David had gotten the word out to meet at his place, the two other Elders only allowed to come. He needed to speak with them, especially after the other night with Strike.

Mathew was the first to show up. Barker and the kids being watched by Avenger and Gemini. Knocking on the door with his stone arm he waited like two seconds before attempting to just let himself in. Unless the door was locked. Then David was probably naked, and no one ever wanted to see that. Not again.

The door was unlocked, and as Mathew walked in, he would get a full view of Davids ass.
"Sup bitch."
He hadn't mooned anyone since highschool. He would pull up his pants and turn around, grinning.
"Thanks for coming. We need to talk. Leon should be here soon, I think."

Mathew closed his eyes and groaned.
"Ugh, why couldn't I have been cursed with blindness instead of age."
Just, horrible.

"Blindness isn't all its cracked up to be, I used to have nightmares about being in a room full of chicks that could be playmate's of the year, naked and wanting me. But I was blind."
Leon would say as he walked in.

Mathew laughed.
"You know I don't think being blind would stop me from scoring if I was in that situation."
His penis would serve as a divining rod. Guiding the rest of his body. Just like most men.

"My ass was chiseled out of stone and you know it. Don't hate. congratulate."
He would gesture to the living room to their right.
"Come and sit your crotchety asses down. We have some talking too do."
He'd wait for them to sit or say they were standing before proceeding.
"So I met with Strike the other night. We had a lovely little chat about whats up his ass and how we can unbunch it."
David had put out some drinks for them, if they wanted. He himself had a cup of water in his hands and took a sip.
"Basically, he said that there is this ancient race of people he calls the creators. Really old dudes. they made him, and us apparently. He said he plans to raise an army to defend and attack this race before they can destroy us. He said he aren't his enemy, that the true enemy is up there."
He pointed at the ceiling. Meaning, outer space.
"Now, it sounds like something out of a science fiction horror flick, but makes sense. He showed me some things, about his body that were changed by them. And he's willing to meet with us and show us irrefutable proof that they are real. And he will try and talk us into joining with him, I'm sure."
Now he waited to see what they would say.

First things first Leon had to retort.
"Its not about the score, its about stalking your prey. Its all the better when you can see those veluptuos ta-ta's."
Then came David's explanation of things. Leon now moved to sit down and take a drink. There was more to this, so for now Leon would stay silent.

"Pfft. Tits are nice. But you my friend lack an appreciation for asses."
Like Bastille, who was one fine piece of ass. He made his way to the couch as he made his retort. Popping his feet on David's table as he started to explain what was going on. He kept his trap shut through most of it, but he couldn't help but roll his eyes.
"So basically he thinks he isn't human and wants us to help him fight God? Or real Gods?"
As opposed to the Fake Gods that lived not terribly far away.
"And you believe this drek?"
Skeptical Mathew was skeptical.

David shrugged.
"I don't know what to believe. Maybe an alien race is involved in everything. Maybe the guys a mad little hatter and just wants control and power. But I'm willing to entertain the idea. Lets put it into perspective."
He stood and set down the glass.
"In the last couple years, enough bombs dropped to wipe out every government on the planet. Hello apocalypse. If you'd have asked if I believe one man could do that, the answer would be no. Within six months, we have these hyper powerful people running around killing and grinning and blowing more shit up. Unlikely they would just come out of no where. Then, suddenly, OGRES? giant beings that are half human half machine? Again, right out of a Science fiction movie. People disappearing, reappearing, making storms, moving the earth...this shit is not what I pictured life to be. Not what we thought it would be."
He didn't look away from Amtrum, who he knew saw Strike saw as an enemy.
"Sitting at your house, with your two daughters, is Sean Barker. Not too long ago, he was our enemy. And you along with everyone else wanted him dead. Did I ever think I'd be okay sitting next to him at the dinner table? Or that I'd be allies with Gods, or staring at a several hundred mile long wall in the middle of California? No. Unlikely I'd have believed any of it. Now you ask if I believe there are aliens coming back to the earth to make us their bitch? Unlikely. But too much shit has gone down for us to ignore anything. And he's willing to talk."

"Could be a trap... I'm in."

"Fair enough."
David did make some good points. Truth was ever shifting with the facts. But unlike with Barker, who Mathew could understand and relate with, he didn't trust Strike. He was an unknown enemy, and an unknown variable. But information was power. As long as they were ready to sift for false information.
"I'll listen. But he better be damn compelling. Especially since he has already publicly called us out on being terrorists and radicals."

David waved him off.
"Don't bullshit. I've known you long enough to know if the situations were reversed, you'd do the exact same thing. Nothing is as damaging as perception of the people, and he's doing a good job of putting us to ground. As anyone would. As we did to Barker. Could be that he could become an Ally. We meet him in four days, at Belltower park. He said he'd come alone, as will we."
David didn't fear Strike. Not now, anyway. He hadn't been given a reason. He feared possibilities...but right now, felt confident in what was taking place. Not just that, but they had done to Barker what Mathew just said was being done to them. And David didn't really mind it. Electricity, phones. It was like life was back to normal.
And he hadn't had to tell them everything. Not even close.
Good. He would he a head start.
"That's it then. We'll meet him."

"You're right. I would do the exact same thing. And I'd think about luring him into a trap too. I'm really not keen on walking into a trap right now. I kinda got a lot of shit going on."
He frowned. He had a flight in a few days. And other issues with the God's, the Titan's, Bastille. Last thing he wanted was to be captured like she had been for who knows how long because he was reckless.
"Why not meet him now. Right here?"
Don't give him time to prepare. Less chance of getting fucked over.

David laughed.
"How about he meets us in twenty, in your house. I don't want him knowing where I live. Like I said, its worth listening to him. I didn't say I trusted him."
