Finding the light (open)

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi exhaled and nodded in acknowledgment, there was a similar test in the yakuza. Levi took a few regulated breaths before throwing his entire weight behind a roundhouse kick with his left , aimed right for Leon's right cheekbone, realeasing a huge kiai, uncaring of how the other inhabitants of the cafe were.

"Haaaa!"

[Kyrie Blaze]

Curious eyes were watching.

The tricksy little Hobbits was reclining high above, listening intently without actually looking down. Until, at least, Leon told him something he had told her. Then those blue eyes peered down as Kiyr shifted just a little. She was rather comfortable, perched up above.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon's head would turn from the impact a scratch appearing on his cheek with a very small bit of blood beginning to surface.

"Hm..."

~Heh, strong, like last time.~

Leon would extend a hand to shake hands with Levi.

"Very well. I'll take you on as my apprentice to become a Dragon. There are... Things we need to discuss."

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi straightened up and took Leon's hand, shaking it and raising an eyebrow in curiousity.

"I'm sure...what are these things exactly?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"Out of ten past apprentices, only one has lived through my training... I currently have an apprentice, and I dont usually take on two, but... I know your skills already. This is not a competition between you, as living through my training is enough. You may or may not compete at times, but your still held by the rules of our organization."

Leon would move to sit at the table again.

"Before I continue... Do you have any questions?"

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi joined his new master at the table and shook his head slowly.

"None, other than what comes first?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would take a drink of his coco before answering.

"I start training with Qi, but I'll need to explain our politics... I think I'll tell both of you at the same time. For now... Lets try and find out what your Qi is. After I finish my coco."

Leon would drink slowly, enjoying it.

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi nodded and began sipping his tea, excited to find out what his power was, whatever that meant exactly. He was a patient man, however and savoured his tea, staring out of the window as he waited.

[Jackson]

Jackson lays there, twitching slightly from the lightning. Still.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would finish up his coco with his eyes closed, keeping an "eye" on the people in the room by their signatures. Once finished Leon would put the cup down open his eyes and see if Levi had finished his own drink. If he had Leon would walk over and pick up Jackson throwing him over a shoulder and carrying him outside.

He'd drop Jackson on the ground outside and walk out a few paces.

"I'm sorry to say I'm going to be trying to kill you. I'm going to leave you the choice of saving yourself with your Qi, or dieing. Since your willing to sacrafice anything I expect you to sacrafice everything."

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi had indeed finished his drink and followed Leon outside, shaking his head at Jackson. As he listened to Leon he nodded in understanding. He had anticipated something like this, though he had not expected it so soon.

"Well, I meant what I said, I'll sacrifice anything....including my life if it means I can attain enought power to stand up to Barker."

Levi stood ready, but with an inquisitive look on his face.

"So how does this begin? Are you going to tell me how to find it, or do I get to do it as I fight for my life?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would flick out his hands getting loosened up as he finally tightened every muscle in his body, releasing, then tightening again in rapid succession. The leather whinning under the stretching of his movements.

"It's different for everyone. I use emotion, with very little trigger, where in the beginning I needed alot more. It will either kick on like an instinct you've never used before, exploding outward in a time of crysis, or you will never find it."

~He can already feel it... Probably even see it... That will give him an edge in using its trigger.~

"Ready?"

Levi raised his guard, gritting his teeth as he prepared his body, tensing a relaxing each muscle in his body until his body was on fire. Levi appeared to calm down before he spoke, his normal collected manner returning, though his body was ready for anything at this moment.

"Yeah, let's do this...."

Levi took a very defensive stance, standing sideways to Leon, his left being the closest to his opponent was up in a guard position, hand open as he place his other open hand near his ribs.

[Kyrie Blaze]

The blonde watched the procession head out the door before her head canted to the side. She stood, smothering a slight yawn, and stepped back into the beam's shadow...and appeared on the floor beneath the beam she'd been lounging on, pivoting on her heel.

That was handy...but it felt cheap.

Then again, it was a café of the Dragons, and generally, any inhabited place deserved respect in her mind, so it was best to not flip off the beam, as she normally would.

After another short shadow walk to the outside, she 'pulled up a seat' in the shadowed arms of a tree, perched to watch.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would concentrate immediately going to his maximum power. Bursting forward from his position he'd go straight for Levi, before dropping in front of him to his left side, planting both hands to the ground and pushing he shoot his right leg up and hopefully into Levi's hip/side to hit him skyward.

If that worked Leon would drop the leg quickly pushing off the ground with his hands to get upright before launching himself into the air next to Levi in a spin shooting out his right leg to hit Levi with the heel of his foot in the back to shoot him back down at the ground.

Leon would land shortly after.
