Making the team (Any Dragonling/open)

Kazuya would continue to keep his eyes closed and his senses keenly in tuned with his surroundings, even as he pulled his blade from its sheath on his back and engulfed the blade in flames as well, increasing the intensity and temperature of his flames to their highest level possible. If and when Mathew decided to attack, he would be ready.

[Levi Kayamei]

(OCC: Assuming Mathew is not coming back....)

Levi continued to monitor Mathew's qi as it slowly faded away, and then....it was gone, just like that. Levi scoffed and slowly lowered the platforms, letting them fade slowly as he terminated his connection to them as he caught his breath. He put his hands on his hips and stood up straight to make it easier to breathe as he spoke.

"He's gone.....I guess he really was trolling us...that's a little disappointing...."

Levi looked around, now chuckling as he spoke after finally catching his breath.

"Well in any case, I'd say this exercise served it's purpose, though I expected it to last a bit longer....."

His eyes rested on Aryn with a smile, placing his hands in his pockets.

"Well, shall we make our teams?"

Rai stood back up, Well that didn't last as long as he thought it might.

"Ah yes, your teams. What are y'all making teams for again?"

[Aryn Valcoph]

Aryn ruffled Jackson's hair and practically skipped back over to Levi with a grin and nod.

"Yep. We sure should... Taking over a new location as training, Rai, with teams. Separate bases."

It was said over her shoulder when she answered Rai's question. The brunette slinked the rest of the way to Levi's and cheekily coiled an arm through his.

And she could only imagine what kind of shenanigans Leon would pile on top of that.

[Kyrie Blaze]

The platform landing back on the earth and dissipating eased much of the strain Kyrie was undergoing, considering she had been contending with not one, but two sources of light. With Levi's words, and having enough trust that what he said was true, she appeared and dove from Kazuya's shadow, hopefully avoiding catching fire. He had made it extremely difficult with the sheer brightness and intensity of heat from his qi and thus she was tired and panted a breath or two as she rolled just in case she had caught fire.

She ended up on one knee, throwing her head to ensure her hair was behind herself, controlling her breathing. Blue eyes slowly swiveled around, and she remained in her crouched position for a few moments before slowly rising to her feet.

[Jackson]

Jackson rubbed his hair back into place? after Aryn had mussed it all up.
"Uh, who's on whose team again?" he asked.

[Kazuya Hikari]

Deactivating his Qi, the flames surrounding his hands and feet and blade dying down, the moment the platforms of light touched ground, Kazuya would step off, placing his blade back inside its sheath on his back at the same time Kiyr dove from his shadow, causing him to turn his head slightly to look behind him after hearing a dull thump.

"... So that's why you immediately picked me to be on your team... Aryn."

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi nodded at Kazuya's offer to go to Aryn's team. He smiled and his gaze scanned his candidates even though he knew who his first pick would be. Looking to Aryn, he gestured for her to take her next turn.

"Kiyr..."

His voice was short and calculated with just a hint of affection as he spoke, folding his arms as he awaited his next turn.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie pushed to her feet in one easy motion and quietly padded over to Levi with a nod.





Aryn looked between Rai and Jackson. Blood bending or air. Both were beneficial, to be sure.

"Jackson. Feel free to come with me. I have a couple more in mind from Leon's men."

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi nodded as he turned towards Lightning Tower, going through his record of Leon's forces, making note of a few interesting individuals.

"Alright Rai, that means you're with me, we need two more though....let'sw head to Lightning Tower...I have some people in mind. "

[Jackson]

Jackson sauntered over to Aryn, and wrapped a hand around her waist. "Hey, you. 'Sup?"

Kazuya would be standing by Aryn, leaning up against a nearby wall with his arms casually folded across his chest. Once they would start heading out to Leon's Lightning Tower, he'd push off the wall and follow with.

Rai was picked last... Rai now knew why this was call Public High School 259... But he would do his best to prove himself to his team captain. Levi was a strong leader and he would be a good captain... Rai hoped. As everyone started for Lightning Tower Rai would follow.
