John would take the help up pulling his arm from behind his back, rotating the shoulder a bit. Being ramme dintot he force hurt his arm, and being thrown to the ground landing on his arm first hurt too. So he needed to loosen up.
"I've been practicing. Seems I have a nack for it... Not sure if its just the hammer though..."
John's eyes would trail to the hammer, before looking back to Mathew.
"Your arm is still slow and fidgety, but it will work for you. Hopefully better with practice."

He twisted the arm with his Qi to look at his arm. It was slow and clunky yes. But it did do it's job. He hoped that in time it would get better. It had to, but right now it was still so foreign to him. But thankfully he was already used to his Qi. So it was one less hurdle to surpass.
"Maybe you have a gift for this kind of work. Be proud of your gifts, harness it. I'd like to see where you are in a year from now."

Fight has been handed in using the Fight Turn-In System.
Well, that was an enjoyable fight. Not often we get to see a sparring match between two of the top fighters on the board. Keep up the great work.
Mathew: +1 EXP. The purpose of this sparring match was clear to you from the start, and your writing style reflected the clumsiness of the new stone arm. You played it well, and acted intuitively, choosing to move the rest of the body instead of the arm.
John: +1 EXP. Your writing style was clear, concise and easy to follow. The flow of attacks and use of descriptive fighting added to the overall enjoyability of the thread. John's fighting style is interesting to me, having not seen it in action before. The use of a modified Muay Thai set was interesting, and a good choice considering the opponent.
