Heaven in Hell

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn waved his question off with a simple "Not you."

She looked over at Diana.

"We talk later. Pizza?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would tilt his head to the side at this, but figured if it was meant for him to know, then he'd know. The remark about pizza though caught his attention. Leon would walk over to the bed and sit once more, folding his arms.

He'd wait for Aryn to deal with what she had to before continueing the talk.

[Aryn Valcoph]

"You can't be serious, Aryn!" Diana was close to yelling. Not quite there, but close.

"I am. Where is it? Bring it, please."

Well, the please softened things, but Diana turned, grasped the doorknob, and slammed it as she turned and pedaled back down the stairs, angry, senseless words muffled and indistinct. Aryn looked back over to Leon, her eyes not quite having lost their irritated spark.

"So."

[Mr. Kaar]

"If its not my business dont worry about it."

Leon would say simply before he'd continue from where he left off.

"If not that, then what would you sacrafice?"

[Aryn Valcoph]

"It's really not. You'll find out eventually, I'd wager."

Diana couldn't really hold her tongue. It was just a good thing she decided to listen to Aryn this time. She tilted her head in consideration.

"I have to be honest. I really don't know. I'm a pretty selfish person... So sex with one is better than none.. I mean, provided you don't up and die or something ridiculous like that." She paused, slightly suspicious. "And what happens if you do die?"

The unexpected did happen, sometimes.

[Mr. Kaar]

"If I die your sacrafice will be recognized, and another Dragon can take up your training, unless you've already become one, in that case its up to you to continue your end of that deal. I'll have no say and you will be held by no rule."

Leon would nod with his statements.

[Aryn Valcoph]

"Interesting." The word was almost sarcastic. Interesting, yes. Useful, maybe. It was still rather distasteful.

The faint thud of footsteps gradually became louder after tapering off to noting for a couple long moments.

Aryn stayed where she was, and when the footsteps were close enough, jerked the door open.

"No. Thank you, Diana, you can go rest."

And that was apparently the end of that as Aryn brought the pizza in and closed the door in Diana's face. The woman in question let out an exasperated huff, easily heard even behind the door, and fairly stomped away again.

Aryn smirked. She'd get ripped into later for shutting the door in Diana's face.

[Mr. Kaar]

"I doubt I'll be dieing anytime soon. Many have tried for a very long time."

~The rest of my family however...~

Leon tried to hide the saddened face by quickly throwing a smile on at the thought of his murdered family. Leon tried not to let it effect his attitude for the time.

"Though by that time I hope I've proven myself a worthy partner."

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn's eyes flicked over, but if she noted the saddened expression at all, she said nothing as she padded back over to the bed, stepping out of her shoes and flicking them off to the side before settling herself on the bed with the pizza. Looked to be barbeque chicken, red onion, and spinach.

She glanced up, settling one leg across his with the pizza balanced on her leg and hands, for now.

"Anything's possible." She said, noncommittally.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would sniff in the smell of the pizza.

"Thats all you really need to worry about for now. The sacrafice, and temporary relocation of this business."

[Aryn Valcoph]

"Only temporary, now?" Aryn arched an eyebrow as she offered the pizza to Leon. Almost right under his nose.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would accept the pizza with a half grin. Chewing before speaking.

"Well, we will capture this area eventually, along with everything else. Barker will crumble under our heels."

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn seemed to take that in stride. 'Her territory' would have been taken over, eventually. Either by the Dragons or the Gods. Which was the better choice, she wasn't quite sure. Then there was always Yuy Manor.

"About time someone squished him like the bug he is." She mused, selecting a corner piece for herself.

[Mr. Kaar]

"Thats something else you could consider as well."

Leon would say taking a bite out of his pizza and chewing before speaking.

"Join me and you could really own this area."

[Aryn Valcoph]

"...considering it." She mumbled against the edge of her slice before taking a bite of it.

Yep. The fire really did good things for their pizzas. It was pretty damn good.
