Leon would meet every one of Kazuya's attacks with his own flurry of punches, smile still on his face and when Kazuya came at him with the concentrated fire Qi he had built up Leon would put his hands down harshly extending his electrical energy to encase himself in a ball of electricity. The energy would fling Leon and the ball away and into a building practically destroying it.
Leon would walk out of the rubble with a few extra scratches and bruises. Still smiling and still ready for more.
"You rely too heavily on that fire of yours Kazuya. You might end up fighting me with nothing but kindling."

Kazuya just smiles slightly at Leon's words.
"I can't argue with you on that, that's why I've been doing nothing but training. I've been learning to use it in conjunction with my strikes, but training by yourself to learn to not to rely on Qi isn't the same as sparring against a real opponent. I want to get stronger, stronger so that when I come up against Sean Barker and his army, I can take them down without relying on my Qi to get me out of a bad situation."
Kazuya deactivates his Qi, the flame red flame-like aura surrounding him disappearing. He would fight Leon with just his own strength, nothing more.
"You are the most strongest Dragon I know Leon. Will you honor me with your aid, in any way possible, Leon Sudeki, The Lightning Dragon?"

"Instead of expelling it uselessly and draining yourself of energy you will need let your Qi fuel you. I've been using my Qi this whole time, but only as a booster to myself. When you expelled that big wave of energy I finally used my Qi outwardly, but it did not cost me as much as you."
Leon would stop glowing and the black electricity would stop bouncing around his body.
"Like that energy you gathered if you just absorbed that into your fist instead of saving it to unleash diminishing its power you could of straight up combined it with the muscles in your fist."

"... They don't call you the Elder Dragon for nothing. I'd ask if you would consider taking me on as an apprentice, but the last I heard, you already have two apprentices."
Lifting up one fist, Kazuya would absorb any remaining heat and residual Qi energy left behind in the vicinity, before using that energy to charge his muscles, his fist giving off a flame red aura.
"Ever since I fought you the first time, I've wanted to become a named Dragon. If I could become your apprentice, I would be honored, but if not, is there any other way aside from coming to you for advice or sparring with you, that you can help me, Leon?"
Obviously like Itsuki, Kazuya didn't know about the Gamble Fruit.

Leon would seemingly question as he watched Kazuya play with his Qi more trying out what he suggested.

With his muscles charged up, Kazuya would launch a barrage of simple straight jabs, his punches would come at a greater speed than before.
"Whatever the risk may be, I will take them. What is the option?"

Leon would lead Kazuya to the Peace Cafe, showing a place for him to sit at the counter as he went into the back, grabbing a small fruit, white in color as he came back out he'd toss it to Kaz.
"Now it has good side effects AND bad side effects. Its just a roll of the dice to see if it helps or not."

Taking a seat at the counter as indicated to by Leon, Kazuya would catch the fruit tossed at him with one hand and look down at golf ball sized fruit in his hand.
"... Whether good or bad, there is no gain without chance, and I will not go back on my word."
Lifting the fruit up, Kazuya would take a bite.

Its the most scrumdiddlyumptious thing he has ever ingested... Like ever.
Positive: Kazuya's stat caps all increase by +10. He gains 10 exp. His hits regardless of how strong do max Str damage. (Ex: Kazuya taps you with a finger it hits with 111 Str damage instead of a simple tap.)
Negative: Kazuya has two months until he goes blind due to his new found strength in combat.

Kazuya would mutter quietly, as he polished the entire fruit off in a matter of seconds, and found himself staring down at his now empty hand. Looking up and over at the Elder Dragon, he was rather surprised at the taste of the fruit.
"... How will I know if the fruit has taken effect?"
