Mr. Asiv found himself alone, at a table, drinking from a chipped glass of water, and a bent cigarette in the ash trey burning down. His usual shadow the masked John Ong was no where to be seen. In fact, no one would of seen him the last day or two if they cared to notice.
Asiv had been using the boy to go about some rather secretive business as of late, using the Crows base as protection. It at least made them bothh alittle calmer than before.

Despite how many refugees were roaming about the Crows territory certain people couldn't hide. As Asiv was sitting there, the Crows leader approached to take the seat across from the former school supervisor.
"To what do I owe the pleasure?"
Kiyoshi asked, knowing full well the danger that this man's presence represented. They were not ready for Barker's full wrath.

"Something about recent events has me worried. But I'm not sure what to do about it. Sean Barker is a creature of habit. If he has gained any sort of victory he would need to show it off, but he has been quiet. I have a feeling very soon he will do something to prove his dominence."
Asiv would take a second to lift his cig and take a quick drag before continueing.
"I have a feeling he will make himself, or someone important under his control vulnerable. This will be a big oppertunity to break down his morale for once. I need a distraction when this happens, so I may make my move."

Asiv would take a sip from his glass once more, simply to wet his lips if nothing else. Dont want to deal with the chapped iritation while explaining a plan.
"I will work the diversion. Personally. I just need someone to go with me, and take the place of my young Guardian."
He of course meant the masked boy who was regularly his protector.

Asiv sighed heavily.
"Problem being Barker wont just sit by when I'm within reach. Even in a wheelchair he wont under-estimate me. The likely hood of someone very strong, or even multiple strong people being sent to otherwise re-arrange my amazing features doesn't bode well for the survivability."

As Kiyoshi figured, Barker would definitely make a strong play to take out Asiv.
"You need protection while you do whatever you have planned... which will draw Barker's ire upon whoever accepts that task."
He had to wonder if they were ready for that.

Clearly he wouldn't send anyone without being involved.
"Even if this mission succeeds, I am concerned about the amount of forces Barker will direct in our direction after our intervention in your plan. Our defenses are not yet finished. The reward needs to be worth risking everything we've built and gathered so far."

Seemed Kiyoshi reasonably needed justification.
"When I show my hand Barker will be too busy to counter attack you. Plus if I'm right he'll send mitsoumi after me. In which time he will be put down."
