A hard light shield would form around Koshiro, he was still falling onto Zax.
(OOC: He was a merc, remember. Bound to pick up a few things.)

Koshiro's shield would be a partial success, but a couple of Zax's spikes would graze Koshiro's skin.
The body slam would be a success. And as soon as Koshiro landed on Zax, Zax would attempt to bring his spiked knee up to hit Koshiro in the stomach.

The wind would likely have been knocked out of Zax during this, but Koshiro would begin to punch Zax in the stomach repeatedly. This would likely take The wind out of Zax, and either make him pass out, give up, or go limp, or Koshiro would take a spike to the side. Where he would create a light shield to slow the spike enough that it would only be a flesh would.

Zax would be completely knocked out and lying on the ground with his eyes rolled back and his tongue sticking out. Koshiro wins. End thread/
