Mathew sat there smugly on his throne. Leaning back in to it, his ankles crossed over each other as he propped his head up on his arm. He hadn't said anything for several minutes and instead just smirked. Everything was moving smoothly. His gaze swept past Athena with the smallest of nods before settling on Poseidon. His smirk grew.
"I see you took my plan under advisement, though I can only assume Athena thought it prudent to not move so close to Barker's East boarder as well?"
He shifted to sit up straight. His gaze moving over to Zeus.
"My assault in the South went flawlessly as well. Despite his increase in numbers we took the base without casualties."
Smug.

Posiedon nods back to Mathew with the slightest of dull expressions on his face. Obviousely he was busy plotting. Athena grins at his statements though while Zeus speaks.
"It was a simple matter to move south, we even increased our ranks."

He settled back down in to his chair.
"So what is the next plan of action. Do we continue to push or do we require time to fortify?"
He looked at Athena with that question. She knew their troops better than he did.

Athena would speak up.
"It would be wise for us to fortify our position. We would move into Fullerton, but Barker is also attempting the move, we are at a small stand off with minor skirmishes currently."

"Minor losses, nothing seriouse. Basic patrols that encounter each other. One actual planned skirmish, with minor losses for both sides before a retreat. Whoever is comanding them knows how to test the waters."

"Hmmm. Well then, I think we should figure out who is leading these probing attacks."
He would stand up and look to Zeus.
"With your permission I would like to investigate these attacks."
He turned toward Athena.
"With your help of course."
And back to Zeus.
"And then we can decide on our next military action."

Zeus would look to Aries and nod his permission, Athena would stand grabbing her spear from behind her throne, her solid gold collored armor and battle dress sweying a bit.
"Mmm, by the way, we should pick up Gemini on the way out. He would be ready for a patrol about now as well."
