A "Majestic" Walk (Rai, GM)

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon's face would light up a smile breaking across his face showing his sharpened teeth as his Seikatsugan activated from will power alone. Steam coming from his mouth as he turned with wide eyes to spot Raikotsu, pulling the punch back to his mock boxing stance with a slight growled exhale.

"It's never been meant to be a sneak attack... If you can't hear the bells."

Leon would burst towards Rai much faster than his previous punch.

"It's meant to cull the weak!"


Leon was excited, proud, and anxious. He wanted to see how far his nephew had gotten since the boy had started his training. Was he yet a man?

This time using all of his physical and mental abilities he would attempt to dodge the second punch be slightly angle his body and sliding his right foot back just a bit to help him become a smaller target, if successful he would retaliate with a punch of his own straight into Leon's gut and retreat immediately afterwards.

"If your intention is to 'cull the weak' uncle then you should look somewhere else!"

Leon's gut would be struck and Leon would begin chuckling slightly as he chased Raikotsu immediately as he retreated even going so far as to push against the fist in his gut reaching out to grab Rai by the face and drive him through a near by tree and then into the ground, except now Leon was laughing outwardly. Not mockingly, not as if something was funny, it was more, an uncontrolled laugh of pure excitement.

Rai was caught off guard with Leon's sudden charge but as soon as he realized Leon was reaching for his face he quickly reached up and made a swiping motion across his face activating his mask just in time as Leons hand came towards And then through Rais face. Thank God it worked!

But Rai had no time to rest he had seen Leon like this and he wasn't anywhere near clear of the threat. He covered his fist with with a mixture of his blood and the masks darkness energy and proceeded to attempt an uppercut on Leon. Successful or not Rai would attempt a hard kick into the inside of Leons calf muscle. Hoping this would be enough yo deatract him Rai again would try to put some distance between him and Leon again.

Leon would follow hihis grab through to move past Rai, before activating his body shield. Leaning back as quickly as he could all the way to the ground and off his feet onto his hands, still in motion sliding while digging his fingers into the dirt. Seeing the kick come in he would lift his feet over his head and kick off a tree jumping off it towards another tree trunk and again picking up speed using his strength, dexterity, and agility before coming in with a very strong mid section front kick.

If that worked he'd follow the kick through so he could use the same kicking foot as a forward stepping foot to throw a punch for Rai's face again.

When Leon start jumping around from tree to tree Rai knew it was a bad idea to stay put and instantly activated his masks aura state jumping up into the air he would start flapping his wings to gain as much altitude as possible flicking off his weights to get more speed. Then if Rai were able to get away from Leon's attack fast enough, he would transform his shadow blood fist into a whip and that he would attempt to whip Leon with having the whip phase through any tree Leon may try to hide behind that way it wouldn't lose any momentum or power when it hit Leon.

If the whip successfully hit Leon it would wrap around whatever part it hit and throw Leon up into the air as off balance as possible then Rai would swoop down and towards Leon's back and clasp his hands together and hammer fist down into Leon's back hoping to make him rocket back down to earth!

Leon was surprise by the whip for sure, and when it tossed him into the air his smile remained as he closed his eyes allowing the air to flow around him. Leon was most at home when fighting in the air. He may not be able to fly, but he knew how to direct himself, how to twist in the air and how to use momentum.

So when Rai came in Leon was completely prepared. Putting up his shield at an angle the hammer fist would simply put Leon into an intense spin made by Rai's own attacking power, Leon would aim an elbow from the spin for Rai's head.

The elbow to the back of Rai's head would be surprising and unexpected and he didn't even realized it happened until he hit the ground hard and his head started spinning. Shit.

Thats when Kuron would jump out of Rai's body hand "guns" armed and ready firing at Leon hoping to give Rai enough time to recover. If Leon came in to close Kuron would attempt to wrap around him and constrict like a snake, if not he would reach down and pick up Rai's training weights and charge at Leon swinging punch after punch at Leon using the weights as his fist!

If Rai was undisturbed for a moment or two he would stand back up and try to clear his head of the dark spots, he would reach up and feel his head and immediately notice that the skull was cracked and he was bleeding pretty bad. He would turn to look at Leon his vision going in and out. He needed to end this fight quickly...

Leon's spinning rotation's would cause his landing to be funky as he slid to a stop a blood bullet would cut into his left shoulder. Leon would hiss as he pushed back a bit to get his own baring using his Seikatsugan to try and predict blood bullet paths so he could advance and use his body shield to deflect others he wouldn't be able to dodge.

However he felt a kind of groove as his adrenalin flowed. Weeving forward only to be pushed back a little. Kuron had good spread control. Leon himself was musing at the possability of borrowing Kuron later for training in this exact thing. However Leon would leap forward putting himself in another spin pulling out one of his Tonfa's and hurling that sonova bitch as hard as he could hopefully straight through Kuron and into Rai's stomach. It had a force field around it so it would probably hurt a fucking lot.

Kuron would instinctively dodge the tonfa without thinking still aiming to punch the shit out of Leon. Rai however had enough time to realize the tonfa coming at him to hold out his hands coated with hardened blood in an attempt to stop it from hitting him. Upon impact Rai would shift his angle in an attempt make the tonfa fly off to the side of him which would work but at the cost of his right arm being broken and the force sending him flying backwards into a tree his had slamming hard into the tree. Rai would hear the sound of his skull being shattered as his had slammed into a hardened knob of the tree. Rai blacks out.

Raikotsu’s head was nothing but a bloody mess on the side of a tree, and Leon was busy dealing with a still moving, still sentient Kuron. It brought up too many questions, so the blonde would stop dodging and simply throw up his shield about his body so Kuron’s attacks did very little to nothing. Kuron would note the sudden change and stop striking away.

“Is there something on my face?”

Leon would grin as he looked to the limp marionette that Raikotsu had become against the tree, however a shadow tendril would explode from his side before slashing and carving the tree into oblivion. The force and speed of which Leon’s Seikatsugan had some distinct trouble following. It caused him to narrow his eyes as Rai’s body should have fallen to the ground. Instead it loosely stood and seemed to look about until the rotations of his head stopped on Kuron. Leon took a step back and to the side as blood and black tendrils impaled and snatched Kuron into the air, ripping the poor clone into multiple pieces as it was absorbed into the strings of power even before they had retracted back to the body.

Leon took a ready positon, unsure of the current situation. Rai by all accounts should be dead. His Seikatsugan had seen his heart stop. But there was a flow of energy coming from the mist turned mask. Like it was now using the body for its own purposes.
~Is it possible the masks are simply waiting for the host to die?~
Leon pulled his other Tonfa from its clasp at his side. However he had already picked apart his own thoughts, it was impossible logically, and the fact Kuron’s summoning was not interrupted meant Rai was in some way shape or form alive. No, this must be some form of defensive reaction to a dead host. The mask is symbiotic in nature, which means it requires a living host. He didn’t want to approach at this point, however he couldn’t let Rai out of his sight either. Could be dangerous as he doubted the mask could differentiate between friend and foe.

The decision was made for him as he sensed Rai’s Seikatsugan lock onto him. He side stepped as a point of energy mixed with the shadows and blood shot through his gaze and exploded next to him. The creepier part was the explosion had no physical repercussions. No concussion, no sound, just a slight change in the smell of the air… Smelled like death. Leon would take his transformation into his God form once more. The long black mane the tribal markings of red, the sharp teeth and nails. He also used his empathic mimicry to copy Yun’s Qi.

Why? This was a fight of survive or die right now, and Leon had no intentions of dieing here. He also didn’t want to finish Rai off if that was even a thing. He figured he just had to keep this thing preoccupied until Rai regained conciouseness… A day? Two? No problem. Leon would begin with firing a few aura sphere’s at the ground near the mask, knowing the blinding technique wouldn’t work against a Seikatsugan he figured it would at least soften the dirt from the explosions.

Then charging forward he’d create an aura sphere in his hand crush it and obsorb the energy into the arm before releasing it through the fingers of his left hand his Tonfa held in his right. He’d throw a right jab into the masked face of Rai’s body to jam the tip of the Tonja into its creepy face. It cracked as the impact resounded in the air. The thing slid back as two shadow tendrils burst from its back and jamming into the ground to stop it, four more erupted to meet their fellow escapee’s. Leon wouldn’t stop however, and keep up his charge. Firing one of the aura nails at the creature which deflected it with a tendril, Leon shot the other four in quick succession which all had their own tendril. Leon would leap towards Rai as the mask cracked again and opened a jagged mouth. Firing a concentrated beam of the dark shadows in the area, literally stealing them for a short moment. The beam would collide with Leon’s shield and throw him to the side and into some under brush. That was his lucky break, the unlucky one was that was strong enough to penetrate his shield a bit.

To make matters worse the masked Rai shot two of its six tendrils into the ground while the remaining four spiraled into off pillars coming from his back which appeared to bloom slowly to cylinders. They began syphoning shadow energy and it was charging a much bigger, much stronger attack.

“Fuck that.”

Leon hurled his remaining tonfa at that sonova bitch as he darted out behind it. The actual arm of Rai’s would try to slap it out of the away and succeeded in fucking the arm up, which by Leon’s count was now both arms. Leon charging his aura sphere hurling himself at the thing’s face to put the aura sphere right down its throat.

Plans without back up aren’t usually the best. As the masked Rai would use its other fucking arm to intercept the aura sphere, which Leon was pretty sure he broke to shit earlier! It didn’t change his plan though using his aura to clash against tRai’s he’d cause the two to go volatile and explode on themselves, as Leon took a trick from marionette Raikotsu and fired aura energy from his mouth. Landing a blow which sent Rai flying back, halting its energy gathering and causing it to shoot the ball of blood and shadow into the air. Leon thought he had sensed something off about it in the first place.

~It’s using the abundance of blood it gathered from Kuron in it’s attacks. Not even
using Rai’s own energy. Crafty bitch.~

Leon gave up on Yun’s energy and decided to use Aryn’s. Lighting up the only Qi Cig he had left cause of butt face from earlier he replenished his own energy quickly before taking a closed fist to his own palm to extend out a good black fire blade. Leon took the shield from his whole body and wrapped it in layers around his left arm. He could only take one step forward however as person sized black crystalized blood blades came chopping and spinning their way through the fucking tree line right for him.

Leon did his tricks from before spinning to avoid the oncoming objects, and even taking a slash at one to see if it cut or was just deflected. Luckily enough Leon’s energy was still higher. He looked up in time to note two blood hooks coming right for him, which he jumped over. He did take note of Rai’s body being pulled behind them as they sank into the ground. Rai’s body would grasp two of the large windmill blade sized crystals. Lifting them up and maintaining their solidity.

“Great.”

Leon created a smaller black flame dagger in his left hand this time keeping a sword and dagger style at this point. He urure exactly what was next or how it would go down.


~The black flames can burn water and even other flames. They won't stop burning until I tell it to... This fight can't go much further or I'm going to end up too injured to continue moving forward with my regular plans.~

Leon stepped forward, Rai's body hurled the windmill blades at him. Leon would extend the black flame blades as he swung them to slice through the windmill blades. Forcing Rai's body to jump, as soon as he did Leon extended the energy in a ball of black flame's to the ground and forced an explosion in a pillar of black fire upwards. Catching Rai's arm, Leon would charge.

When Rai's body landed it seemed to focus on the threat of the black flames attempting to smother the flames with its blood, Leon jammed his hand through the blood into the fire and cause it to explode. the quick burst would tear up Rai's arm, and blow both of them away.

Leon would slide to a stop, and hold his stance, looking for Rai through the smoke.

Thats when the smoke would seemingly be blow away as a huge shadow blood ball was formed, and Leon created a huge black fire and aura energy ball.

However Rai would be regaining consciousness.

As Rai came back to the world of the living, instinct would be the first thing to take over and that instinct was to throw the huge fucking ball of energy in his hands at the huge ball of energy across from him. But as soon as the ball left his hands that when his thoughts came rushing in. What happened?Whatsgoingon?WhereamI?DidIdie?WhereisLeon?Whatisthat?!WHATAMIDOING?!

So many thoughts rushing through Rai's head but they were just a cacophony of noises that he was unable to process and before he could even make an attempt to understand them thats when the pain hit him. He would collapse on the ground landing on a knee reaching out with his arm to stop his fall only to find out it was barely still attached, pain would shoot through his body as he hit the ground face first. The mask still active but something felt off... Still he would force as much energy into the mask as possible to make it began repairs to his body while he used blood to connect and seal as much as he could.

Thats when it would dawn on him he was in the middle of some sort of fight but he couldn't remember why. He would force himself to lift off the ground as best he could to look at the scene in front of him...
