A lound crack could be hear in one of the many parks of this area in California. It was soon followed by another and another. Over and over again. Jyo stood in front of a tree with his arms raised and his hands in fists. He had a white tank top on with some blue jeans without shoes or socks.
The tree in front of him had many marks on it from him striking it. The tree was doing well but Jyo had still made a noticable amiunt of damage. he spun arouns letting his heel slam into the tree letting out another lound crack and making yet another mark on the trunk.
He brushed a bit of his hair from his eyes and then rapidly sent a flurry of jabs to the trunk tearing into the tree bit by bit with every hit. He stopped then switched hands and repeated the actions. Jyo knew that in a new enviroment where there were once more people who could likely defeat him that he would have to keep in top shape
Pity there won't be to awful many who can win. But i'm sure those who can't beat me are gonna put up one hell of a fight. After the digging I've done into this school I belive this should be interesting indeed. He thought as he released a salvo of kicks into the trunk and switched legs doing so again.

Ah yes, the park. It was a place Aureus naturally found himself attracted to, yet he had only been there on a few occasions. Strange, as he had loved to go to the park close to the orphanage before he was adopted. Maybe staying away was his way of letting go of the past, who knew?
Regardless, the Pillar was now standing at the entrance of the grass, tree, playground, wood chip, squirrel covered area by himself, or so he thought. He had come from Chi's place after she had fallen asleep, as he felt like going for another nice, night time stroll. He'd be back before morning, so there was nothing to worry about. No matter how hard you tried, you could never shake the loner from him. Not to mention, midnight was his favorite time of the day.
With a deep breath in, Aureus began his adventure. It was always interesting to see how the whole world seemed transformed at night, the moon reflecting a completely different kind of light off things. The tranquility that was almost criminal to break relaxed him like nothing else. Eventually, a noise did break that tranquil silence and in doing so piqued his curiosity. Stealthily the Varsity Captain made his way across the mash up of dew covered grass and dead, autumn leaves. What he saw was nothing too out of the ordinary, a boy fighting a tree. Judging from the marks on the plant, this had been going on for quite some time. Leaning back against his own tree 20 feet away away, Aureus decided to make himself known. "I wonder if that tree wishes it could strike back," he said, his tone neutral and indifferent.

Jyo head heard rustling but considering wher he was he figured it a squirrel or some such thing. It was when he heard a voice that he turned facing it in little more than a blurred motion. He instantly relaxed though and gave a smile at the comment. "Well if it could I wouldn't mind. It would only be that much more of a challenge above other things." he said with a shrug and a chuckle. it was clear this was someone from the school. Aureus he belived the name was. he had seen him in the halls and had asked around a bit. he planned to meet the guy as he was rather well known in the school. "Well well well. Aureus I belive. I planned to meet you at some point. Guess you beat me to it." he said walking over to him and held out his hand. "Name's Jyo. Transferred here recently.

He's pretty fast... Aureus noted, storing it away for future reference. It had become somewhat of a habit for him to study the way people moved so that he could figure out how they'd fight. You could never be too careful when you were a pillar. People always wanted to show you up, or just plain kill you.
Judging from the way the red head spoke, Aureus was confident he was a pretty laid back guy, and you didn't find too many of those around, most people were so uptight. "I see my reputation precedes me. Whether or not that's a good thing I'm not sure, but it's nice to meet you, Jyo," the Pillar said while shaking the boy's hand. "So, is this your usual training routine, or are you trying something new?"

Jyo shugged at Aureus' comment. "Your reputation is a good one from what I hear. I've just been interested in meeting all you pillars and the captain plus any gang leaders. Also Asiv. I'm interested in the key figures of this school and finding out if they are going to be enemies or not." He said with a small smile. "But from what I hear I think you and I are going to get along fine. I hear you are one of the people who have the best interests of the students as a priority."

It seems this one plans on shaking things up if he wants to know the major players already. Very interesting, I'd keep an eye on him. Levi advised.
"Well, it's nice someone appreciates what I do. And yes, I try to help the students the best I can. Not on some major, ground breaking level, but on a more personal one. Show people around if they need help finding something, stop bullies, lead clubs, keep things peaceful, ya know?"

Jyo nodded. "Indeed I do. I once was playing the same role as you. It can be tough. you are lucky to have the captain and the other pillars to help. I'm sure it makes it easier on you than it was on myself. I'm glad to know that so far the pillars are good people. Means I don't have to worry about much." he said with a shrug then leaned against a nearby tree.
"So far I have met Mitsuki, Maxwell, and you. Who is the last pillar? I've yet to hear of them." He said.

An ex-Pillar, eh? Very interesting. Yeah. "Why would you have to worry in the first place?" Aureus questioned, curious of Jyo's motives. It was just strange that a new transfer student with only one year left of high school was so worried about the school's well being. The schizo prided himself on knowing what was going on, and the red head was a mystery to be solved. "Ah, the last Pillar would be Saint. He's a bit strange, but means well enough. He shouldn't be too hard for you to find."

Jyo gave a small chuckle. "No not an X-pillar. I had no help when I was taking care of the students at #499." He said witha grin. He thought back to that point in his life and had to admit having pillars at his old school would have been very helpful and he would have accepted the idea in an instant. Granted he would have been making sure he'd pick the pillars himself. "Well it's good to hearthe last one is one of the good guys. it looks like I only have to worry about Asiv. And still I doubt he's as bad as othes I've dealt with." Jyo said with a distant look for a minute.

OOC: Note - Anything in italics = thought. Speech is restricted to quotes.
IC: Aureus frowned for a moment, his question had yet to be answered. In addition, the transfer had called his motives even further into question. Not that the schizo thought he was going to cause trouble, though one could never be too sure. It was just that the boy made it sound like he was some hero there to free 259 of tyrannical rule. "You still haven't told me why you would have to worry in the first place," Aureus said, his tone remaining the same.

Jyo gave a soft smile. "Mostly because of Asiv. Right now he's gotten his hands on a drink that could lead to alot of problems for this school. It's called Brimstone. I doubt you'll have heard of it. Think of it as a super steriod. He's using it to use two of your students as puppets. Apparently for them to do things he watn's done that you pillars wont do." He said with a sigh. "Brimstone comes from #499's benifactor Rama Corp. Which is run by a madman. I don't want this place being another #499. Thats why I'm finding all the key players. I need to know who I can ask for help if things get ugly." he said

A grin slid across the Pillar face, now he understood. "And if the Pillars we're a threat to you as well," he said calmly. A good game plan. He must feel particularly responsible for this 'Brimstone'. Which brings up another issue, what's Asiv up to? What's he getting these two students to do that we can't? "Well, rest assured I'll help you if you need it. Asiv's...slightly off his rocker. The man has an odd way of going about things, and if he has harmful intentions, he needs to be stopped."

"Yes I can tell Asiv is insane to a degree. But I don't think he's beynd reasoning. At least not yet he isn't/ I've met people when they were beyond rational thought. Isane as Asiv might be he's not at that point." Jyo said with a shrug but gave a small nod as well. "Thanks for letting me know i can rely on you for help. I don't think this is a mtter I can handle myself is it comes down to it.

"Nothing is easy. Oh, and since you seem to have done some snooping around, maybe you could help me. Do you know anything about the 552 transfer, Soresu? They say he's the old leader of the RoB." Aureus asked while his fingernails scrapped the bark of the tree. He was anxious, and needed to know as much about the boy as he could. It hurt him to think about it, but it had to be done. Vengeance doesn't enact itself.

Jyo shook his head. "I only know the school by reputation as it seemed more violent than others. But I know little of anyone from the school itself. I would help you if I could." he said with a shrug noticing Aureus' anxious mood when asking this. "It might help a little if I knew what RoB stood for and what this Soresu has done. it's clear he's done something.
