Malek would lead the way to the Enclave a decently sized building with visitors rooms, a meeting area surrounded by a garden, waiting and reception along with some training or exercise rooming. A study with a desk and single bed.

"We didn't know how to decorate or prepare for you, this was what we made available for you however. The study will be where we will be doing the work today. And we will issue the laws and guidelines as we go over them."

...it was simple.

'Gorgeous.'

That worked, too. Refined yet functional. Her eyes swept the place...and softened.

"This is more than I could have asked for, and several times over what I expected. Thank you." Kyrie emphasized her gratitude, the simple words not conveying deeply enough how thankful she was. Blinking quickly, she wasted no more time to look over her space, moving towards the study instead. Though she wanted to poke and explore, there would be time enough for that later.

She glanced at the shelves, the bed, and quietly took a seat at the desk. It all seemed very bright. Was she really sure..?

Mentally giving herself a shake to break the doubt, she looked up. "I assume that we will be reviewing the rules that were set in place before? I would like to familiarize myself more with what the Gods have done so I do not insult anyone. Things may change, but tradition is important as well. And the Gods have flourished."

Malek would grab a seat and nod.

"The people are allowed to chose any job that's emphasized by the leading faction of the area. As you are Dragon those Jobs are up to you, but every family must have at least one worker. Housing is free, but food is not, you are paid wages respectively for your job and those wages go to feeding the families. Laws are rather simple, no theft, murder, rape, or assault of any kind. Disputes are brought to the consular of their realm and decided by the consular or chosen official."

Malek would move to the shelves and pull out the paperwork on the current laws of the six other realms.

"If you wish I can copy the basic laws from the other six realms as they usually do and we can build from there?"

Kyrie smiled.

"Yes, we can. I still prefer to look over them, of course, before anything is final."

Cautious, diligent, level-headed, and thorough.

Malek would hand over the book of laws and guidelines the other realms followed. He'd give her time to look through.

What does she learn?

Norse law, The court assembly, the thing, used the law and heard witnesses to rule whether the accused was guilty or not. There were usually two types of punishment: outlawing and fines. The most common means of justice were, however, fines; the amount varied, depending on the severity of the offense. This system was extremely intricate and the fines themselves, singularly a "mulct", were also varied according to the social status of the accused and/or the victim. Disputes of innocence were often solved by trial. These trials consisted of different tests for men and women. However, as long as the courts were not made aware of the crime, it could go unpunished or was settled outside of legal bounds by payment. There was no written code of law until after the Viking Age, but the code of fines, duels, and disavowing criminals was the standard across the Scandinavian world.

Greek Law, is much more civil and focuses on an actual jury of one's elected officials and the emperor. At this time no emperor has been chosen so its up to the gods and the counselor.

Egypts law, is much more subtle than the others the criminal is brought forth to plea the case to the Pharaoh. Everyone lives with the decision cast from this.

Kyrie's eyes quickly scanned over the documents, taking the words in quickly. She looked up, between both Malek and Odin.

"Here in California, was each sect governed by their own law, or was there a standardized practice between all three groups? Reading these makes me think it is more the former, than the latter, but I would like to be sure."

Each practice had its perks and flaws. Perhaps they could be worked to a greater advantage if everyone was willing.

"You are right to assume each realm governed its own."

The blond man would run a hand through his hair. He was rather patient and content with sitting around. Though when the need would arise he was prepared for battle.

[Kyrie Blaze]

"If the suggestion of combining aspects of each realm's laws has come up, how resistant has each realm been regarding it..?"

Kyrie folded her hands on the desk, curious.

[Mr. Kaar]

"There was a talk brought up a few years ago, by Pegasus. Zeus was completely against it, stating about wise minds and voting, blah blah. Odin was slightly resistant, but I think that's more because he likes the finality of being able to claim yourself free by requesting judgement by combat. Ra stated he would be open to change, or at least a trial period."

Malek would shrug after that.

[Kyrie Blaze]

"Then it is, at least, something to keep in mind. For now we will leave them as-is, with room to bring up the potential after drafting changes. It is possible even Zeus could be more amenable if there were to be an actual workable proposal."

She looked to Odin and tilted her head.

"But the established traditions are important, so, for now this is likely the least of our worries if the established rules in this are working well enough. I would rather have time to work on this once I have a greater understanding of everything else. What else, then, do I need to know?"

The tiny woman smiled; always eager to learn, that one. She had a few very minor questions she would come to ask, but they were near the bottom of her priority list for now.
