[Mr. Kaar]

Posiedon would look to Chameleon who got the idea and left as Posiedon stepped down from his throne and would give Kiyr a nod.

"Follow me then."

Posiedon would lead her to the back away from the steps passed Aphrodite's pool and her Nymphs and further to an overlook where one could see almost all of The Gods territory. To the left is a stand where the Sun Gods's symbol stood and a chair atop it with the armor held in perfection position of Apollo sitting on a throne. Though his arm guards where missing.

To the right would be a stone statue of a forge and a stand near by where the hammer of Hapheastus would of been. His armor and pants still there, arranged similer to Apollo's.

"You have my gratitude."

Kyrie gave Poseidon a soft smile before inclining her head this time, and followed him much as she did Mathew: just behind, and to his right. She nodded in respect to the Goddess and Nymphs, but when they reached their destination, she had to take a moment of astounded silence for herself.

Her eyes were wide in genuine awe at the view from here. She first looked to Apollo's but made her way to Hapheastus' first, allowing herself several long moments with her head bowed in reverence. And in something of remembrance for someone she'd met with a particular hammer.

She moved back to Apollo's for the same treatment, withdrawing the item she had selected while doing so.

She was silent for a long time, staring quietly at the memorial.

"...to whom did they fall..? I feel sorely unintelligent for not knowing. Was it Barker..?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Posiedon would nod and think on the subject.

"Mmm, the soldiers that follow my half brother, Zack Asiv. A few years ago."

[Kyrie Blaze]

KYRIE! INTRODUCE YOURSELF!

...what to say to that..?

"I am sorry to hear that."

This was awkward. She released a slow sigh.

"I had been tasked to come here with a purpose, to ask for something, but sometimes there are things that take a higher precedence, like paying respects... I-- Ah, speaking of which, I have been terribly rude." She turned so she could look up at him. 'my name is Kiyr Barrial."

[Mr. Kaar]

Posiedon would smile and nod... The smile being he finally got the info he had been waiting on, it didn't take very long either.

"So, your task is on hold until you pay your respects?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

"Currently, yes." Kyrie nodded.

[Mr. Kaar]

Posiedon would nod and allow her, her time.

[Kyrie Blaze]

She turned back to the memorial, looking first at that and then out at the view.

"This place...it would be nice to have a memorial here."

[Mr. Kaar]

Posiedon would look on his son's memorial.

"Indeed. Few would have that honor. Esspecially of mortals."

[Kyrie Blaze]

She nodded, and then finally looked up at the God.

"My task, Lord Poseidon, was to retrieve Apollo's breastplate. I believe everything has a cost; I do not believe in asking for gifts, however, or for charity. Perhaps especially because I can plainly see he means much to you."

The placement of the memorial, the pristine state of things, his words.

She waited to gauge his response, and would then decide on how to proceed.

Posiedon's eyes would narrow slightly. Though the words did not go unheard.

"Then... What are you proposing?"

He at least showed some interest in the subject though it did irk him.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie noted the slightly darkening expression.

"As I said, I dislike asking for any type of handout. I do not know the reasons for being tasked with this, aside from training." And she didn't know if Mathew would return it. "While the breastplate is within my care, I will not allow it to be stolen or become tarnished, and if it is within my power to bring it back, I will - without doubt - return it directly to you."

She inhaled slowly.

"What would you think a suitable trade would be, if you are willing?"

She had a decent knowledge from school on Greek Mythology, but, who knew if Poseidon would find such things worthy.

"Thats a tall order."

Posiedon would say though he wasn't pleased with this arrangement.

"Very few things would suffice as a trade for my son's armor. Do you have anything with that kind of value?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kiyr thought about this. Sentimental value to herself, yes...but she didn't know of Mathew's intent with the armor.

"I do not believe I hold anything of that worth, at the moment," Her head bowed for a brief moment before her gaze returned to him. She did the most simple - but ballsy, regardless - thing she could: she wrapped her arms around the God and gave him a firm hug. Not fearful, but hoping she wouldn't be hit into oblivion, regardless. "Sív pide köd. Pitäam mustaakad sielpesäambam. It means: 'Love transcends Evil. I hold your memories safe within my soul.' One of many ideals I carry close to my heart after losing my family in its entirety."

Unless he'd actually hit her away, she backed off to a respectful distance, blinking up at him with wide eyes. Eyes holding no guile, whatsoever. That had been kind of crazy...but it might work.

"I do not expect pity. Those that survived Barker's destruction have similar stories, but it cuts each person differently. If you deign something an agreeable trade--a Horse you have yet to obtain?--I shall strive to do so, for you."
