Rai didn't hear anything after Leon said "You could use it." He immediately began to intensely start focusing with his eye. Looking as hard as he could everywhere. First he'd be squinting, then wide-eyed, then just straight up looking as though his eye was about to pop out of head. He spent so much time focusing on trying to make his eye thing work the first thing he heard was "... a Dragon?" at which point he would stop and just stare at his uncle.
"Pardon?"

Rai, suspecting something as soon as Leon started speaking, would quickly slam his head forward as soon as Leon twitched hoping to force Leon to hit the hardest part on his head, hoping to teach Leon a lesson.
"I don't have a problem with them, they are a good system to live by. Are they my own beliefs? Hmmm, hadn't really thought about it really. Just kinda embraced it as how the world works. Get strong or die."
Then Rai would rub his head, or shnozz depending on if his retaliation worked.
