Midgards Strike (Dragons, Gods, Barker Cell)

It tightened, restricting them, a look of fear on their faces, and then the one with the green fur and cat like ears seemed to get bigger and all muscle. Destroying the net out right. Freeing the armored one to swing his own sword to deflect David's. They grinned.

Sugar on a stick.

She doesn't look too pleased, but gives a reassuring look to the kids.

"On a show of good faith, when I come to chat, would you let one child go to my companions to safety?"

She stepped forward. She didn't have any weapons, per se, just her pack as normal and the supplies she had gathered. She wasn't threatening, but showing her willingness to move forward to go 'talk'.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Kyrie steps into the ship, wracking her brain. She would have been better off on the field of battle; it would have let her head cool and she could have focused much more easily. And now she was filled with worry and with only a little to do.

She takes a quick look around upon her entrance. What does she see?


Einrik grunts as the little ants start to swell up against him and clocks another. He can see the one with the scythe coming and picks up one of the others as a meat shield!

Eury was obviously still indecent for visitors! Still dawning that short silk nightgown and robe. He could've knocked!

Her newly dawned purple hues snapped towards Strike's direction. Her mind struck up a few more truths. She hadn't been working for Barker. The man before her was whom she worked for for two years. Again there was a weirdness about her. She didn't know how to fully react because she felt a certain pull towards him as well. His shoulder was duly noted as she now heard the commotion outside.

"What is this about, Strike?"

The woman had been out for 3 months. She didn't know a thing. All she knew was her legs felt like jello. She was indecent. And Strike was before her and her mind was pulling her in different ways.

Whoa where did that thought of hers come from?

David would promptly slap a hand to his chest....his armor dropping off. (Stats return to normal, +40 to STR, DEX and CON for 3 posts)

He would spin and slash at the bulging monsters eye, aiming to cut it coldly. At the same time, he'd fire a blood bullet at the other ones thigh...aiming to again cause more damage.

OOC: Armor reduced to Mask, shoulders. -4 CHA.

"Sorry that isn't my orders. We either talk, or we kill them and you."

The guy dismisses the notion.

The guy slices through him like he wasn't even there, before rearing back for another go.

Eury
Strike chuckles as his shoulder slowly regenerates.

"I'm taking back whats mine. I couldn't ignore your thought waves either. Kind of large scale."

David
David catches the one off guard and it takes a cut to the eye, the armored one however swings his sword and a huge beam of energy escapes slicing the blood bullet in half heading for David. The Green monster follow the motions trying to catch David on a dodge attempt with a slashing claw.

This didn't please Arianna...not one bit.

She wasn't about to sacrifice the lives of those kids and her - for all wants and intents - co-workers. Just like she couldn't try to call Odin.

She glanced back.

"Hey, guys? You wanna give us some time and space?" She carefully but subtly emphasized the last word, wondering if they would get it and back off, to wait and see...and if things got bad if they would send word out...

She turned back and stepped forward with a sigh.

"Okay. Have it your way."

For now. She wasn't a warrior...she knew how to defend herself but...she wasn't going to get risky just yet.

[Kyrie Blaze]

Einrik throws whatever remains of the body at the scythe-man to knock his weapon off. Such a large weapon could easily overbalance. And if he was successful he would move in, using one hand to palm it further and the other to slam his fist against his opponent's throat to crush it!


Kyrie, meanwhile, tries to wrack her brain as she inspects the ship's interior. He trusted her. So he entrusted this to her. Why did that ring familiar?

Eury was a smart girl it didn't take her long to figure out what she had been subconsciously doing.

"Well shit don't go flattering yourself too hard."

She was finally regaining the balance in her legs. No longer feeling so numb. She stood straighter though energy shot through her head like lightning in a bottle again. Damn she just finished struggling through a mess of crap and now this? Pull it together again girl! Shaking her head she stared Strike down. Yes she actually dared.

"I'm not anyone's property. But, I didn't know you claimed me."

She said in a coy nature. Guess her odd nature came right back. Or was it the woman that worked for him had returned? She felt something else around too.

~What is that?~

Referring to the ship that she didn't know just yet.

[David B.]

David leaps backward, matrix style...before a claw hits him. The blow sends him tumbling, leaving a thin trail of blood on his side. His men are clashing...and he doesn't care. Though he turns...at the peal of the horns.

Trumpets would sound.

The clouds, which had before muddled the sky...seemed to clear, a lance of sun breaking over the horizon. on a hill, in the city to the left of the attacking army, a very tall man stood. With Kiyr being so far in and higher up, she would get a glimpse of the battlefield after the trumpets and of the Titan in glimmering armor.

"She sure does know how to pick them."

His men came up behind him, all in glimmering armor. On his head sat a crown, in his hand a lance.

"SEEMS WE GOT A FIGHT NEEDS PICKIN', BOYS. COLOSSI, FORWARD!"

His men cried out, and the horns were blown again, as a thousand rushing bodies would slam into Midgards flank, Hyperion at their head.

"I didn't. You were given to me. Though it was more, your hard to ignore."

Strike would reiterate his point. Though he could move his arm now as the wound began to close. Stretching and sighing.

Knocks the Scythe to the side!

Convinces the others to back off and start spreading out.

"Right why don't you tell me a little somethin about Odin."

David
The two don't stop a cross slash appear in the air and the armored guy thrusts with his sword sending it for David, while the Green guy's eye has regenerated. He charges once again waiting to be opportunistic.

The now clashing armies of Gods, Titans, Dragons, and Midgardians is a true war, if it were not for the fact Midgardians were getting their asses ripped apart.

Kiyr notes communication with the ship.

"Password?"

Except this was in her head.

She see's a large oval shaped room with a platform.

Arianna wanted to be snarky and start spouting about what kids hadn't been taught in schools, such was her frustration.

But with kids there...she didn't.

"That depends on what you want to know..?"

Good thing she hadn't called for him. But she had no doubt he knew of the attack.

"You've targetted me, or Strike has, so you know I'm close to him..."

"I suppose I am."

Well now who woke up miss confident? That other thing she sensed was very hard for her to ignore but it felt faint the way she currently was. She looked at Strike watching his movements as she stepped back a bit. A soft almost hushed word escaped her lips.

"Surgere."

Latin for rise as her form changed to what he or they or even herself had put her through. In that state she felt it more. Now crimson red hues stared passed him as if looking towards the window.

"What do you want exactly? And what the hell is that out there? I can feel it."
