Emily watched her work. For someone who seemed irritated at even being here, she did well working with patients. She knew what to ask, how to get them to be involved. Emily liked that. Having a medic student at the school wouldn't be so bad. No...having a medic student in the Pillarship wouldn't be so bad.
"How do you know so much about medical? Is that your intended major when you leave here?"
Best to learn a little more about her first, right?

Wren slipped the strap of her own bag loosely over her shoulder, narrowing her eyes in suspicion at the School Captain's question. ...Seemed harmless enough. But why ask?
"Paramedic." she said after a long, careful moment of silence. "Resolve trauma and move on. No attachments." Wren dipped her hand into her back-pack, pulling out a book titled OPTHAMOLOGICAL DISORDERS AND TREATMENT. "They never teach you useful stuff in school."
Of course, it wasn't her first choice of career, but now it seemed to be the only viable one.

A paramedic, eh? Emily had an idea. " If i offered you a little cash and our protection, would you be interested in assisting the Pillars with medical problems? I understand we're standing in a school hospital, of sorts but they require you stay here for a certain period of time and sometimes, as a Pillar, we don't have that long to waste here for something like a dislocated shoulder or a cut that needs stitches." She folded her arms, watching her. OOC: Had a longer post, lost it.

That earned the girl an eyebrow raise of interest. Cash, you say? Protection, you say? Slender fingers drummed lightly against her bicep.
"I'm listening."

She shrugged.
"Simple. I'll pay for all supplies, and I'll pay you once a month- one hundred bucks. On a salary of nothing, it's better than nothing. At the same time, you'll be a Member of the Pillars group without being one of the four, since I'm paying you to take care of us and all that. Having a Pillar sash will afford you some protection- We'll look out for you, no matter what. Fight the fights you can't or don't want to fight."
She'd wait to see how the girl responded.

Wren gave Emily a once over again, her eyes slightly narrowed as if trying to discern if the taller girl was serious. "Hm."
Seemed to be. Still, it was a little dizzying; Wren had been here a scant few weeks and was being approached for one of the coveted places among the student hierarchy. Sort of. Not an actual Pillar, more like an associate Pillar. Wren wrinkled her nose a little.
"...Keep the sash. Not my colour." she leveled her gaze up at the School Captain's, simultaneously pulling her phone out of her pocket and entering the passcode. Her fingers tapped their way to the New Contact screen and she handed it over to Emily. "You need someone looked over, send me a text. I'll come, if I'm not busy."
Her narrow shoulders bunched around her ears and then dropped back down. Whether that was acceptable to the Captain was up to her.

Em would nod and follow suit, whipping out her phone and trading with Wren. She'd punch her number in and hand it back once Wren was done, glancing at the male she left torn up.
"Right. Well...I'll be going."
And unless stopped she'd turn to go!

Wren nodded back, once and imperceptible, as her goodbye. She turned her heel and, after casting one final, withering glare over her shoulder at the young man who had only recently been unconcious, went off to her next class.

Emily looked down at the phone for a moment before she let out a sigh.
It was hard, sometimes, being her. Gathering allies. The leader of the SHCP was not wasting time bringing people into the fold and she had the personality to boot. School Captain wasn't just a title, for Emily. It wasn't something she used as a measure of her power. She needed to be in a position where she could help, while also being able to watch over the kids. Locking her phone, she made a mental checklist.
Raw fighter in Asiv, CHECK.
Healer in Wren: CHECK.
Intellectual to interface with the public in Melanie: CHECK.
Okay. She just needed one more Pillar....and her team would be complete once more. She started off, making her way toward the cafeteria to find a certain little man.
