"Terms are simple, winner gets the territory and the loser joins the winner. This is also just between us, so any interruption will cause an all out war."
If Kiyoshi agreed Ken would swing his helmet for his head.

Kiyoshi agreed before dipping under the swung helmet and snapping a side-kick with his lead leg into the the rib cage of Ken, underneath the attacking arm.

Kiyoshi notices he was able to read the attack rather well, and move fast enough to get under it, but when the strike hit the ribcage, Ken barely reacted. Besides to step in and throw a hard knee for Kiyoshi's face.

Kiyoshi shifts his weight back as he moves to increase the distance between them to avoid being struck, his hands brought in front of his face as an extra precaution. This man seemed to be all brute, probably with the strength to go with the armor he called skin. A man like that would be valuable but he may have to be cut down to win.
Alas for now, Kiyoshi opted for patience and distance.

Kiyoshi's able to get away from the knee easily enough. The guy charges. Not trained in any real form of fighting besides street, he is undisciplined and random. As he charges Kiyoshi he brings back his left arm, where a purple aura seeps from it as the muscle mass increases enough to rip apart and disintegrate the materials of his gloves, the sleeve to the leather jacket and the long sleeve shirt he was wearing under it.
Aiming a punch for Kiyoshi's sternum.

Interesting power this one possessed. Kiyoshi knew better than to let something like that hit him. He dropped down and darted along the ground, past Ken's right side while striking the back of the man's right knee with his sheathed sword, making the blow no different from a practice sword. If he was going to win without ending this man, he'd need to take away his base.
Beyond that, he continued his game of matador and bull.

Good thing Kiyoshi was so good at dodging, and that much faster than Ken, because once his arm reached full extension it was like a large air explosion, strong enough to cause an imprint in the road they where fighting on.
Ken took the hit to the knee's, and knew from fighting on the streets and in Barker' little testing facilities that he was trying to take away the power in his arms by striking the his legs, to weaken the amount of force he could summon.
This time though Ken would turn and simply walk toward Kiyoshi, making no motion of attack.

Kiyoshi stood tall, watching Ken closely. There was a good chance this was a tactic to close his reaction time to any attack. A small smile forms on his lips as the Crows leader activates the second power of his sword and clouds the area around them.
"Ready to yield yet?"
He calls out while silently moving to his right.

Ken would stop moving when the area became clouded like it was... The words he heard only got a small head shake and silence as he was trying to listen, instead he figured to give his position away.
"Why? Its only just getting interesting."

Stubborn, which matched his abilities quite well. Kiyoshi figured the relative position of his opponent from the voice and was at a crossroads. He didn't have the time to play around and chance that he could sway Ken to his side, despite what a powerful asset he'd be. Nor he could risk losing and fighting without using every violent and murderous fiber of his being.
Quickly, the Crows' leader drew his sword and sent a wind wave through the shadows toward the origin of Ken's voice. Of course, the cloud would dissipate with the wind and leave a quite visible path between them.

By the time Ken heard where the sword noises where coming from it was too late, a burst of wind in a slashing form would slam into his chest, pushing him back in a slide. This timeit looked as though it hurt him.
A smile crossed his lips as he charged once more.
The motorcycles though began to honk as it appeared another battle was going on with them, Ken would slide to a stop.
"Those your guys?"

Kiyoshi's eyes don't waver from his opponent as Ken rushes.
"My men are still in there original positions and did not bring motorcycles."
The shadow cloud would return to envelope them. Kiyoshi would keep his general sense of where Ken was as he shifted right before rushing forward. Soon a slash of his blade would come forth for the man's side as they passed in the cloud.

This time Ken was distracted when he took the hit from the sword, looking to the one who came with him earlier.
"Looks like Barker is moving in on us and taking my forces out first."
At that moment Kiyoshi would get whatever signal his scouts give for trouble as Barker forces come marching down the road opposite Ken's forces.

Kiyoshi halts to look at the size of the coming force before glancing at Ken.
"You have two choices, join me or perish. Time is short so make it quick."

Now Ken was in a pickle and Kiyoshi knew exactly what card to play.
"Fine, but this fight aint over."
With that Ken would rush to his motorcycle and kick it on, the one that came with him doing the same and taking off towards trhe ruckus.
Barker forces making an assault on Kiyoshi's well placed men as well, but not doing so well. It would seem Kiyoshi's better placement gave his people a staggering advantage to any onslaught.
