Macbeth was the verdict, and rightfully so. The teacher would kindly hand Izzy and her fellow classmates the script for...Act II, scene I. Lavender knew little of the characters involved in the Macbeth play, but she could guess easily enough that the scene may involve the Macbeths themselves. If this was the case, then it would be reasonable to assume the Joker would play the role of Macbeth, and the Violet would be assigned the wife of course.
Lavender attempted to picture herself on the big stage, but all she could imagine was a midget in a Tiger costume surrounded by serious characters to whom she wouldn't dare challenge. Izhitza shook her head. She figured that the Teacher may issue a more comedic play in due time, so even if Lavender wasn't picked for a part in this performance, she would have a chance for later.
Izzy took a quick glance at the script before turning her head back to the front of the class. The teacher gave the starting signal.

EVEN WITH THESE CHAINS
you can't stop me Violet took a quick glance at the script, to be honest she wasn't all too familiar with Macbeth only through second hand accords and the praises of actors and actresses who had been around the play before however that wouldn't deter her in the slightest. A quirky little grin would pattern her face as she made her way off center stage, one hand on her script sheet whilst the other fiddled beneath her wig bringing down her blue locks. In a sluggish motion she'd manage to bind her hairs beneath and rather around her chin to form a faux beard in place and scruffily eject her jaw to make it seem believable.
"Who's there?" Violet would promenade making sure that she lay claim to the male role suggesting to force the jokester onto Lady Macbeth if he were cool enough to play along with the role reversal. Regardless Violet wouldn't even flinch if he protested merely continue on if he stalled long enough not to speak up in play.
"I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?" Just shy of screaming it out in a deep voice , pronouncing her hands in an artful flourish to exhibit her 'bloodied palms'. Oh yeah she'd nail it totally Macbeth.

Joker smiled at his fans and turned to see the Pillar leave the stage. He looked over his script then back at her. His eyes widened as she covered her chin in a mock beard. Damn her... He looked over his... her script again and did the best he could to imitate a female voice There was no way he was going to let her humiliate him. He could do that himself as well.
"Behold I am the female lead:
"He is about it. The doors are open, and the grooms do mock their charge with snores: I have drugg'd their possets." He flicked his no existent hair and put a hand on his hip looking to the Pillar to say her part.
'Who's there?'
He swung his hands out and jumped. He was supposed to be surprised after all. "Alack, I am afraid they have awaked, and 'tis not done. The attempt and not the deed confounds us. I laid their daggers ready; he could not miss 'em. Had he not resembled my father as he slept, I had done't." After having said his liner, he would bring both hands up to bite his nails nervously. Gotta sell the part.
'I have done the deed. Didst thou not hear a noise?'
He would turn to her with a smile on her face. She hadn't read the script. Obviously didn't know they were supposed to be in a room beyond a room of sleeping people. "I heard the owl scream and the crickets cry."
I sat at my desk and watched the two interact. Interesting choice having them switch roles. I liked it.

Lavender continued to watch from the sidelines(her desk) as the two Thespians made their magic with the greatest of Ecstasy. The role change was definitely a surprise. The outcome, however, was not as cringe-worthy as one might think. The two played the roles well(Although the Joker obviously had trouble doing s perfect imitation of the female voice, but what could a guy do?)
The teacher seemed very impressed, but had yet to utter a word since the start of auditions, or...whatever THIS is. That said, one would be wise to remember that the scene wasn't finished yet, or at least the play wasn't, so anything could happen. For the better, or for the worst.
Lavender turned to look out the window. Despite everything that happened earlier in the day, she was in a surprisingly calm mood.
(Sorry for the super late response! Work got in the way of things. I should be posting regularly for now.)

EVEN WITH THESE CHAINS
you can't stop me With a pause for but a moment Violet would stand there agape, her stature changed from her role to being but herself and make mention to the joker with demure confidence. "Woah you're really good at that." Mentioning of course his voice acting, perhaps to others it wasn't solid but she gave credit where it was due as most overly masculine personas might feel threatened by the swap. Vi grinned childishly turning to their crowd and instantly becoming flustered. Stage fright? Maybe? More likely she'd just lost her place and forgotten where she was quickly stammering with umms and ohhs as she pulled up the sheet before her face dropping it and scrambling her place marker.
"My hands are of your colour, but I shame to wear a heart so white!"
She'd managed somehow to skip the entirety of the scene cutting straight to the end. At least then she wouldn't have to bear the weight of a great many eyes on her attempting to collect herself.

I looked on and smiled briefly. The boy was good. Sure he didn't have a very feminine voice, but his stage presence was all that mattered now. He read through his lines and commanded his stage. When Violet answered, she was like a diva, until she stopped suddenly. She had lost her place before suddenly springing straight to the end of the skit.
The Joker boy stammered a few times before jumping to the end and looking over his lines. His gaze moved back to her as he waited for her to continue. It was still her line. If she didn't get the picture, he would calmly move to the teacher's desk and knock lightly before casting his gaze back upon her.
If she finally completed her line, he would allow himself to be dragged, if she dragged him, and finish his last line: "Wake Duncan with thy knocking! I would thou couldst!"
