with Birch and Cain as they turned, the white haired man standing behind them. She would move in front of Olesya as a precautionary motion. This man was an unknown and she wasn't about to take an unnecessary risk, not with a friend and a 'package' for Crows on the line. She pushed the pain of her dislocated shoulder out of her mind for the time being, quirking an eyebrow at Cain as her eyes shifted between him and the still squirming Birch. He looked from her to Birch and back again with a pained expression.
"All hostiles neutralized, ma'am."
"Good work. Any injuries?"
"Negative."
Birch garbled his discomfort and was promptly ignored.
Delilah would look over Cain's shoulder at the white haired man behind him, unsure. As she had previously stated, white hair usually indicated an experiment, and there were few exceptions to the rule. Still, he hadn't killed either of her subordinates, so she would reserve her judgement.
Following her gaze, Cain would step to the side, dragging Birch with him. He jerked a thumb at the guy. "No name, but that cut is a nasty one. He was attacked by the same gang."
She pondered this for a moment, looking him over before nodding imperceptibly, her lips tweaking as she attempted a smile. Fuck, but her shoulder hurt. She held out her hand for him to shake. "Delilah Black of Crows. Good to meet you, and thanks for finishing off the stragglers."
Even in potentially volatile situations, Delilah could not help but maintain an air of professionalism and courtesy.
