Rina tilted her head and then just shrugged at his response to her question. "Yes," she laughed a bit at his words and nodded in agreement. "I can really tell." she said pointedly. "Though suppressing them a little is possible. You'd just make it to where you're blocking them, at least for only a while if you need to go undetected."

Lucien looked over to the girl, who was chuckling at him in a playful way. He chuckled along, thinking of his own wild emotional swings.

"So, how does one train in that? How do I suppress my emotions?" Lucien pondered aloud, not directly asking Rina Vade, just asking in general. Really, in his experience, it didn't matter as much, since she was the first person he had met that could sense those things.

"I suppose it's really hard to do actually." Rina said in a thoughtful manner, putting a finger to her chin in thought. She had never really thought about it before. Being emotionless just came naturally to her, since her own emotions could make it easier for her to be overwhelmed by other emotions. "I know someone who might be able to help you with that. His name is Orion and he's the opposite of me. Instead of receiving, he can broadcast emotions." she gave a little bemused smile at this. "He drives me up the was with that sometimes." she admitted with a chuckle.

Lucien nodded slightly in understanding as she explained about the man named Orion. He hadn't heard the name before, but, then again, he hadn't been in California for very long.

"Interesting. And, thank you for the suggestion, but I'm not sure everyone would be as friendly to me as you have been. Sorry for my trepidation," Triple word score! "But, after all, there is some rivalry in the gangs around here."

And he was, indeed, Crow.

Rina decided that she was comfortable enough around Lucien to actually open up and show her emotions. She gave a smile as she sensed an emotion of pride from him after using a couple of large, long words. "Orion doesn't take sides as far as I know." she said in reply to his statement about the two gangs. "It's worth a shot?"

Lucien nodded slightly, acknowledging her statement about Orion. Lucien absentmindedly wondered what kind of man he was. He supposed that, if he were to come across someone who could read emotions, it would be a valuable skill to have, to be able to hide them.

"Okay. How do we contact this Orion fellow?" Lucien asked Rina Vade, supposing she would have an idea about this. After all, if he broadcasted emotions and she received them, it would give an indication of where he was... In Lucien's mind, at least.

She laughed a little at his question. "That should be easy. Just follow any bloodtrails and we should find him." she said, standing up. "Or I could try to communicate with him telepathically." she shrugged.

Lucien stood up with her, rather nervous at the comment about trails of blood.

"Uh.. Maybe the telepathy thing would work better..." He said hesitantly.

If Lucien were to go up against a bull, he would run away. Against a rhino, he would run away. Against a human whose lethality was more than either of those two.. Well, here he was, trying to find Orion.
