Koshiro quietly walked behind the monster. He kept his distance, but if this thing was going to be any match for the fiery man he would be ready to strike. His sword drawn and his mind clear. He was ready to be of any assistance he could.

Eury wasn't usually one to rush forward. She covered her ears at the scream. Though it rang in her head louder than others. Why? Something felt familiar and thinking about it made her head hurt.
~shit!~
Still ears clenched she looked up seeing the thing slice at the human torch. She felt a little trapped in place for the moment. For once a little unsure..

Kazuya's two handed kendo style was stronger in the respect of swordsmanship. He would push back the blade easily, but the creature would twist with the shove and swing the white blade from below in another vertical slash!

If Kazuya could react fast enough in time, he'd try to block the strike with his katana sheath pulled from his back.
If not, he'd do his best to propel himself backwards, hopefully avoiding the creature's vertical slice.

Kazuya is not fast enough to block and with the effect of the dodge he is successful with just the slightest of cuts to his chin!

As things grew heated Koshiro pulled his 1st hidden dagger from his belt.
With a flash of speed he threw the knife straight for the back of the monsters head. He hoped it would kill it, but was pretty sure it was just going to piss it off.

Managing to get away with just the slightest of cuts to his chin, raising his left hand up to his chin, he try to cauterize and seal the cuts up, before holding his katana in both hands in front of him once more.

The thing was able to keep with its rotation and turn/lean just enough the blade flew harmlessly by, but now its attention was on Koshiro, and it would attack charging forward raising both blades into the air and throwing a harsh push kick.

Koshiro attempted to dive/roll to the side to avoid the kick. If it worked he would yell to the others:

Going after the creature and powering up his scouter, he would try and see if he could get a reading of its power level and anything else that might be useful. He'd then try to slash the creature in the back with his katana, to try and direct the creature's attention back onto him.

aiming for a deadly shot Yachiru threw one of her tentacles at it only stretching out to about three feet long, then a piece about an inch long and shaped like a bullet would launch itself towards the monster's head.

Kazuya would read a power level of 430, and his slash would be effective in luring the beast away from Koshiro who was able to dive to the side. Yachiru's attack would miss only slightly as the beast went to attack Kazuya with a whirlwind of blades.
