Push the line! (UGF 1 & 2)

So, apparently there were more things coming. And their forces were already pretty thin, plus the wounded back at facility one. It was seriously time for them to get going. So once the door was open Mathew would let out a sharp whistle to get Kiyr's attention.

"Get over here, we are bailing!"

And if she did he would put his hands on the wall and try to block off the broken door to keep the ghouls away from them.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Blood sprayed and the ungainly, sickly arms thrashed and bent at awkward angles, trying to reach her even in death. She pressed her weight down, gaze flicking as the scrabbling noises increased and a horde started dropping and pouring in; one Ghoul was - while not 'easily' - something she could deal with...but many? She launched herself off the Ghoul's back, heart flying into her throat with the rush of adrenaline. The whistle - comforting and familiar - pierced through the sounds and gave her directions she was already moving through on her own.

Her feet hit the wall and she angled her jump to move back down the hall at a dead sprint, heedless of the blood from her kill, her only thought that she acted upon was getting out. She ran like the Devil was behind her, but what was actually behind her was worse.

Much worse.

She didn't look back, didn't stop, didn't even flinch as she threw herself in a dive through the open hole, expecting Mathew to stay out of the way, unknowing that there were two Elder Dragons awaiting her.

"Many Ghouls." Were the two words she uttered as her head cleared the door in her dive, not having wasted any breath or time in her headlong sprint to confirm she was obeying Mathew's orders. Provided nobody was in the way and if she managed to make it, she would fling her hands out, roll, and spring back to her feet to face the door she had exited from, hands up and at the ready, blades forming to be held. Despite her wide eyes, they were alight and alive. Ready.

David would shoot the wind out around Kiyr as she dove, sending stabbing knives back in the direction she came, until the hole was closed over by Amtrum. He would then turn and start heading back the way they came.

"We need to get back- I can feel a lot more with the army than we planned on."

He would start at a jog, heading for their armies.

[Kazuya Hikari]

"S'up asshole."

Kazuya would reply, a twisted smile tugging at the corners of his mouth, before springing into action and fire a barrage of blasts of fire from his hands at the giant... well ogres, specifically aiming for their metal arms, to try and melt them into blobs. There really was no other word to describe them better.

"Levi, you know what to do! Aryn, Raikotsu, I trust you two know what needs to be taken care of."

As for Kazuya, he was going to go after the two OGRES. The quicker those two, and the soldiers flanking the head of the facility were taken out, the better. Concentrating and focusing the flame energy of his Qi into his legs and arms, Kazuya would take off, to try and get behind the OGRES and fire another barrage of blasts of fire at their backs.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Rai immediately took off his training weights and covered himself and his clothes and his hair in a coat of his blood. Rai then looked at Aryn.

"Light me on fire!"

Rai had no idea if his blood would protect him from her unholy flames but hell anything was worth a shot and if every time he touched an enemy it was lit on fire by her flames that couldn't be quenched then by all means Rai was ready for the sacrifice.

If Aryn complied in lighting him on fire he would run and go for a slide underneath one of the Ogres legs and run straight for the man that had greeted them ever so kindly.

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn took one look at the OGRES, then one look at Rai. Then back to the OGRES, then back to Rai. Then back--! And finally to Rai.

"You're dicking around with me. Fuck that. Rule of cool doesn't work in real life, Bro! You'd get smashed or kill me in the process."

No joke. Aryn had to maintain eye contact with her target, and her qi was fuelled by herself. If she lit Rai on fire, that would be a strain. If she had Rai and two[/u] ORGES lit up? She'd collapse.

She turned her attention to the soldiers and moved back a bit to let Kazuya gtfo into the OGRES' line of sight and fire. 'cause fuck that shit. There was no way she'd survive and--

'OHJEEZUSDIDYOUSEEHOWFASTTHOSEFUCKERSMOVE[/u]?!'[/i][/color]

Her gaze locked onto the soldiers, however, and she sent her qi spilling forwards, looking to ignite two or three--a strain in itself but, really, much more manageable than Rai and two OGRES.[/font]

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi quickly mapped the battlefield in his head and began prioritizing targets. The soldiers were by far the easiest targets and seemed like the most accessible given the strength of the people they had with them currently and the strenght of the Ogres and their Leader. Sensing the elders approaching, Levi would leave the big fish to them as he formed transparent armor of light around himself and attempted to skewer three of the soliders with beams of piercing light, aiming for the head to avoid contending with their armor, "Focus down the soldiers, they are a liability, do your best to avoid the ogres and the leader, we can let Kazuya and the Elders deal with them! Stick to ranged attacks if you can!" Levi would then begin to attempt to reduce enemy effectivness as he directed beams of intensely bright light into the eyes of any enemy he could safely target.

{OOC} Gonna keep this short and sweet. I figure I left you guys waiting long enough. {OOC}

The Soldiers ducked behind thier shields as Fire and Light struck at them.

One OGRE would abruptly come to a halt in a clumsy attempt to swipe at Kazuya with it's metal claw while the second one would attempt to barrel right through Rai in an attempt to sink it's metal claw through Aryn and Levi both.

And all the while Tubalcain would sit back and watch with a smirk on his face.

Edit: Ghouls would begin to pour into the room as Kiyr dove through the hole, leaving the trio free to get the fuck right out of there!

[Kazuya Hikari]

Avoiding the OGRE's swipe with its metal claw, Kazuya would send a blast of fire at it, to try and melt the claw into a blob. He would then try to slam his hand down on the floor, and summon a flame pillar, to completely engulf the OGRE and incinerate it.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Rai would dodge left of the Ogre, willing out a blood katana, he would slash at where he hoped was the OGRE's Achilles Tendon was located. But Rai had no idea if these things had the same anatomy as a human...

[David B.]

David would come into the room at a jog, eyes flitting over the OGRE's and his men. He called out loudly.

"We're cutting losses! Everyone, get the hell out and back to Dragon Territory! LETS GO!"

The men would make a push for the doorway, David calling four of them over to him as they started moving. He removed his weights, handing one piece to each of them as he rolled his shoulders.

"Take those to my apartment. Lets get moving!"

David would launch himself forward to protect the men as they made they press for the exit.

But they did have eyes on some new freaks. And that was valuable for them. It means they are less likely to get caught off guard in the future when these things attacked them. And they would, it would only be a matter of time until Barker started to push back against the Dragons, and he would have his little side shows with him, as always.

Slamming a foot on the ground to try and make the complex rumble he looked to who he assumed was the boss with a raised eyebrow.

"Your move. You back the fuck off and we back the fuck off. Or we can play bury the bodies."

OOC: yeah, im posting again to back up Matt.

David would shout out-

"Kazuya, Levi! Cover the outside center! I'll take point- Matt brings up the rear. Anyone gets to close you turn them back or you walk their mudhole dry. Dragon core! 360 degree defense- Lets GO!"

David pushed to the forefront and would start leading them out. If the enemy didn't step aside, he'd start cracking spines.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr raced in directly behind David and Mathew, and would extend a shadow pillar to Aryn's shoulder should the OGRE make it passed Rai, hoping to turn her enough so she wouldn't be stabbed or otherwise impaled. She would then turn to merge with the ranks so they could complete their 360 defensive retreat, working on moving any stragglers back while keeping an eye on soldier and OGRE alike.

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi heard the Storm Dragons order and obeyed immediately. Levi moved into position as he ran with the group, making sure nobody was left behind as they retreated. A field of solid light followed the group, covering the right side of the center to give everyone cover.

Given the monsters' strength, retreat was an unfortunate, but necessary course of action. This trip had not been a failure, however, he had seen who he assumed to be one of Barker's higher ranking officers and gotten a look at some of his creations, they would not be sneaking into Dragon territory without him knowing.
