"Why not give it a try?"

He said holding out Hapheastus' hammer.

"I can heat the metal for you."

Though for her the hammer wouldn't hold any special properties, it'd still work as a forging hammer none-the-less.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr's eyes went wide in her curiosity. She dropped the arm guard to accept the hammer. Learn a new skillset? One so obviously helpful?

"Yes, please!"

A pause, and she smiled, sheepishly.

"How? I mean, obviously I just can not whack the metal..."

[John]

"Yeah, I guess it is more complicated."

John would grab some metal, reactivating his Qi to heat it.

"Hit it when I tell you and we'll bend it. Make you some arm guards."

He'd have heated the metal putting a small stand under it and tell her when to hit, he'd wait for the metal to cool before he'd hold it forward.

"Lets measure your arm."

It'd go like this until she had her very own arm guard.

[Kyrie Blaze]

With a look of delight that was far from fake, she nodded and waited for the moment he said to hit it, and she did. With each strike she became a little more sure of the craft, and obligingly held her arm out for the one they were working on.

"Okay."

Arm was held out and eventually they had a Kyrie-sized arm guard.

[John]

"Awesome, nice work."

John would say at what she had done.

John would help her put the arm guard on if need be. Though he'd get his hammer back.

"So, now you know."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie flashed John a bright smile.

"Thank you~!" She gladly handed his hammer back, and fastened the guard to her arm.

[John]

John would look over the work fixing the hammer to his back again.

"Well, I'm John Summers, and you are?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

To give him her name...well, on one hand, she didn't really plan on stealing from him, but, she wasn't entirely sure she could trust him.

"Kiyr Barrial. Nice to meet you."
