Violet ~~~~~ | "Hmmm..." The first distraction worked and to her surprise a flitting grin would cross her face enjoying the brief instance of compelling power but then re-sheathed the instance of victory as Akihito managed to recover firing spuds away with precision. Damn was he determined. Violet narrowed her hues on the target slugging over to her own rifle feeling the weight of it as it hung loosely within her grip.
"It's a shame, I've never been interrogated." She'd let out a bright laugh before pulling the trigger feeling the minute recoil spring up missing her first target. Shoot. Hopefully he was thrown off more than her.

I shot three more times, intentionally missing and placed the rifle back down on the table. I stood back and watched as Violet loosely gripped the rifle and missed the shot. I chuckled low and short before stepping in behind her. I wrapped my arms around her and gently pulled the rifle up close the her shoulder so she would be able to see down the rear sights.
"You need to make sure you can see right. Always keep a firm grip on the rifle and don't pull the trigger. Try to lightly squeeze it. Pulling or yanking will throw off your aim."
Her hair smelled lovely. I liked the way she fit in my arms. I wanted to stay close to her but figured it wasn't my place. At least, not yet. I stepped back and let her fire again. If she missed again I wold offer to help her again.

Violet ~~~~~ | Violet's eyes would narrow in on the target, initially wincing at the miss with the matched noise that spurned off the recoil before feeling a pair of strong, warm limbs wrap around her. The first response was a flinch not quite so used to not being the one to initiate contact and better yet finding an oddness to it really with a chill running up her spine. But feeling the warmth in his words guiding, Violet eventually warmed up to the idea and loosened up her tense grip.

Three more shots ringing out against the targets and a gleeful expression on her face as she released hell on the unsuspecting and incapable targets. With her rounds expended the girl would twirl around still inadvertently holding the rifle barrel as it'd come full circle and everyone ducking in a panicked motion.
"Ooop... Sorry..." Quickly adjusting it to place out of the way so no one was victim to friendly fire. "Check it out! MY rockin' score!" The gleeful excitement would not be stifled, even as she noticed it was the exact same as Akihitos.
What were the rules to their bet if it was a draw? Hmm?

I noticed her jump as I wrapped my arms around her, but I held fast. She seemed to be alright with it, just surprised. After I stepped back and she shot, her score easily matched mine. I smiled as she spun and accidentally muzzle sweeped the area. Gripping the nose of the warm barrel before it hit my face, I grinned at her. I released it as she pulled it away and placed it back on the table.
"You have excellent aim, you just need to calm down and focus more. Don't let the world around you get in the way of your mission... No matter what it is."
I looked away, a slight depressed look covering my face before it vanished as soon as it had appeared.
"Hmm, a tie. I wonder what we should do about this. What do you think Violet?"

Violet ~~~~~ | Violet would shrug mildly to dismiss his claim that she was distracted by any means a slight mumble as she furrowed her brows and shirked about. "I wasn't distracted.. not one bit. Hmph." Protesting perhaps a tad bit too much before pivoting about leaving the gun at the table.
At the mention of their paired scores she'd shift her features to a look of sheer contemplation placing a palm to the base of her jaw thinking patiently.
"Well I guess there needs to be a tie-breaker silly." Sticking her tongue out towards a strength hammer figuring it'd be something he was good at right? Or maybe she'd just show off again with her bulging musculos!

I chuckled at her denial at being distracted. She was adorable. Just being near her was enough for me. I would be content no matter the cost of not holding her hand again tonight. I thought about the strength test for a moment before remembering her surprising strength when we almost fought the two thugs.
"I am quite sure you will win, my dear. But perhaps I shall let you win then. I shall succumb to your obvious superior strength and cunning."

Violet ~~~~~ | "Better not." Violet would tease back sticking her tongue out from between pursed lips as she mockingly pranced across the fray towards the machine offering up a small handful of tickets to the man postured lazily over a hefty hammer. Vi's eyes would size it up figuring it to be a fair bit heavier than a simple ordinary hammer but didn't want to feign away from an opportunity like this.
"Prepare to get squashed!"
She'd grapple the thing at its base having a bit of trouble despite her strength and would hoist it up to her shoulder before making a swing at the machine. To her surprise however it would not resound with an apparent 'ding' instead hitting only half way up the ringer. The old codger merely glimpsed at her with a smile as he stepped up to retrieve the hammer showing that there was a bit more than raw strength involved, it required a bit of form.... a hand at the grip and one at the neck of the hammer. Crap now she just ended up looking foolish. Vi would turn with a shrug to Akihito and simply grin "You're up."

I grinned at her, apparently I was not getting out of this. I needed to do my best. She hit it and it went about half way up... Was I supposed to do better? Should I blow it and let her win? No, she would know I didn't try my best and that would not be good.
I made my way to the man and hefted the hammer over my shoulder. Decent weight. I placed my hands about two feet apart and lifted the hammer above my head before flexing my biceps and bringing the top hand a foot and a half down mid swing before the hammer hit perfectly making the pin sail upwards and.....
"Get rekt!"

Get rekt was an accurate statement as Akihito blew her score out of the water, the bell ringing at the very top even causing the tower itself to waver for a moment really as the game attendant wavered watching with concerned eyes as though he would take off the second it tumbled below.
Violet would pause for a second with mouth agape and eyes still watching the top of the machine. It wasn't really until she became aware of Akihito that she'd turn beat red and shift over to him with a palm extended.
"Fine... You win.." Her eyes would waver over towards her palm and then to his still beat red wincing momentarily. "Fair is fair after all." A long drawn out gulp as she really wasn't prepare to delve into this sort of thing, she had never been in a relationship. Is that what holding hands meant? That they'd be together?
A little bit of panic flustered her as seconds before gripping his hand she'd recoil pulling herself into an inverted stature hands holding each other and eye contact made ferociously with Akihito.
"DOUBLE OR NOTHING!" She'd proclaim finally shooting out a challenging finger to him. She didn't really take account of what she was getting into here it was mostly out of panic.

I grinned victoriously as I took in her face after the tower Pinged!I had won, but her face changed as she offered me her hand. I was a gentleman after all. I had to do right by my woman. This time doing right meant I had to make her happy by NOT holding her hand. I gentle shook my head as I folder her fingers back and pushed her hand down to her side, inadvertently placing myself at an uncomfortable closeness to her again. Once more, she smelled lovely. I smiled down at her as her and took a step back, my warmth leaving with me.
"I think this thing is rigged. Why don't we play another? Anyone you want. Anywhere you want."
I offered the last as a whisper. She was so much like Kyoto. It made my heart jump and ache at the same time. I loved her and hated her for it.

Violet ~~~~~ | Vi would shoot him back a suspicious glare jutting her tongue out from between her lips as if she took his gesture of kindness as one of mockery. Shaking her head she'd place a firm palm to his chest as he leaned in.
"You're nothing but trouble aren't you Aki?" Glazing on a little bit of a flirtatious tone before motioning away from him leaving the boy room to give chase. She really liked this bit, this thing called flirting. Though more importantly she really needed to buy time to find another game to play, this time something she was sure she could win at.... though the stakes? It was more so the game she enjoyed playing.

As I leaned forward, I felt a hand shove me back by the chest. Did she think I was mocking her? Damn, I hadn't meant to. But then her tone, it was light, flirtatious. As if she were playing with me. Damn, she was good at this. I smirked at her and raised my hand to take hers firmly in my own, but she moved away again. Did she know how much she was making me want her more? I followed her and smiled to myself again. She would no doubt be the one to completely undo me again. I promised myself then and there: Nothing would make me think any less of her and nothing would be able to pull me from her.
"What game did you want to play next? I am sure you will beat me at most of these."
Kanojo wa watashi ga ataisuru ijōdearimasu...
