Well, that was weird. Damn, was this the power of the masks?

Leon would give the most awesome fucking high five ever.

Leon would begin thinking.

~I think there is some way to break Strike's orders... It probably wont work closer to the guy, but for now it might keep me from doing anything here. Because I dont feel like doing anything he ordered me to earlier.~

Your plan involves... Me giving you orders, so you don't have to obey his...?

Huh. Makes sense.

Leon would nod, raising a hand to his chin as he started to pace.

~What if you gave a long term order... Something that would stick so if Strike tried to give me another order, it wouldn't work....~

[Lucien DeChain]

Lucien had to think for a long moment, giving much thought to this. Whatever he chose, it had to be something that would deny Strike power over Leon.

Until I order you otherwise, you will deny any and all orders given by John Strike.

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon heard the order, allowed it to stick, and hoped at least.

"Alright... Take the mask off, lets see if that worked."

[Lucien DeChain]

Lucien nodded, and removed the mask from his face, in a whoosh of black petals. He looked down at Leon, a concerned look in his eye, wondering whether or not it had worked. He was waiting for some sort of sign that it had or had not succeeded... But, would it be that simple?

"Well? Do you feel any different...?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Looking down at his hands and feet he'd look back to Lucien with a shrug.

"Guess we'll find out soon enough."

Leon would walk to his throne and sit, waving for Lucien to sit in one of the other chairs.

"Tell me of your personal views of the last battle?"

[Lucien DeChain]

Lucien was nervous, reaching his hands out to act as possible guides to assist the man in standing up. Once it was assured that Leon had recovered at least enough to walk, he took another seat faced towards the Elder.

"From what I saw... Barker's footsoldiers were inferior to ours, but his Generals.. They were on a whole new plateau. It took both mine and Olesya's strength to kill one." He explained.

[Mr. Kaar]

"What as your assessment of your opponent, and your ally for the encounter?"

Leon was analytical at heart, and loved to hear of the details. Especially since he wanted to know what kind of an eye for reading situations Lucien had.

[Lucien DeChain]

Nodding, Lucien continued. "The first thing I noticed about my enemy was the immense speed, and his ability to see me while I was invisible. He tracked mine and Olesya's movements so well, it was apparent just how much stronger he was than us individually... I also noticed the man had some sort of exoskeletal armor, like his Qi was creating bone tissue on top of his skin. It proved quite effective against our physical fight. His fighting style was quite reserved, it was like he wasn't even trying to attack, just defend. Like he was playing with us."

Which was scary to think about.

"Olesya and I worked well together, we were quite able to attack together without accident. Her water based Qi might not be the best combination for the Electricity, were I to get a single drop of water on me it would be next to useless. I think, though, that if we end up working together in the future, that could be thought through a bit more and we could work well in a team. Between the two of us, she is the stronger, and her fighting style reflects it. She's more aggressive in her movements, holding back only when absolutely necessary. And she's not afraid to sacrifice herself, not even for someone she had just met..." He trailed off. He needed to thank her again for that.
