The man stepped to the side, the blade missing him by inches. His eyes widened only slightly. The guy was playing a dangerous game, moving it seemed to only strike killing or mortal blows. Fine- he wanted to play the game of damage? The man stuck out his hand to push at the side. Of Orions wrist, forcing the blade away from him. His other hand would move to punch Orion repeatedly in the face

Orion allowed the tip to be moved. He even encouraged, continuing the spin while ducking his head. Why? Because he had stabbed with the back of his weapon. The axe/spear part came around his other side to swing at his opponent, it having a much deadlier reach and effect then the back of the weapon. Not only did you have to dodge the axe, but you had to dodge to the slight extension of the dagger-like tip.

He grunted- pain.
Luckily for him, he had jumped back in time. Watching the man follow through with his movements was more than enough for realization to strike that Orion was allowing it. The tip Orion had spoken of had cut a minuscule line across the from of his stomach. A thin red line of blood would trickle down his stomach.
Okay. Thats it.
He would move forward slowly, slowly enough to keep his eye on Orions center of Gravity. It looked like the man was moving in for another assault, but rather he would, once close enough, jerk forward to grab the secure middle portion of Orions weapon. Then he would kick the man hard while pulling on it, in an attempt to rip the weapon away from the experiment. He would, if successful, toss it off to the side.
Then, he'd speak for the first time.
"You want to prove yourself, do it without your toys. Or are you afraid?"

Orion would relinquish his weapon and jump backwards, bending his body back as well. He barely dodged the blow, though he lost his weapon. Though he figured that was the point of the man's movements.
"You want to prove yourself, do it without your toys. Or are you afraid?" "So the Dragon speaks. I apologize for that; I had grown very used to fighting with my weapon. It was a gift I treasure, and I had forgotten that you Dragon's don't like the use of... "toys", as you say. If you wish to fight hand-to-hand, you had merely needed to ask. You, being the honorable people are, would be heeded. So, hand-to-hand it is."
Orion brought his right foot back, bringing his hands up to his chest level, right hand closer to the body.
"I do apologize if I seem a bit rusty. I'm not altogether strong in the first place, and it's been a while since I've fought someone who wasn't a random thug with my fists."

The man tore his shirt away, which was sliced in two. His chest and core was tightened, and scarred from several battles. He started forward again, not responding to Orion.
It was not his job to speak. Not yet.
He would throw a left jab followed by a knee to the gut. The man would understand soon enough, that he would not make it out without damage. Without pain. The Dragon warrior would see to it, as for them, that was the point.

Orion would side-step to his own left, his right hand striking his opponent's wrist and redirecting it slightly enough to barely dodge at all. Orion would then lunge forward, jumping to gain a bit more height and dodge a part of the knee and bring his right fist into his opponent's face.

The man took the punch, his head turning. He would reach up and grab the arm as it connected, and turning on heel, would aim to flip orion clean over his shoulder and into the cement. If it worked, hed continue holding the wrist while he moved to stop on the expiraments face.
