Mathew was outside his house setting up the next big test for his apprentices. A nice blanket was laid out and on it rested several items.
A small hand held mirror.
A disk of the sun.
A dragon made out of stone.
The ballistics mask given to him by John Summers.
A lightning bolt made out of glass.
A crow's feather.

Rai walked out of the house and came upon Mathew and his blanket with a few items on it and was curious as to what was happening.
"Whats all this master?"

The items represented something.
That much was painfully obvious.
"An item and what they represent will not make us as strong as the man sitting before me."
But the task was to choose for the test.
"I am drawn towards the mask, but hiding will not aid me in becoming stronger. A dragon of stone may represent the Earth Dragon," She said, gently tapping the top of the Dragon head, "But it may also represent something else. An old entity paving the way for the new. Lightning is powerful, but wild and nigh uncontrollable. A crow, or raven, is an intelligent creature, soaring and observing in the sky, while the sun is a direct counter, yet an amplifier, to my power."
She sighed, looking back and forth between the Crow Feather and Sun Disk.
'Lightning, Leon. Stone, Mathew, Levi. Feather, something to do with the Crows. I am uncertain as to what the mask is, but that will not aid me in becoming stronger. I have my suspicions on what the mirror represents...'
She sighed softly and selected the disk of the sun.
"Counter and strength to oppose myself against..."

Mathew nodded and clapped his hands. His arm pointing to the mask and a spear of stone shooting out to shatter it.
"Kiyr, you will go in to God Territory and obtain the Breastplate of Apollo for me. I don't care how you do it. Rai, you are to bring me the headband of Grave Sudeki. You both have two weeks from this moment to get me those items. The first one to do so will win. The loser will be punished. If you both bring your items to me at the same time. You both lose."
He smiled.
"Have fun."

Kiyr sat for a moment, considering, and then nodded, slowly.
God Territory.
She stood and then gave a slow salute to Mathew.
"Is there anything I should know before I depart?"

He smiled. He wasn't going to give her any hints. She could do this as she saw fit.
