Lucien gasped, taking in air as his stomach relaxed. He felt her hand on his shoulder, and he felt a bit better with her there. It was something innate, and unexplainable, but it was still nice.
He started to rise up, and looked up at her, smiling. "Thanks, I'm okay. Just a stomach cramp. It doesn't happen very often..." A blatant lie, and a bad one, too. Nowadays Lucien experienced such cramps on a daily basis. It was getting worse everyday.
He rose back up slowly, holding his stomach and smiling a pained grin. He coughed once, and slowly said, "Sorry about that. Are you okay?"

Reira didn't remove her hand from his shoulder. Instead her lips flatten into a thin line of concern as a rather stern look made its way across her features. She didn't think Lucien was being totally honest about being 'okay' at the very least. Rei herself was a little suspicious about the stomach cramps now that she wasn't so scared either.
He was a little thin...
She nods in response to him asking if she was alright.
"...how can I help?" She asks not taking 'no' for an answer.

{OOC: I know, Eve.  } Lucien felt her trepidation, and her concern for him. It was an interesting feeling, having someone feel concern for you. Especially now, when more than ever, people were mainly out for just themselves. Lucien had been fortunate in that regard. The fact that she had offered to help was evidence of that. He thought about it for a moment, offering silence as he met her gaze. "Just.. Just stay..."It was all he could wish for, after all. All he really wanted in this moment. Well, not quite. And this surprised Lucien even more than any of his previous realizations. He was hungry. {OOC: PART OF THE SOLUTION YAAAAY! Btw, if you want, you can wrap up this thread with your next post.
