Rai nodded when she asked for him to not show any pity it was something he could promise not to show in front of her but if she had to ask him then he was sure he would feel it in his heart. As her tale progressed Rai could almost see the images of what she was saying flash in his head. When she paused to look at him he would be frozen in place listening attentively, no emotion would cross his face, but his eyes... if she looked into his eyes she would see there was so many conflicting emotions, his fist would be clinched though most likely out of sight beside his legs. He hated men like her brother and father, to beat and take advantage of women just because they were bigger or stronger just because they could... If Rai ever met a man that had done such a thing he would lock them in a room and beat them until they couldn't move, and then he would ask them how if felt to be powerless... She might be able to feel his anger seething from him as she recounted the tale about her father but as her story continued he would cool off. Taking interest in the fact that she was trained to be an assassin by assassins, and then blowing up a school? Well hell, you do learn something new everyday. When she finished Rai would look her in the eyes and nod.
"So... damn. You really can't judge a book by its cover huh?"
Rai smiled and nudged her playfully.
"So sounds to me like you're pretty much a virtual bad-ass?"

There was no doubt that she felt his anger at some point. It was way her words momentarily sounded with anger but as he calmed she calmed too. In the moment of story telling her demeanor was heavily reliant upon the feelings he gave off to her. Thank god he calmed down. She did leave out the part about finding out Caleb wasn't her blood brother but still, did it really matter? As mature in age as she was there was still so much she hadn't closed about her past. Those chapters were still left open, though closed in retrospect because she hadn't dwelled on any of it in years. Hadn't seen Caleb in years. Never found out much of anything about her parents. She always knew they were involved in something grander but still. And she sure as hell hadn't seen Vic since she was younger and left Osaka. Funny she had a little school girl crush on him, what was there about an 10-11 year difference between them? Yea, little school girl crush. Feeling Rai's nudge she laughed a little. Her tale was nothing to laugh about but she had learned to live with it. It did hurt to talk about inside, to even think about but still she dealt with it.
~Virtual bad ass? Heh that's new.~
"Haha, I guess maybe you didn't quite catch the part that was mentally unstable when I did that..."
Good thing those pills finally seemed to do the job. She didn't even have to take them anymore, had stopped many years ago. Before she ever had Lana and Spike of course.
"I can here it in your voice ya know, a little intrigued about what I trained to be huh?.. I tell you this it was long and hard work.. Kilik was my main mentor, though I had a few others that were older than him... Kilik's a pain in the ass though forced me to train and live completely blind for over a year..."
Kilik had done it so he made her do it. She was pissy in the beginning about it, but it really did serve her well in the end. Made her awareness heighten to a level that can only be achieved to that kind of training. Now she mentioned Kilik a few times now, even saying earlier that the girls might be with him. Rai now had somewhat of an understanding who this man was, but believe not fully. Kilik was not a man you wanted to cross. Though he was good to her she had seen his wrath to many others, and experienced a little of his harsh nature through his vigorous training. Rai would notice a clear frown on Eury's face it was coming from her last statement. Guess she was still a little displeased about that bit despite knowing the benefits she reaped from it. It was a funny expression to see on her pretty face, especially the way it seemed so cartoon like.

Rai just shook his head.
"Nah I heard that part, but if you knew half the people I've been spending my time with, you would know that a 'mildly psychotic' person is blessed to have so much of their mind intact. Truth be told, in this day in age, I don't think one could survive for too long without something being wrong upstairs."
Rai knocked on his head with a chuckle. Then he noticed her frown.
"You're right, I am intrigued, and I have no doubt it was hard training but seeing as how you are here right now, I can't say it was all for naught, everything in our lives happens for a reason and without the troubles and mistakes we have in life we wouldn't be where we are now, hell if any single part of your story was different we might not even be sitting here having this conversation, and I would be off somewhere alone and depressed because I didn't have my aunt to come visit."
Rai smiled at her hoping that is words might make her feel a little bit better. Either way he figured a switch in topics might be a good idea.
"Speaking of Kilik when was the last time you saw him? He sounds like someone I might like to get to know. Heh, might even see if he'd be willing to teach me a thing or two?"

Eury wasn't frowning because she was sad, though it seemed through Rai's words he might have taken it that way. Her cartoonish frown came from remembering how much she hated going through that training at the time. She openly admitted that it had done her good. Kept her alive in many situations. She started becoming a girl that Death kept letting her live. Or rather Death eluded her all together. She looked at him with a smile noting how he tried to make her feel better despite it not being necessary. His words had a potency to them. They rang with truth. What if parts of her story were different? Would she really be the woman she was today? How different would she really be? Would she have ever met Leon and had the beautiful family that she did? It was certainly something to think about.
"I swear hearing that title makes me feel so old, haha."
It did a little mainly because the age difference between them wasn't so gaped out. Not to mention she had two ten year olds of her own, and Elena should be about 17 by now. Before her mind could completely wander again Rai spoke up about Kilik. She thought it a bit odd he hadn't asked before, maybe he didn't catch it?
"Kilik? I guess since I've been 'missing' for two years that's about how long its been.. He usually always managed to keep in touch with me.. He could teach you somethings if you really wanted and if he accepted, or I could show you some stuff if you liked.. Shit its been awhile since I've trained anyone....But Kilik, as I said before I'm hoping the girls are with him. I have this feeling that they must be if they're alive.. I know you might be wondering if he does have them then why hasn't he said anything. Honestly I can think of one reason and that's he's really pissed at Leon."
Now why would be pissed at Leon. Anyone that knew Kilik knew why. It was the main reason she could think Kilik would be so cruel. She didn't like it one bit but she certainly understood that was of course IF she was right about this.

Rai nodded and pondered for a moment.
"Well I am more than willing to learn anything you have to teach me, but why would Kilik be mad at Leon? And would he really hide away the girls just out of anger alone?"

Why indeed. For a moment Eury sat there thinking back on the promise that she knew Leon made to Kilik through Kilik's forcefulness. Though still a mutual agreement nonetheless. One that seemed the right and proper thing for a husband, or at the time soon to be husband. Sighing she sat herself up leaning forward, placing her forearms against her knees. Eyes stared forward recalling what she knew was the explanation.
"For Kilik it wouldn't just be the anger he felt. It would be a promise that in his eyes was broken beyond repair. As if the promise was empty to begin with, not to mention trust would no longer exist.. In his eyes he would deem Leon unfit.."
The woman sighed again. She understood Kilik's world. To him she was his little sister and any child she would have would be his niece's and nephews. They fell in his line of protection for as long as he lived.
"Kilik made Leon promise that he would take care of me, protect me and of course our family... Whatever happened as you mentioned briefly to Kilik Leon didn't uphold that promise and it would be strike two. Kilik doesn't normally do three strikes, hell he rarely goes pass one. He's super protective of me and of course my kids."
Hopefully Rai now understood that Kilik if he did have the girls was doing what could be considered a form of punishment. But Eury was starting to wonder if Leon was truly truly suffering the lost of the girls like she was inside. Not to mention the lost of her unborn child. She still couldn't fathom the words for that. It was a nagging thought in the back of her mind. Pushing off her legs she stood up with a small stretch.
"Kilik is a complicated soul trust me... I'll deal with him when I find him. I don't approve of it but I understand. But for now, you said you were willing to learn yes? Well I won't be gentle, which I'm sure you're used to that.."

Rai listened to what she was saying, Rai could relate to the man he hadn't met. Though he most likely wouldn't go through the extreme of taking someones children, he saw the justice in it... at least from Kiliks perspective.
"I understand him, and to an extent I agree with him. He might be someone I would actually get along with. But yes, training, I could always use more, and if you took it easy on me I'd feel insulted."
Rai stood up and stretched looked back to Eury and smiled.
"So whats first?"

"I believe you would get along with him..."~That is if he would except anyone with the Sudeki name attached now...Oh boy talking with him is gonna be a bitch..I'm not sure how much anger I'll be able to hold back. After all despite my understanding of it he shouldn't have let Leon think they were dead. That-that was just beyond cruel.~Training. Well she did want someone to train with the thing is could she keep in her hidden frustration? Eury had always been good at gauging her emotions. Gauging her expressions to keep people from truly reading her. It took a lot of training but she became practically a master of it. After all there's no higher master achievement than being a master of yourself. She looked at her nephew partially sizing him up, partially just merely thinking of what to do. There was a lot she knew which meant a lot to teach, but what exactly did he know already? She wouldn't want to show him something he already knew, unless he needed more of an understanding on those manners. "Well first off you'll need to stretch properly and do a few laps.. After or during you can tell me what you already know.. Come on.."With a smile she waved him to follow her inside. As they entered she wouldn't even bother saying what was what. She would just walk passed the everything including the living room where a grand piano sat. Her destination was more further to the back of the house a fairly large room that she entered. That room was a hundred percent different from the entire house. It had a traditional feel with the wooden look, to the middle left of the floor had gray padding while the rest was hard wood. She only trained on the padded floor when she was training with the kids or practicing rolls before going on the hard floor. To the far right wall it was filled with all sorts of weaponry. Katana's, staffs, kusarigama's - which was one of her favorites because of the complexity behind it- steel fans, escrima sticks, sais etc.. You name it, it was probably there. From the ceiling off to the sides hung a punching bag one on each side of the room, making that two all together. One side of the room again off to a wall was a octopus wooden dummy, that one being more ideal to train for different techniques and with a partner. On the other side of the room there was a single wooden dummy. There was also a rice bag training stand nearby. She basically had various equipment the room was large enough for everything. Turning to face him, her smile was kept her now. "Well go stretch and run out five laps.. Oh do you want a change of clothes to work out in?"(OOC: Sorry I haven't found the perfect images yet for the house sooo yeeeaaa...)

Rai began to take off his shirt revealing a sleeve-less white undershirt.
"Nah, I'm good. But as fas as what know well, growing up I was taught multiple fighting styles and how to use them, though I never found any style in particular to my liking so I kinda use a little of everything, I'm kinda sporadic as it is. I don't really plan anything in a fight I just... React."
Rai said with a smile. He would then start doing some stretches and when finished would run laps like Eury had asked.

Eury folded her arms and nodded in his direction listening. Eury could certainly relate to that kind of training. She learned different arts or rather elements of different arts to form her own styling. Different weapons and such but she was certainly a master level of some, the ones she messed with the most. Her personal styling was more fluid and flowing. There was a grace at times coupled with a harshness. Times she held back for whatever personal reasons, many other times where she didn't - yet still in some sense did. There was a bit of a complexity to it. One might not think there should've been but for her there was. But back to Rai. So he just more or less reacted in a fight? That sounded a bit like a brawler to her. Though brawlers don't typically learn arts. She wondered if Rai truly learned much or did he take a particular move here and there and compress it into something.
It's funny how clear Eury normally thought in battle though her mind usually was calculating, though not necessarily her next move always. It was weird but usually she was calculating the other person's next possible move, her move usually came from reactionary stand point with a hint of what if possibilities. As she was done musing to herself she took another swig of her water before placing it down in a corner along with the towel once around her neck. Cracking her neck and rolling her shoulders she simultaneously walked onto the hard wood her now bare feet, without really any sound. Eury was heavy handed yet light footed. When he would was on his last lap she would speak.
"Well my darling you sound like a brawler...Just curious are you proficient in any weaponry? Intermediate or master of?"

Rai finished the lap and thought for a moment.
"Intermediate, I could say swords one and duel handed, staffs, and daggers. I've kinda fooled around with chain and whip like weapons but nothing real serious. The first three are just the few that I have interest in."

She smiled at his response.
"Heh, we indeed have similar taste there."
She needed a sparring partner and she opened herself to help teach him something. There was always something to learn no matter really who you were. Experiences never stopped. Life kept giving you more and more as you went on. Lessons were new and different almost everyday and if not everyday then when you least expect it. Maybe she would learn something. She's fought in different styles, fought against many of them as well but everyone was the same in the way they used a style. Some were though cause they conformed to the styling instead of making it truly their own. Finding otherwise to perform a technique without being so obvious. Yes sometimes you can't truly change something but when you can why wouldn't you try?
Her head tilted to the left a little looking at him up and down briefly as a small 'hm' escaped closed lips. Her body shifted to a quarter view where her left shoulder was slightly facing his direction, her feet shoulder width apart. Knees just slightly bent as she stood a little more on the balls on her feet. Her arms raised up bending at the elbows slightly, the left arm lower than the right. She was leading with her left as both hands remained completely open like a grappler. As she was doing all this she spoke to him from the distance she was which was about 14 paces away from her position to his.
"Come."
Her voice low yet it held a presence.

Rai smiled and nodded, he got into a typical boxer's stance bending his knees a little bit. He would circle around Eury keeping his eyes on her trying to read up a good opening for him, finally he would just charge forward. Pulling back his left fist looking as though he was going to throw a punch upon impact, but last second he would drop to the ground and spin kick attempting to kick her leg and knock her off balance.

Hazel green gems starred attentively at Rai as he took a boxer stance and began to circle just a bit from the distance that was between them. She allowed her eyes to follow his form, when he circled behind her instead of her what she would normally do which would be to turn to face, she knew he wouldn't attack her from behind. Her hands and body remained a bit loose as he circled back to the front and once he did, he began to charge.
~Fights usually began with someone charging don't they.~
It was true. In the beginning the non attacker is usually at first in a bit of an advantage state with being able to calmly assess the situation and react accordingly. One reason Eury preferred not to attack first. Eury had always been a very perceptive woman and she was notorious for changing what she was going to do at the last moment. She noted Rai's movements as she was able to keep an eye on his whole frame. She waited patiently as he drew near with a mock attempt for a punch. It wasn't so hard for her to tell because there was a pause in his movement where he would need to take the necessary step to then drop down and still manage to keep his balance with a spinning sweep.
Perceiving all of this, Eury had been bending her knees just a tad bit more so when went for the sweep, at the exact same moment she would be taking a small leap forward. In this leap she would be bringing up her right knee, which would also be getting her left leg off the ground so his sweep wouldn't touch it. But his sweep wouldn't be fully going through as her right knee would easily be meeting his temple. As it would connect, there was no doubt he was going to fall backwards from the lack of balance. Meanwhile Eury would be tucking herself forward into a roll as she hit the floor, smoothly popping herself back onto her feet and turning to face him again. She knew that would make his head ring just a bit.
"You might be seeing the floor a lot if you keep doing things like that."
She said with a smile, as she readjusted her feet to be a little shoulder width apart again.

With Rai's head ringing he would get up as quickly as he could even though he was disoriented. Getting back into stance he shook his head a little and smiled at Eury.
"Just testing the waters is all."
Then despite what Marcus had taught him, he would motion for your Eury to attack him.
