Lets Talk Diplomacy (GM)

[Mr. Kaar]

After being patched up by Eury and getting the green light from Squad One Leon would take Brave and Koi with him as body guards on this diplomatic walk. He was headed for the current after action camp the Titans had set up near the Crows Nest. He needed to ask around, talk to whoever was in charge of the camp and make get some things worked out. He wore his full black leather combat suit which was still battle damaged. He had Brave carry his helmet, so his face was in full view.

He would approach the camp however and look for the patrol or guards to gain access and get the talks going.

As leon approached, he would notice the cam was formed in a tight circle, tents the size of buildings. Surrounding the camp was a circular guard. They formed an unbroken link, save one. There was an archway erected solely to show a way inside. Sitting in front of the arch was a woman, a couple bandages on her, with a knife in one hand a sword on her back.

"Thats far enough. Whats your business here, Leon Sudeki?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would halt his approach as he began to speak.

"Diplomatic business. Need to talk to whoever is in charge of the camp. As one leader to another."

Eos stood, ten and a half feet tall, in what appear to be shorts and a chest wrap that covered her good parts. She looked at the two men with Leon and sniffed, before gesturing with her knife for him to follow.

"You touch anything, I'll cut off your hand and give you an enema with it."

They would move among the camp, where Titans sat around fires and ate, others guarding or working out, building armor and repairing it, as well as refashioning weapons. They were lethal, and seemed ready to scrape elbows at a moments notice. They would pass the morgue, where a dozens of titans were being burned on pyres, with their weapons and armor and the swords of their fallen enemies surrounding them. They would reach the tent of Hyperion, though the banners were drawn, indicating Hyperion wasn't there. As they walked through the opening, a table was in the center of the tent, Perses on the side with two others, showing a map of the entire city. On all sides, they were surrounded by yellow (for Strike), while a couple areas showed black, and the Blue (for Dragons) were off the board, their territory now Yellow as well.

Perses looked up and grinned.

"Ah, heres the Elder. Glad to see you made it through the battle. You and Gravi sure tore shit up, as I heard."

He would nod to the other two men beside him, indicating they could go.

"Eos, you stay."

The woman who led Leon there would take a chair on the wall, flopping into it casually.

"To what do I owe the pleasure, Sudeki?"

Leon would follow nodding his head at the funeral pyres, a huge grin on his face. He'd give a small Sudeki prayer.

"May you find endless battle."

He'd continue following until they reached the tent. Leon would nod at his own guards for them to find places to be out of the way.

"Indeed, the exchange was exhilarating. I was even able to watch some of your fight with Redheart. Most impressive."

Leon would say at the comment. Bowing his head slightly, yet his eyes never left Perses.

"I come to you an Emperor without an Empire. My people now safely in space, my concerns fall to my troops. The Crows have defensible positions, but too hazardous to maintain. And even still my family is scattered about the planet. Yet as a claimed Emperor my concern must first fall to my people. I have thirty eight including the Empress. My numbers are too few to stand much resistance and too large to move over great distances. I hope to join with your standing military to assure their safety, as well hopefully earn a base of operations to find my children."

Perses grinned.

"Hell ya! God, such destruction. I loved it! Amazing, wasn't it Eos?"

Eos seemed uninterested, but commented anyway.

"You killed three men, and fought one for a long time. I killed twenty six. I win."

Perses waved her off, ignoring the kill count.

"Ah. So, Emporer Sudeki. Is it amnesty and an alliance you are asking for? Or are you wishing to join the new Titan army, and become part of the Colossi?"

He had to be clear...two VERY different things would happen depending on the choice.

"Mmm."

Leon would fold his arms and think on this.

"I need to hear my options laid out properly. What entails both actions?"

[David B.]

Perses half shrugged.

"I am willing to draft an alliance. You'll be brought into our Camp, and rations as well as tents, armor and weapons will be gifted according to the good will of our agreement. You'll be able to travel with us, and we will lend you aid and arms. Our forces total about twelve hundred at this point, but it grows every day with more and more deserters from the Titan traitors inside the wall."

Perses turned and opened a small case that glowed for a moment when he touched it, before they would get a glimpse inside, where a small tube filled with a strange green liquid rested.

"If you join the Colossi, you'll be injected with this. The titan source. You will grow to the appropriate stature, be given titles and position according your strength, which will grow with your new form. All of your men will be required to undergo this change."

Perses closed the lid.

"Either way, you'll need to declare war on the Titans inside the wall, as they are our enemies."

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would take time to consider this.

"An alliance would probably suit us better I'm afraid. My men aren't high on injections. However, we will lend our power and abilities to your cause. My men are trained for war, and prepared for it daily. If they weren't I'd of killed them myself. I myself have no love for the Titans in the Wall as the one I met killed me once already."

He'd shrug.

"I figured declaring war at this point would just be a formality."

He nodded.

"Very well then. You can set up on the south side of our camp. We are waiting for King Hyperion and the rest of the army to arrive before we take the vehicles back home. We have some medics available for you, and will see to your wounds. As for these Crows..."

Perses looked back at the map.

"I have been teasing the idea of annexing their territory and taking it from them. If I don't, Strike will be back with a much larger force, and we aren't here to help them. We came to help the Dragons. Things would be much less...distasteful, under the Kings rule."

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would approach and look at the map.

Closing his eyes he'd concentrate and open them once more with the Seikatsugan active.

"Not to question the capabilities of the current forces, but would taking the position of the Crows change much of the situation? Midgard will still return with ample forces to finish off these small portions of city practically over night. However gaining their forces would do us much more good. Basically let Midgard have the land, take the troops. Knowing how one of Strike's underlings thought, it's only a matter of days before Strike sends his Masked generals after The Wall. If not leading them himself."

Leon would look up with a huge grin.

"However, if you want to see a huge display of power, and Midgard does what I think it will do with my old territory, which is completely empty right now, we can blow them to kingdom come. I had a Merc do some business for me while I was blind taking Qi charged rock and scattering them about my territory. Well my old Qi was rather unstable, meaning that with my new Qi I could set them off in a massive chain reaction... It would obliterate his forces currently rummaging through my stuff."

[David B.]

Perses nodded.

"Its why I wanted to annex it. Declare it unsustainable, and accept their people and army. It would be much easier for us."

He looked about the map, then up at Leon.

"Your shitting me." He laughed. "Good god, you are a rash little Dragon. I like you. Lets do it."

Eos would roll her eyes, picking clean a nail with her knife, watching them both.

"How long will it take to get it done?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would move to the part of the map that was his old territory for the Lightning Tower and grab a few tacks. Looking at Eos and moving the hand about making sure she wasn't going to try and cut it off. He'd hopefully be able to see her try it with his three hundred and sixty degree view. He'd place three tacks down.

"I'll need to reach each one of these points. It will take me about two minutes at each pole. After which we have about another two minutes to get as far away as possible. Each pole is thirty meters apart, so within two minutes we need to be thirty five meter away from any of these poles. All in all I'd give the mission counter about ten minutes. After eight minutes the first stone I charge will explode starting the spider web of explosions."

Perses would watch the placements before asking a simple question.

"And how many men will you need to get this job done? Or did you plan on running it alone?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"I'll need four. Small efficient, can move quickly. Speed is key for this."

Leon would nod as he played the whole thing out at its worse scenario.
