Released from the man's grasp, Saul yanked his face out of the sand and scraped viciously at the dirt caked to his face and eyes. Turning around, the man's eyes widened as Yorrick did what Saul had explicitly told Delilah not to do. Now that he thought about it, it would have been a good all-around rule to put 'no killing each other or yourthelf' into effect.
Oh, well. Hindsight is always 20/20. Hissing, Saul examined the dying (dead??) man in anger, prodding gently at the knife embedded in Yorrick's chest. The man never thought of himself as cruel, but he wasn't sure if he would be doing better or worse by pulling the blade out. Clearly the Pagan was done here and wanted to be gone, but would it qualify as having killed him if Saul should simply end the man's suffering?
With a sigh Saul would wrap his hand around the handle of the dagger and in one swift motion the man would remove it from Yorrick. Tossing the bloodied blade into the sand, the man would swivel around to Delilah and glare at her. This was clearly all her fault. She should have recognized how weak the duo were, and that she and Saul could have simply scared them off. But no. Two presumably dead fellows lay at their feet. Because of her.

She sucked a hiss inward as the man committed the pagan equivalent of seppuku in some strange attempt to validate that silly prophecy he and his...friend? Brother? Distant relative?...whatever they were, it was made earlier.
Welp. That took care of that...
...or did it?
As Saul tore the dagger out of the man, her eyebrows clicked together for a moment in puzzlement. As he glared at her, however, her expression eased. She sat back on her hands in the sand, clearly not worried.
"You know, if you had left that in there, you could have blamed the first guy on me and the second on suicide. Which would have been true. But now it looks like you had a hand in it. " one of these brows quirked upwards in inquiry at his furious glower, but she said nothing.

"You know, if you had left that in there, you could have blamed the first guy on me and the second on suicide. Which would have been true. But now it looks like you had a hand in it."
A snarl twitched at the man's top lip, a clear irritation with the situation making itself known. He scanned the woman over, up and down trying to figure out exactly what her game could be. For about half a minute he would glare and stare at her like she was a complete idiot.
"I'm not a dick." he paused, looking at her like it was the most obvious thing. "Why the fuck would I prolong hith thuffering?" Frustrated he clamped a large hand around his forehead, thinking hard on what the next move would be. Something had to be done about the girl, and probably the bodies of the men. They deserved some respect. If only they hadn't been stupid, idiotic, dumb pricks. Kicking Yorrick's body in a not entirely present manner, Saul decided the easiest way to find out her game was to ask.
Rising to his feet, the man spoke. "Now, what can I help you with? What'th your game?"

She lifted her hands in a surrendering gesture before prying her bowie knife out of the knee cap of the deceased Yorrick. In spite of the spurning of her less-than-helpful suggestion, she was actually rather happy with his answer. "Just offering you a possibility. It's pretty obvious you're gonna get in trouble for this."
Delilah tilted her head slightly to the side, smiling a little knowingly up at the young man as he got to his feet.
"Maybe I could help you...?"

Clear annoyance radiated from the man's blue eyes, the usual calm blues now harsh and challenging. Saul was at a loss for what he should do and maybe his indecision showed in his limped pacing in the sand as he tried to figure out the best course of action for his companion-turned-problem. Weighted footsteps sunk unevenly in the sand as he clucked his tongue thoughtfully and considered the possible repercussions.
If he just left it at this, the girl could easily follow Saul home and both of them would be killed; him for blowing Rogues' cover and her for being on territory. If he let her help him, Saul could accidentally let information slip, thus resulting in Rogues' discover and, again, his death. Or, he could fight her and cause only just enough harm so she couldn't follow him home.
Sighing, he stood tall in front of her. It was likely clear that his knee was injured, but Saul knew that he had to go through with it. Bending at the waist, the man pulled his chain up and out of the sand where Yorrick had tossed it before staring at her and waiting for it to click for her.
"Only one way to help uth..." The chain looped in half, Saul darted forward painfully towards her and swung the heavy weapon towards her ear with as much focus as the man had before backpedaling out of her reach regardless of if the chain hit or not.

Delilah watched the young, strangely featured man pace, wiping the blood from her bowie knife on the leg of her pants, adjusting herself so that she was crouching on the balls of her feet. Her calculating gaze studied him...he was injured. And agitated. Torn between his choices in how best to salvage the situation. It was clear she wasn't supposed to know as much as she did (or to kill half wits with daggers, but if he had TOLD her in advance not to kill them, she wouldn't have). That left him with two choices, in her eyes. Go home and deal with the problem, which by his reaction probably wouldn't be very pretty. OR, he could deal with his current problem, which was her, her having killed the strange twins who apparently his whole life rested upon.
And as he stood before her and stooped to pick up the chain, Delilah heaved a sigh and shook her head, looking at him with raised eyebrows. "Seriously kid, you do NOT wanna do this."
The next instant, he had swung his chain at her head. Delilah up her knife wielding arm and caught the flexible weapon around her forearm, where it wrapped around once. Standing, her hand seized the metal links of the chain and gave the thing a good, hard YANK, towards her. If he held on, he would very likely go flying towards her, and into the braced palm aimed for his center of balance, followed by a head butt. If the chain had slipped out of his grip, she would swiftly wrap it diagonally across her torso, like an ammo belt, looking over at him with hands on her hips.
Which ever path he chose, or perhaps if he did neither, Delilah would 'tsk' at him with a light shake of her head. "Seriously. Not a good plan."

Oh, god DAMNIT. Saul figured that at this juncture in his life he would have figured out that something that doesn't work the first time prooobably won't work the second time. But as he found himself being yanked forward towards the woman, it was increasingly clear that he had not yet learned his lesson. Unable to gather himself in time to avoid collision, the man was sent stumbling backwards and into the sand.
Winded, Saul grunted out a "...yeah" before scrambling back towards the woman. A hand would dart out and attempt to grab around her ankle, pulling Delilah towards him. If this was successful, Saul would climb on top of her and attempt to pin her arms.
If this was unsuccessful, the man would back up more, and get onto his feet, being extra careful to be out of her immediate range and not to put too much pressure on his injured knee.

As Saul made a grab for her ankle, Delilah's foot would come up, out of his reach, and then back down, crunching against his hand if it was still there, just the sand if it wasn't.
If it was, Delilah would pivot on this foot and drop her knee, aiming down for the man's neck to pin him in place. As she did so, she would unloop the chain in one swift motion from around her waist, wrap it in a criss-cross motion around his neck and shoulder and cinch it in her strong hands. She would look down at him almost sadly.
"You made me do this.'
If his hand wasn't there, Delilah would slide her foot back, staring at him as he got to his feet, looking at his injured knee.
"Reaaaally bad idea."

Saul would yowl out in pain as the woman's foot crushed his hand unapologetically beneath her and was unsuccessful in yanking his digits out from underneath Delilah's sneakers. Obscenities streamed from the man's mouth after finding himself fully pinned and chained by the woman and in a last effort to have SOME upperhand, would reach out with his unpinned arm and try to grab onto some part of her or her clothing and pull her down and off of him.

"Ow," she muttered as he grabbed at her thigh muscle through her pants, feeling his fingers scrape across her flesh. But she obliged him, rolling off to the side of him....and then dragging the chained up young man towards the swing set as she hopped back up to her feet.
"Kid, I dunno who you are or where you're from but I'll give you this. You've got guts."
A pause as she neared the swing set, cogs working in her brain.
"It's a shame you don't have the common sense to go with it." she added with a weary sigh.

Saul struggled against the chain and her slow drag, but it seemed to be a useless endeavor. She couldn't possibly intend to drag him to her base, he hoped. Maybe Delilah would tire herself out and the boy could escape, though that seemed unlikely to even a hopeful like Saul.
"Kid, I dunno who you are or where you're from but I'll give you this. You've got guts."
This was hardly the time to accept compliments, if that's what that was, gracefully. Hell, rare were the times when they were given anyway.
"Fuck you" he spat, still trying to pull himself free from her.
"Fuck. YOU."

Delilah let herself laugh as the young man thrashed like a fish hooked on a line. "You are mistaken, my good man; it is you who is fucked."
Delilah swiftly looped and knotted the chain around one of the swings and, with a good, strong throw, tossed the swing over the top of the a-frame bar. As it came down, Delilah would jump up, snag it, and haul down on the plastic seat, pulling the chain down and inevitably, Saul up.
Walking sideways to the parallel bar that braced the a-frame of the metal structure, Delilah wrapped the swing around it loosely and tugged, HARD, hauling the dangling Saul up to hang from the swingset by the chain he had tried to beat her with. Grinning, she reached out with a foot and pushed him, making him spin.

The man's vicious screams only increased as his body rose off the ground and spun, furious that he had put himself into this situation; furious that he had trusted her to not being a bitch. His body fought against the chain fruitlessly as he cursed her and her family and whoever cared about her.
Unusual anger poured out of Saul as he hung defeated from the swings. As his body stopped swinging he only glared, blue eyes boring into hers. No more words, no threats, and for now no escape attempts. Just a spiteful glower at the woman.

Delilah tried not to giggle as the young very enraged man spat and cursed at her and thrashed as he dangled. As he spent his bile and quieted himself to a simmering fury in the glare directed at her, she shrugged.
"What can I say; You brought this on yourself. Now, I didn't want to kill you --which normally I would have done-- but I can't have you following me or telling your gang where I'm from so they can come and exact their revenge, now can I? I figure this is the better alternative."
"Now then, I have places to be and a family to get home to. Try not to get in any more trouble."
And with that, Delilah would spin her heel and stride out of the park, seemingly oblivious to anything Saul might say in this time frame. Off she would go...to a house, near the one that Delilah had found Saul in initially.
Shortly thereafter, she would exit the house with a cheery wave across the street at the dangling form of the young man. Moments after that, the house would explode, thus informing anyone in the area of people who might need to be attended to.
Delilah wasn't worried about Barker; if any crossed her path at this point on her way home, they would be slaughtered. But it might be a good 'in' for some of Saul's people to find out where the strange young man had gotten off to.
