David was clearly out cold.
Thomas would shrug.
"It wasn't an entirely uncalculated risk. I have about a thirty percent chance of using it successfully- most people have ten. You had, I figured, around 80. Quite a bit better. And since you used it once, it remembers you so nothing to be worried about, eh?"
He laughed.
"When can I expect you to bring Mathew by for his lesson?"

"Mathew is busy in San Diego. I only brought David because he asked. We will see how far your ambition takes you."

He'd move back behind the counter, steam already rolling off the wounds that David had given him as they healed over.

Leon would stop as he opened the door at being called Dragon. Turning his head just enough to look back at Thomas with one eye.
"I'll be expecting a show."
With that he would leave.
