"Asiv?"
She asked, the name striking a chord all the way back to her days in high school. He had been the supervisor, if they were talking about the same man. That wasn't a name that you ran into every day.
"I didn't realize he was still alive."
She said, a thoughtful expression crossing her face, and she crossed her arms, holding her chin in her hand. That wasn't a name she'd heard in a very long time. What did he have to do with this?
"You think he knows about the trinkets?"

"Alive and on a wheelchair last I saw him. Which was after Barker decided to take a swing at us. Expensive mistake for both sides." Marcus let out a small sigh. The Battle at Crows Nest. He hadn't seen that much death in one place in all his life. What made it worse was that he knew there would be more to come soon. "Lost a lot of good people." He spoke with a sombre tone, going quiet for a moment before quirking up an eyebrow at the woman before him.
"And you didn't answer my question." The crooked smile came back. A light dancing in his eyes as if he was playing one of his games. "Well? What's your take on the man, if I may ask?"

Olesya wracked her brain for memories of Asiv. He had always been an aloof-type character. Always in the background, always watching. He had led the rescue of the captured students in the Correctional Facility, but everything else seemed fuzzy.
"You know, I dont remember much of him. He was our supervisor back at 259 but...I don't have many memories of him at all."
She shook her head.
"Not sure if its from the experiments or what. A lot of my highschool days are hazy."
She gave a short bark of a laugh, shaking her head again as if she was remembering a funny joke. For a long time Olesya had been angry that her memories had been damaged, that she'd lost her identity for a period of time. However, as time passed, she began to realize how insignificant it was in the grand scheme of things. So what if she didnt remember her high school science teacher's name? Or who her prom date had been? Or what she did for spring break? The important things stayed with her, and that was what truly mattered.

"Can't say the same for me. Then again, I've always had a head for useless trivia." The man said more to himself than to Olesya. Slapping his hands against his thighs, the man let out a loud sigh of frustration as he rose to his feet and began pulling off the overalls he had on pretty much all day, blessedly revealing a grey shirt and a pair of MarPat Camo pants underneath as he slipped his shoes off, promptly followed by the overalls.
"I just need to get the fuck out of here and DO something. Been cooped up all god damn day and It's Damaging my calm!" Once again with shoes on his feet the man Brushed himself off and gave one last lethal glare towards the misbehaving bus before moving towards the exit. "Care to join me for a walk Bobcat?"
Outside was more than inviting. The sky was blue and the air fresh....enough anyway considering the infrequent dust and ash.

"Sounds good."
She shrugged her shoulders, rolling her neck. Her joints popped lightly and she hopped into step, meeting his stride.
"Wanna play follow the leader?"
She asked playfully, not waiting for him to answer before taking off in a light jog. There was a lot of rubble nearby, it'd be fun to climb on! She hopped up on a piece of cement, climbing over it and continuing into the rubble at a casual pace.

"Would love to!" Marcus replied with a slight bow, noticing a half second too late that the tricksy Bobcat had taken off already at an easy pace. He chased after her with a laugh before reaching her side, matching her casual speed as he picked his own way through the rubble strewn block, his feet touching nimbly along concrete footpaths.
"Just be warned that I have my own answer to your spiderwoman shoes little missy." He teased with a cheshire grin. "You won't leave me in the dust THIS time!"

color=white]"Yeah?"[/color]
She puffed, pushing herself harder to keep pace with him, she was NOT gonna let him leave her in the dust! She vaulted over a half crumbled wall and landed in stride, not missing a beat.
"And what exactly is that?"

"Well now you've piqued my curiosity."
She reached a nearby building, jumping onto the wall and running up a couple steps before pushing off and grabbing the fire escape, swinging from it momentarily before pulling herself up and climbing as if it were a jungle gym.

Marcus would watch her work for awhile, Arms crossed with that smirk on his face. Oh this WAS a bit of a dick thing to do, but to be honest Marcus hadn't the chance to really show off his Qi before to the young Platinum blonde. Drawing his Qi and Shifting it to his feet, causing cracks of light to appear from his shoes, the man would give a single hop and as his feet touched the ground, it would creat and explosion of force that would rocket him skyward and atop of the Building
Where he would stand there. Waiting.

She heard a boom, rocking through her body like a shockwave as it assaulted her senses. Olesya swung up from the highest rung of the fire escape to the edge of the roof, hauling herself up...to find Marcus just standing there.
She looked down at the ground, and then back at Marcus, her mouth slightly open. She clsoed her mouth with a snap and crossed her arms.
"Alright, what's your secret."
