Rose was confused by his random outburst. But didn't show it, she had seen a lot of strange things already. She smiled seductively and walked towards him till she was within arms reach of him at which point she would unsheathe her sword and put against his neck in one smooth fast motion.
"I'm doing pretty good, and if you want to be able to say that ever again, you will stop talking to me like that."
She was still smiling at him though it was no longer seductive but more of a challenging smile, one that held no inkling of joking in it.

"Wow, thanks for showing my neck the end of your sword," Zaxinous would use the tip of his finger to slowly move it away. "Hold on a second," then Zax ran off to the side and punched the air. "There! You do not laugh at me! Now cut the crap out!" Zax came back to Rose. "Sorry. Anyways, I'm sorry. I'm desperate and single and I guess that's what guys like me do. Now, um... I think we got off to the wrong start. Let's start over!" Zax turned his back and walked off a couple of yards.
"Hey!" Zax turned back around and smiled,"I didn't see ya there! My names Zaxinous, my friends call me Zax!" He held out his hand and smiled.

"Nice to meet you, this is my annoying friend George. Don't mind him." Zax got closer to Rose and whispered, "I think he's Schizophrenic." Zax went back to where he was standing. "So where are you headed?"

Rose just stared at him blankly she wasn't going to give Zax the pleasure of seeing her confused.

Rose kept on walking, she didn't really care if he followed or not but if he didn't start to follow her soon he would get left behind with no idea where she went. She was a ninja like that.

"Hey hey hey, wait up!"
Zax ran and caught up to her.
"Don't just leave me like that! I know you don't like me but you can't just be like that!" Zax said as he was walking backwards in front of her.
"Hey George, SHUT UP! So what if it was my fault that she left without me, it doesn't mean you need to say it out loud!" Zax said as he stopped.
Then he ran back to catch up.

"Sorry its nothing against you, I just wait on one person and you are not him. In fact he is the man I am going to introduce you too."
Rose continued on walking before answering his first question.
"He's not a star in the since that you may think, but he is important enough that I was assigned by his father, the leader of our family, to follow and protect him. So you could say he is important in our family, and will be a future star."

Rose just sighed as she neared the rendezvous point. She stopped and looked around before she heard a familiar voice.
"Rose, bout time you made it here. What took you so Lon- Who is your friend here?"
Rose turned around and looked up Rai was sitting on the second floor of a building right behind them.
"Greetings Rai. This is Zaxinous, I got into a rumble with a couple of thugs trying to help him out. Seemed like someone you'd like to meet."

Rai looked at the boy confused.
"Now I don't really know."
Rai jumped down off the building and landed on the ground bending his knees slightly to dull the impact but a jump like that was nothing to him anymore.
"You tell me."
