Delilah nodded and smiled gently at one of the only women she knew she could call friend. She patted the book reassuringly, taking care not to touch Bastille without her permission.

"I think that's fair. You get two of your colours and one of HIS. That way, you're still winning."

She went back to the pictures she had selected and crossed off a few.

"Using green as an accent might be a better idea. Here, what do you think?"

Bastille nodded.

"Yup"

[Kyrie Blaze]

She was going to go under the assumption, because the bride was obviously planning the wedding, that the ceremony would be under Bastille's faith...

...and because she wasn't familiar with Mathew's.

"Who will be giving the Bride away..? And do you want Aryanna and Evelyn as part of the ceremony itself? ...what of Bridesmaids and your Maid of Honour..? Do you intend on having flower girls or a ring bearer?"

The questions were stated slowly, and yet came one after another. Time to give the two of them a bit more direction now that they had colours down.

"Bridesmaids? Who and how many?" She chimed in a beat after Kiyr. "Buffet or dinner service with what kinds of food?"

[Bastille Amtrum]

"Buffet-" Bastille answered quickly. She knew the world condition, finding a cook would be hard, let alone finding food. Better to use what they had an improvise many than a few.

as for the other questions, those- took more thought. Silently, she mused to herself- staring at the ceiling as if a fly was buzzing there. Then she looked at Delilah.

"D, you can be my maid of honor...You- gnome....you can take in the rings or whatever....as for other maids, I have no clue who's still alive of the few friends I ever had. Giving me away? now now- no I'll give myself away. I am owned by no one, and I killed my own father so thats out. Besides, I'd never let that man touch me again....but yes, definitely Buffet..."


She would leave the question of her daughters out of it. Mathew and her had already discussed the length plans about them.

And now things were moving.

Kiyr was no wedding planner, but Bastille and Delilah had seemed to be floundering a bit.

And though Kiyr had noted the negligence in answering her question about the twins, but that was okay. It was going to be a big event by the sounds of things.

And that meant vulnerable.

She hadn't gotten any time to actually interact with the two infants, but babies, regardless...precious treasures. Kiyr wouldn't have wanted to risk their lives.

"...your choice. That is important..."

Kiyr nodded her approval, and then turned her gaze back to her papers with a subtle frown. Yes. Important. But what...

Jotting down a few numbers, she spoke again.

"Do you intend on having a party for yourself, the night before..?"

Blue eyes widened in surprise at the admission. Her mind reeled.

"M-Maid of honour?" she stammered. "I...I, uh..."

Well it was already decided. Bastille's word was law. But it was...an astounding amount of trust she was placing in her. This marked her as a friend. Someone you wanted by your side in your happiest moment.

Tears stung the backs of her eyes and the raven haired woman had to turn her gaze for a moment to collect herself. After a few minutes, Delilah would look back at Bastille with a small smile and shining eyes. "I am...deeply honoured."

She coughed into her fist, clearing her throat. Nuff of the sappy.

"YES, Bachelorette party...I think that's actually the bridesmaid's job now that i think about it."
