As Leon pushed himself upwards and launched a flying kick with both feet at Kazuya, he would bring both of his arms up in a cross-shape, to block the kick, having landed almost immediately after Leon was knocked back, having not in fact, been planning to using Leon's feet as a springboard. The flames most likely burning the bottoms of Leon's boots, unless his battle suit was made of flame-proof material, his right arm would shoot out from behind his left arm, which had been held in front and would act as a guard, and try to slam his right fist into the bottom of Leon's left foot, to send a shock wave of pain up through his entire body... or just take his foot out of commission.

David, now watching both Leon and Kazuya, was off put by his lack of connection with Mitsuki. His attack, being now void, would leave his chest open to her attack. So, instead of pressing forward, he would blast a clout of air for Mitsuki's torso in the aim of sending her flying back into Kazuya, hoping to knock him over with her body.
If it worked, David move for Leon, jumping a foot or so in the air and bringing his left fist into a strike aimed for Leons right cheek, hoping to hit as he decended. Most would be inconvenienced by taking to the air- David was one of the few who was not.

Him sending her aflight would be used to her advantage as she shifted her body midair, manipulating the air around her to propel her even faster in Kazuya's direction. The great thing about David's Qi was that...you can't really see it being used. She was relatively close to the ground- hopefully she would take him by surprise...because what was supposed to be her knocking into him would turn into something like a tackle.
Eyes flashed.

As soon as the punch landed to the bottom of his foot, Leon's leg would go limp, since fighting force with force would simply end in both persons being hurt letting the impact die on simple impact was the best option, though now he was close to Kazuya, but he could sense another coming towards them fast and Leon was still in mid air, not only that but David was attacking as well, only thing he could do was use his Qi, which he didn't like to be forced into doing.
Extending all of his limbs out he would blast outwardly a sphere all around his body of electricity so as to blast all parties or at least protect himself.

His punch solidly connecting with the bottom of Leon's foot, Kazuya's scouter would suddenly beep, numbers appearing on the lens, and as his back was facing Mitsuki, he would not see her hurtling towards him, but he would feel her collide into him. However, what was supposed to be something like a tackle was more like a shove to him, as he would lunge forward from the impact.
He would have no time to turn and see who or what had hit him exactly, as he would immediately throw himself to the right and roll the moment he saw Leon extend all his limbs outwards, hopefully avoiding Leon's electric sphere and come up in a standing position. He would then turn and face Mitsuki, engulfing his entire body in a flame red flame-like aura, the sudden burst of power causing his hair to spike upwards, and hold his hands up in front of his sternum and torso, ready to take her on.

David, being the closest to leon at this point, would be the most ap to take damage from the sphere of electricity. As Leons limbs extended out, he knew something was up though he had no scouter or Qi sensor like the other two. He would pressure air against the electricity blasting away, using it as a propeller to throw himself backward. He would smash into a lamp post, the metal beam falling due to impact. He landed on the ground with a grunt, but would come to his feet quickly.
Grabbing the metal pole, he would swing it like a bat after running forward, aiming to take Leon out right after the man landed. If it hit, he would then swing for Kazuya and Mitsuki, aiming to take both the fighters out as well. If it worked, he would toss the pole aside and laugh.
Ah, good times.

When her eyes flashed her body, internally, rippled with change. She would launch herself away from Kazuya since he was practically like a tank. Her body twisted to face Leon, catching sight of the sphere of electricity rapidly coming her way, and she would pull up her wrists in an 'X' formation in front of her head. A burst of electricity would come forth from Mitsuki, not a very big one but just enough to buffer some of the attack from Leon. Or at least, she would hope that it would buffer some of it, rather than adding to it. That would be terrible.
But, otherwise, the force of the sphere would hit Mitsuki. Didn't do too much damage ('less Leon says otherwise)- kind of felt like she ran into a glass wall...which is better than running into a semi-truck going 90 mph.
Having launched herself away from Kazuya, she would be a considerable distance away from David. Running after her and Kaz with a giant pole after using it against Leon wasn't exactly a subtle action...but if he swung it toward Mitsuki before swinging it at Kaz, she would merely attempt to dodge rather than block, while still keeping the other two within her peripheral. If it seemed clear that he was going to run toward Kazuya, then she, too, would run towards them both- rather than getting in the way of the large metal rod, she would try to merely touch somewhere around the center of it, to shoot electricity through it...using the rod as a conductor to affect all parties it touches (except, obviously, Leon).

Leon himself would land with one knee on the ground and a hand looking up quickly as his helmet made a beep, he couldn't see the attack coming which meant it was probably a foreign object, all he could do was raise his arms to protect himself as he was smashed and flung to the side, sliding at first, before turning it into a roll. Pushing off the ground he'd get to his feet still sliding before running towards David.
Pushing off the ground in David's direction Leon would turn on the turbines at is where, coating his body in electricity and using the electro-magnetic pulses coming from his palms and feet to lift and spin him in the air becoming a drill of electricity heading for David.

His scouter beeping, the wires transmitting numbers to his brain, with his Qi activated, Kazuya would make out the outline of David charging towards him and Mitsuki, with something in his hands. What it was though, he wasn't going to wait to find out, and if David went for him first with the swing, he would leap back while pointing his hands in front of him and firing streams of flames from his hands, to propel himself backwards quickly, and hopefully avoiding Mitsuki's attempt to electrocute him.
If David went for Mitsuki first, using his Qi, Kazuya would track Mitsuki's movement using her body heat, and would fire a barrage of fire blasts from his right hand at her, his left hand held close as a guard, while she was somewhat distracted by David.

David hit Leon, causing the blonde to take a tumble. As Mitsuki would grip the pole, he cursed, jolting electricity firing up his spine. Not only did it hurt like hell, but it forced his hands to the metal. Now unable to let go, David would be caught between a rock and a hard place. What with Leon flying at him like a football and Mitsuki-
Kaz, luckily, would get him out of the predicament. If Mitsuki was hit or noticed them and dodged, she was probably going to let go of the pole, and David would use the wind to spin violently on the spot with the "baseball ball", aiming to now use that spin to hit Leon mid-air. If it worked, his bat would break, but Leon would now be spinning and rotating and plowing for Kaz at twice his previous speed.
If Mitsuki did not let go or move, David would simply run toward her while hanging on. If she let go, he would get in close enough to aim a right kick for her chest. If she didn't let go she would be lifted by the beam and smashed through a wall- and either way, leon would go sailing past him harmlessly.

Man. Why did David get her into this.
She wasn't as fast, nor as strong as the other three; probably wouldn't last as long as them either. But an area where she did seem on par was foresight; it was literally as if she had eyes on the back of her head. Her goal was to send electricity down the metal pole right when it hit Kazuya, just so that it would shock them both...but if David was the only one that got shocked, then that was just as fine with her, too!
That didn't mean she was at all distracted enough to not notice balls of fire flying her way. With having infrared vision, it was like having solar flares light up an arena. But she wouldn't let go of the pole, so when David began charging at her on one side and the fiery basketballs approaching her from the other, she front flipped over the pole to the opposite side - hand still gripping it - and would push forward to pull both pole and David out of the line of fire.
And then whatever happened after that...
She either:
A) Was free to be because Leon's drill attack landed on David
B) Was slammed into a wall because she was still holding onto the pole
C) Other.
