Oy...her messengers had done a better job than she thought. Kazuya was a welcomed sight, breaking up the awkwardness of the creme de la creme of awkward. Following close behind was her new friend Eury. Eury was a very welcome sight, a kindred soul of motherhood.
"David, you're more than welcome to stay if you wish, but like I said, I'm rebuilding the core so unless you want to take back a major part this operation, you might want to take your leave."
She realized how insensitive she sounded once the words had left her mouth, and she tried to correct herself.
"I mean, the messenger...I just told him to bring the most influential people to me."
She corrected awkwardly, shifting the weight between her feet.
"Please, take a seat everyone."

And David would do so!
Walking down the steps, he nodded at Eurydice and took to the sky, not looking back.
/David exit!

Kyrie's eyes briefly turned to the Storm Dragon's chair, then to David's retreating back. She said nothing, though a part of her wished to walk out those doors, she couldn't deny it. But, she knew where she had to be, all the same.
The blonde moved forwards and selected a seat, sitting down and placing her hands upon her lap, tucking her ankles against one another, ready.

Fashionably late, Aryn slides David a wink just before he takes off and slips on in. Eye candy lifted her mood, so she wasn't about to grump, now, and paused nearby, a hand on her hip. Hmmm~
'...the fuck is Leon, anyway.'
Glowering just a bit, Aryn swiftly stalks to a seat.
Damn. This Dragon business was shit, some days.

Watching David leave, his arms casually folded across his chest, he would then turn back to face Olesya as soon as The Storm Dragon had left, and bowing his head kindly, almost sympathetically at the awkwardness that had taken place, he would begin to head towards the table, only to have Aryn swiftly storm past. Blinking once, he would shrug to himself and take a seat beside Kiyr, interlacing his fingers together and rested his elbows on top of the table, his hands held in front of his face, leaving just the upper part of his face visible.
"... So you are rebuilding the core, Olesya. How may I be of service?"

~Well that went well didn't it? Yup!~Eury returned David's nod just before he swiftly took off and just as he did another familiar figure walked in. Eury was about to address Aryn till she noticed she just went off to a seat bypassing her. Eury would shrug considering in truth she was the freshest in the room, only having really spoken to three people that were present currently. Still she found her place there an interesting one. Considering who she was it shouldn't have been so surprising but she was still getting back into.. well BEING back. She tried to stay out of this side of things before with Leon as much as possible, but maybe her voice was good for these things. She had years of experience in the field. Maybe it was time she stopped being in the shadows again and brought herself into the light once more. Eury would walk over to the seat nearest to Oleysa's position. An unmistakable bond had been forming between the two at least in Eury's eyes, even faster than she thought but still it formed. Sitting gracefully she leaned back in her seat hands clasping together and placed on the table, looking up towards Oleysa awaiting what they.. hell shewas there for.

David left without a word. Olesya can't say she was surprised, but there would have to be a conversation in there somewhere. She hadn't exactly specified who the messengers should bring. She tossed out the Elder Dragons names because ideally, they're supposed to be part of the core. But...that's why there were in this mess to begin with. Someone had to take the lead. Olesyalooked around the room slowly...Kiyr, Kazuya, Eury, and a fourth woman who Les recognized as the woman Aryn. She'd never exchanged words with her, but when you're overseeing everything the Dragons do, you tend to learn about people. "Thank you so much for coming. As you know, there have been...a couple shifts in power over the last couple months. The Dragon Elders have been busy with-" Whatever it was they were doing "their own important matters, leaving the actual running of the territory to us. To me."She looked around the table again, making sure to catch eye contact with everyone before moving on. It was a tactic to ensure she had their full attention. "I've been asked to take David's place, as his Voice and interim-Elder in his absence."Her gaze flicked to the door that the Storm Dragon had left through, trying hard to keep her composure under the pressure of running everything herself. "The thing is though, I can't do this by myself. This territory is far too vast and the army far too large for one person to run. This is why I've called you here today. Kazuya, you have been doing a great job with your army...would you be opposed to becoming the Gerneral Overseer of the entire battilion? Of course, I'll be assisting in any way I can, but you'll be working directly with the offensive coordinators with battle plans and strategies."She paused, looking to the blind man for confirmation or denial of this increase of power. She knew he had his own personal business with the clan, buthe was a great asset and she needed him here as well. --- (ooc: gonna go through them one by one )

As Kazuya was blind and only able to "see" by using his Qi to make out heat signatures, it was impossible for Olesya to fully catch eye contact with him, but he would give her his undivided attention when he noticed her look directly at him. It was no surprise to him that Olesya had been asked to take David's place, as with David leaving frequently to do his own thing, Mathew nowhere to be found, and Leon seen fleetingly at best, all three Elder Dragons were, for better lack of term, Missing In Action.
"... Not at all. If it'll help alleviate the pressure and lighten the amount of work you have to contend with to run the whole of Dragon Territory, then I would be honored to become the General Overseer."
It was actually one of Kazuya's strong suits, as during his high school years, he had been the second-in-command of a gang at Public High School #650, the prison school his father had built, and was nicknamed The Brains, because of his brilliant tactical mind and the strategies he came up with. That had not changed, even to this day.

Kyrie looked between those gathered, and pressed her lips together - seemingly thoughtfully - as Olesya began to charge people with new positions. Kazuya's new one overlapped or overshadowed Levi's, but she said nothing for the moment. If Levi did not show, she would bring it forth to the interim-Elder after the fact.
If Olesya wished to shuffle people, that was her call. Perhaps she didn't know. Kyrie certainly didn't know what Levi was doing, so she couldn't speak on that. Either way, it would do no good to draw attention to it right this second and potentially cause unrest; she had learned her lesson from last time. It was also a factor that Kyrie wasn't certain of what Kazuya's 'new' position encompassed, as well as Olesya's reasoning in general.

Olesya didn't know if Levi would show, all she knew was what she had to work with in front of her. If more people joined her core group, she would assign responsiblity accordingly. If the responsiblity was too much for Kazuya, then she could wither make him offensive or deffensive coordinator, or leave him as Overseer and assign him offensive and defensive coordinators to report to him. They were only as strong as their resources.
"Kiyr, I don't remember what assignment David had for you before, but I'm going to give you a bit of a double duty. Eury, you too. You two are the best stealth agents I know, so I want you on recon. That involves missions outside of the territory to bring back intel on the enemies movements. If you want to create teams to accomplish this, you are more than welcome to do so. In addition, Kiyr, I want you to continue your work with the greenhouses. With winter approaching, we need to ensure there will be enough provisions for the territory. Again, if you want to put a team and hierarchy together for that, be my guest. I'll want a report once a week. Eury, I'm going to make you my hospitalities manager. Listen to the people, if there are any chief complaints or concerns, bring them directly to me. I want to ensure that our people are both safe and happy. What do you two say to that?"
She knew it was a lot to give them, but with only four core members excluding herself, she'd need to pile on the responsibilities. Hopefully by sharing the recon responsibility, they would be free to accomplish their second objective without too much trouble.

Kiyr's gaze sharpened as her name was spoken, and she seemed to focus. Truth be told, it was simply out of politeness, as she would have been listening either way.
She considered things, and then spoke.
"The team I had gathered to build my Groves also tends to them, as well as myself. We will be taking in our harvest, soon, however...I do not believe we have enough food to be self-sufficient this year. What we have will simply be a supplement to our rations, if we preserve and are careful. I will gather either different people or my current team to teach them how to preserve and can vegetables and fruits, and we will keep the seeds, as well as the seeds we have acquired from the year thus far. If we keep this up, next year we may be close. The year after we should be able to be self-sustaining..." She blinked, slowly. "As well I will continue to oversee the water source project I have been working on...as well as your request for intelligence gathering. I will deliberate on a team."

As Oleysa began to address individuals within the room, Eury sat back in her chair quite comfortably now crossing her arms over her chest in a nonchalant manner. Hazel green gems calmly and curiously roamed to each person she didn't know which at this point was only two. Though the blind individual she had seen before, his name she did not catch until now. Kazuya. Running it back for a moment to the notation of the Dragon Elders it made her think about the last time she saw Leon. He mentioned going somewhere -
~Crow territory~
Yet he hasn't been seen since. Should she be worried? Possibly, after all he was blind but she knew even with that he was not a weakling. He wouldn't be completely and utterly incapable, yet nevertheless it was still a handicap for most. She was dealing with so much since returning. Daughters missing. Two years worth of memory missing. Husband M.I.A since her return. But for not only her sake but his she remained instead of running off. Just like in a game of chess the Queen protects her King. Which in turn would be what he protects no? And that brings to what Oleysa was delegating to Eury. It was funny when you thought about it in a logical sense, wouldn't Eury in some case outclass them considering who her husband was? Thank god she wasn't that type of woman to even try and pull rank out. Actually for the most part she wasn't big on titles, she had her reasons for it. But she listening attentively at one point shifting her eyes to the one she called Kiyr. Another name and face being etched into her memory bank. A sly smirk crossed her lips at the first comment.
~Heh, is that so? I wonder how you came to that conclusion missy..Didn't know I was an agent either.. News to me.~
And then the real kicker was her second job. Hospitality manager? Is it ironic for her to have that job? It was something a king would do time to time if he decided to sit there and listen. She was sure Leon was doing that before his disappearance and now it was falling onto her. Irony..Irony. Was she ok with that? Yes and no. But funny it was another way to keep her around her and not out running after what she wanted to. So maybe it was a good thing it'd keep her busy but yet she hated sitting around doing next to nothing. She was a woman that needed to move around. She would indeed need some kind of team of sorts mainly because if she needed to listen to the people then she couldn't be out on recon too much and vice versa. Despite having a second party on the recon portion, knowing Eury she'd want to go out on recon more than the other mainly because it would give her chances to get beyond Dragon walls. Chances to find clues for what she needed to, while doing what she needed for Oleysa. Was it truly the best thing considering she did indeed have motives of her own for going out there? Leon wanted her to stick around not go out. Well too bad she was going. Eyes fixed onto Oleysa the smirk still not fading as she spoke.
"While I find it funny for you to say such a thing about me considering, recon I can do.. Not a problem... The second is certainly ironic. I think you want me to lose my sanity sitting around listening to people rambling all day..Haha.."
~The queen protects her king and everything else he protects~
As far as team building went, Eury was EXTREMELY picky about such things. She didn't trust easily. There were people she had in mind already but the point was were they still living? Could she find them? If so were they even still around the areas she had chalked up in her head?
"Though before I accept fully you and I should have a small conversation miss lady.."
Eury didn't speak to Oleysa as if she was in a position of authority unlike others. She respected her there was no denying that, Eury just saw the white haired woman as a growing friend no matter her positioning. Her tone was a clear playful tone. Despite the tone she indeed meant they needed a small talk, why? Well that was for later.

Olesya nodded as Kiyr reported the work she'd perviously done, and accepted the roles given to her for now. She was glad that not only were things going well in regards to the agriculture and organization, but that the two of them were able to fall back into a business routine without any...complications.
"That's great news. We are still getting supplies from the North, but the less we need to rely on other people the better. Alliances are one thing, reliances are another."
She wasn't sure if that was actually a word, it must be, sounded right. And regardless, as long as the point was made, who care? She turned to Eury now, listening to what the woman had to say about her own proposition.
The corners of Olesya's mouth turned upward. Missy. Leave it to Eury to keep her from getting too serious. It was one of the things she liked about their new friendship, she helped keep Olesya from losing her head. She nodded to Eury, amusment sparked in her eyes.
"Yes, we can talk after this. I know it isn't your specialty of even a desirable position, but with such a small core, we're going to need to double-up duties. Eventually I'm going to have each of you specialize, but in the meantime we just have to keep our bases covered."
She turned to the last remaining core initiate: Aryn. She didn't know very much about this young woman but had head some good murmurings in regards to her. The fact that she was even here spoke volumes because she'd called for the most influential, strong people to meet her here today.
"Aryn, I know we haven't had the pleasure of getting to know each other yet, but I'm pleased you can join us. You appear to be a strong and solid individual with an unmoving resolve. We need someone like to you run the defenses here and protect our city. I'm putting you in charge of all the look outs and guard staff. Organize it, plug up any weaknesses, and report to me with your findings and ideas. Do you accept?"
There was always a choice. Olesya didn't want to give out any assignments without the willingness to hold them up. If the person was unwilling to uphold the assignment, then it would fail, simple as that. If she didn't agree, they would have to work something out, but it was a fairly simple but large responsibility.

Aryn finally seemed to be present enough to look around. Olesya, she knew who she was - 'Who wouldn't? That's some damn good gossip, right there. Drama drama everywhere, and Aryn didn't see a wink~ ...fucking hell that's a disappointment.' the brunette snorted mentally to herself - and then there was Eury that got a wink and smirk, and of course Kazuya and the blonde Barrial. She wondered if Levi had tried anything with her after Evalise had paid him a 'special' visit. She hadn't heard anything on that front, and Evalise hadn't take any other trips to see the Japanese man.
She stretched, lazily, as a cat would, and slumped in her chair, flipping one leg over the other. Green eyes brightened and glittered. She could see potential in that job.
"...hmmnnn... Could be fun. Got anything else in mind if I decline, Lessy? Tempt me~?" Yup. Nickname made up on the spot. Because Aryn was very much of the opinion protocol could fuck itself in such an informally formal setting. But she didn't decline. After all. This shit showed promise. And there was only so much managing she could do at home before it was going to drive her batshit insane.
In truth, it already was.
She was just testing Olesya in her own way, putting her on the spot to see if there was anything potentially better she could wrangle for herself. She was smirking, but not maliciously so. She was just...bored. And so, looking to make her own amusement.

Well, if Aryn wasn't a little spitfire. Olesya's right eye twitched ever so slightly at the nickname: No one had called her Lessy since elementary school, but remained cooly neutral as the brunette talked. So she wanted a challenge, huh?
There were two ways she could go about this, ask the girl where her strengths were, or what she wanted to do, but that would put too much power in her hands and remove the challenge from the equation. She could also think up a second post, and run defenses herself until she found someone to fit the position.
"Tell me, Aryn, do you have any expertise in electronics?"
