Mathew would place his hand on the stone wall, grabbing Leon's hand behind him and pulling him forward. Melding them both through the stone wall of the building to face their spy.
"Hello, I was wondering if you could help me."

Down she goes. Quietly she flings herself in a series of flips down the stair well as quietly as she can. She waits by the door out of the stairwell and into the main floor for a long moment. She didn't want to barge in on him and loose any element of stealth she had at the moment.
Then she heard the voice. She stayed put...rather wanting to still sneak up from behind.

Bastille slipped through the doorway silently and dropped herself immediately behind the conversation.
"Come on, I thought this might actually be interesting, but yet again it's more chit-chat. Why dont we all sit down for a spot of tea and exclaim 'God Save the Queen' while we're at it, hmmm?" She chastised bitterly, however she kept her stance firm.

Leon is seriousely lost.
"Sai, you look so old!"
Saito tipped his hat down and shook his head.
"Well, this Leon copy was dropped off by some goons dressed like soldiers, though as I've seen that uniform was Sean Barker's men. Now unless they have discovered the secret to eternal youth in California, this is a clone."

Saito would vanish in a small poof before reappearing near the female, not too sure of what to think, before vanishing again next to Leon.
"I suspect held in one of the various underground compounds owned by Barker. They are rather simple places, but mostly in California, since its one of the few places with constant electricity right now."
