His lips pressed together as he listened to Yachiru introduce herself and her skillset. Stealth apparently. He didn't know her, and he wasn't sure if that was accurate or not. She was young, but that didn't matter to much. Most of the people here started young, they had to in the world they grew up in. And the world has only gotten worse.
"Fine. Levi and Kazuya will run an assessment of your skills. Should they deem you worthy you will aid them. Otherwise you will provide Aryn with back up if needed. Is that understood?"
And if there were no objections he would dismiss everyone but Leon. Leon he figured would leave if he had no comments, or would speak up and stay if he did. He left that choice up to his fellow Elder.

"Understood." She nodded and rose at the sound of dismissal and walked out, again looking cheerful as always, through the crowd she would attepmt to look for kazuya and levi, she was guessing they were both male by the names...

With his assignment given to him, as well as an assessment of the little one with pink hair, Yachiru, skills to be completed alongside Levi, Kazuya would rise up at the sound of dismissal and head out of The Peace Cafe.

Kyrie curled her fingers around the armrests of the chair and pushed herself out. Her mind continued to turn with possibilities for water and new locations for more groves. Once they were secured it would be a matter of preparation before she would require the Earth Dragon's Qi.
The blonde looked to nobody on her way out, keeping her expression set in a thoughtful and quiet manner, as she was. Unless stopped, she would not bother to tarry when it was clear as to what her tasks were. She would probably head to the first Grove to check on any sprouts and begin to plan on how she was going to do this and how many Dragons she would need.

Well~! That was her signal to amscray. She gave Leon's leg a pat and leaned back, turning her head towards his ear.
"...I'll meander outside and hang around unless you're...coming along with, now~?" Either way she grinned and stood after uncrossing her leg from the other and moved out with a wink and wave to Yun, Levi, and the others.
