What a day for a daydream ["Open"]

"Ah, well the Gamble Fruit didn't have completely favorable effects for me. It took my eye sight."

Leon nodded to her question.

"But previous experimentation has given me a slight upper hand on this blindness. When I was captured by Barker before the Correctional Facility was destroyed he used me a test for a kind of human tracker."

Leon spoke but was more analyzing what he could hear from Delilahs motions and breathing. Picking the rises and falls of her voice during her explanation to kind of count where her head was. She was being honest, though she didn't really have it all figured out... Maybe even some slight if any doubt of the better world future.

Delilah lifted her eyebrows in interest, leaning a little closer towards Leon.

"Human tracker?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"Indeed, at a very short range I am able to more or less feel people and how far they are from me, something he didn't expect however is I can 'sense' if they are stronger or weaker than myself. This drove one of my mechanics... Areon Fury to build his goggles to be able to read this power I felt and tell him exactly how strong someone was."

Leon was slow to say Areon's name, his loss was a big blow to both The Dragons and The Crows... In this hard time, The Wind Dragon, a Zero of The Crows, is sorely needed.

Delilah's head dipped out of respect to Areon's name, a heavy sigh leaving her. She hadn't known the man outside of his role as a Zero as she was living on the fringes of gang activity at the time of the Crow's founding.

And then there was one...

But the mechanic in her thought of this...that would be damn useful to have. A way to see which opponent was strong and in what ways? A humbling experience as well, she would assume.

She would fall silent for a time, considering this.

"Barker...definetly would have wanted to use that," she said after a moment with a nod of her head.

Leon would nod his head and think on it for a long while.

"No doubt by now he has perfected it, in similar ways to what Areon had done. Probably some sort of artificial implant."

He'd also pause.

"Also from my understanding when I picked up Areon's remains he had left his Goggles with "Unfettered". I may be mistaken."

The cogs continued turning. She couldn't make a mechanical eye (the sheer amount of brain surgery required automatically made that a moot point), but contacts, maybe? She'd never worked with that medium before...Interesting that "Unfettered" might still retain the prototype.

Task at hand!

"Thank you for telling me that. And about your eyes as well," she nodded to him in respect. Not so many would be willing to reveal a weakness. "It's nice to see there are still men who walk the world here with a cool and level head regarding these things, even more rare is the honesty to go with it."

Leon would chuckle a bit.

"Cool and level headed... Theres a description I've only heard spoken about me once before. Though honesty has been one of my other traits. People only need ask a question."

Leon would sigh as he scratched his forehead a bit.

"I have a favor to ask though. If you have a pressing mission to go on with the Crows, I'd like to lend one of my squads to you so that they can get some training under a different kind of leadership."

Delilah blinked at the notion of taking a set of Dragon's under her wing for a mission. And blinked again before giving him an uncertain smile.

"Of course. I'd be happy to provide my side of things. May I ask why?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"Repeating the same drills over and over again is good for accuracy and professional discipline, however, can surely slow the mind if things happen one has never seen or experienced before. Even a taste of experience in something is enough."

Leon nodded.

"At least thats what I've found. Knowledge is power is the saying, but experience is the means of using that power."

She nodded. It was something she whole heartedly agreed with.

"Fair enough. May I ask why me?"

He could probably get the same from David or Mathew...even Raikotsu, if he really wanted to test the Dragonling's abilities. There were also the Gods to consider as well. So, why her, a Crow?

[Mr. Kaar]

"Areon once told me, 'No ones going to give you a map, you have to walk your own path.'... And is that not what a Crow does? Specifically because I have heard and seen your prowess for myself. Nothing they would learn would be helpful if they where passed to other individuals that are too like myself when it comes to battle strategy and combat. Yet someone who shares similar mentality yet completely different strategy and combat tactics would be a great boon."

Delilah considered the truth of these words and found herself nodding again in agreement. It was invaluable to have that experience. Her style was more guerrilla warfare, whereas Leon's and that of the Dragon's in general appeared to be more traditional.

"Of course I'll provide my assistance any way I can...and thank you for your kind words," she added. Delilah leaned back against the bench she was seated on, looking up at the sky for a moment. "I want to request the same of you, for my Tengu. The style of Crows is mainly ambush, destroy and vanish. I am...unsure if they would be up to the task of your style of war."

"Oh?"

Leon cocked an eye brow at her request, he'd be lying if he said he hadn't expected it, but her comment of unprepared for his style of war?

"Well luckily they wont be taking orders directly from me. For the time being my Apprentices are my left and right hands in the battlefield. Not many are prepared for my style of war. Out of now twelve apprentices, only one has survived to graduate my training. Just so happens he's a Crow."

"Marcus" She said with a nod and a smile of appreciation. She chuckled. "Yeah that man is tough as nails. He was pretty choked up when he thought you were dead. We all were."

She lifted an eyebrow at him, curious.

"What happened with that, if I might ask?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"One of my Captains had gotten word of a weapon Barker was planning to use and had been using for some time to render surprise attacks. I went on a mission with a few select soldiers of my own. To find it and destroy it. When I got there everything started shutting down like flood gates so I destroyed everything I could releasing the nano-machines."

Leon explained.

"They are programmed to target explosive materials with exact or similar construct as gunpowder. I destroyed it all, and from my understanding it spread around the world doing its job. I however was not able to fight my way out and was captured."

Leon would chuckle a bit.

"I thought Barker may had learned his lesson and just killed me, but he... Rendered me unconscious and used my Qi to power specific areas. Maybe using it as a way to thrall people to rely on him, I'm unsure."

Leon however decided to share a detail he wondered if others may have over looked.

"When I was awakened by Mathew and the others, I found my entire battle suit near by... It is possible Barker used my designs in some way. If he can mass produce it, it could spell trouble. One of those Designs is the reader Areon developed."
