Rai was still trying thinking on the words that Heat had given him after their last encounter, in order to get stronger he needed to find the mysterious Mr. Asiv, but he was way across barker territory... While he was walking along he saw a familiar sight across the way.
"Heat? Heat is that you?"
He walk towards the figure that he met not so long ago trying to find out what he was doing here in Dragon territory.

Rai thought for a moment but then it clicked.
"You mean Mr. Asiv?! He's in Dragon territory?!"

Rai immediately ran off in the direction of the Peace cafe.
Once there Rai would take a moment to catch his breath and walked into the cafe looking around he realized he had no idea what Asiv looked like so he went up to a waiter and asked them if they or their boss knew if there was anyone in here by the name of Asiv.

Rai would walk over to Asiv and bowed slightly.
"Hello, my name is Raikotsu Sudeki. It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Asiv."

Rai nodded.
"Yes I ran into one of your men the other day, he said his name was Heat. He had been using a mask that he eventually admitted made him stronger, he also said you are a pretty smart man. Now I was wanting to find you because I wanted to ask for your help. You already know I am Mathews apprentice and that is so that I can become strong enough to be named a Dragon myself. I was wondering if you had anything advice, suggestions, or items that could help me, and if so I wouldn't just expect them for free I will earn them in any way you see fit."
