Bastille sighed and lashed out quickly again, there was two. She sighed, tilting her head to the left and then to the right.
"My aim is rusty"

Rai quickly lost his footing again yelling out. He would be breathing hard now. Three left... I can do this...

She let him get himself back up. Now her crimson eyes were staring at him darkly. She flung out the whip, again, after a long dramatic pause stinging around his right upper arm. She held this one tight for a moment before releasing it.
"Really rusty..." she sighed and quickly sent her last two lashes back to back right to the point where his shoulders met his neck, and the nerves were semi close to the surface. She backed up and looked back into the house. Quickly she flicked her hair and in one sweeping motion ascended into the house again.
"well that was boring."

Rai would pass out after the last two hits, it was more pain than he had felt in a long time. His body would begin to work on the cuts in his back the black blood rising to the surface to 'seal the wounds' though they wouldn't close up and even though whenever Rai woke up he could erase the scars he wouldn't he would wear them like a badge of honor until the day he died.

Mathew sat there for a few more minutes after Bastille had left, letting Rai hang there as he finished his small sculpture. Looking over the small figuring he gave himself a small nod. It was acceptable. He rose to his feet and would first set the small figurine on the ground next to the wall of his house.
With the sculpture in place Mathew lowered Rai and would pick him up and set him down against the wall, next to the small figure. Mathew left him there to return inside, but once Rai woke up he would see the figure laying next to him. A small sculpture of himself with a Dragon coiled around his body. On the base was written one word.
" Budahdeym."
