Alice 2.0 scowled.

"Once I take your soul, believe me- they will know."

She would square her legs and bring up her fists in a boxing stance, this time waiting for the attack.

Vincent 2.0, meanwhile, would swing his other plank for Vincent's skull as vincent swung for his ribs- likely causing both to get hit. The blow would cause Vincent 2.0 to stumble, but if both boards it, they would both shatter. He would smirk.

"Is that all? You'll never beat me like this...."

He's probably right too... How do you beat a carbon copy...? Well, while he would think, his head would ache a little bit from the impact, but at least his opponent's board was damaged. It's fine... I know what I need to do now... If Naruto ever taught me anything- Vincent clearly was not taking this battle seriously... It's to never give up! BELIEVE IT, BIAAAAATCH! Vincent would drop his board, straight up charging at his opponent by pouncing at him, trying to go for a tackle. At this point, the adrenaline kicked in, all pain was numb for the moment and his movements were going to be a lot more sudden. Hell, even the sudden pounce was sudden. If the pounce were successful, both would go onto the ground, Vincent would be ready to start strikes to the head.

Alice raised an eyebrow as she listened to the clone's words. As soon as the alternate version of her finished, the blonde began laughing, truly amused at her words. "Oh, darling, if only you knew~" she said, still finding sincere laughter and amusement from the other Alice's words. "I've had about enough of this. If you want to fight, you're going to have to come to me, love," the Daemon provoked, shrugging and placing her hands on her hips. She was still conserving her energy, and would attempt to wear out the other girl. She had no reason to fight the clone, after all. Nevertheless, her words were quite interesting. Really, if only...

Vincent 2.0's eyes widened, and he would turn and run- straight for Alice! the girl, fighting her clone, might not see him coming. Assuming she didn't, he'd aim to tackle her around the midsection, giving Alice 2.0 the opportunity to rush forward and punt-kick Alice in the head! Yeah, quick double team...might work out in their favor!

Having had her guard up, Alice saw the other Vincent coming at her and easily managed to dodge, crossing her arms and focusing on simply keeping her footing. "Seems I struck a nerve with you both. You're not real, so why not give up~?" Alice chimed, hoping that Vincent had heard her. He would be able to understand what she was getting at, hopefully. They had no reason to give whoever owned the two puppets the luxury of fighting the doppelgangers and entertaining him.

He would charge, quickly at his fleeing opponent before he would then stop in his tracks all of a sudden he met with Alice's words... They aren't real? They look it... And they certainly feel like it... He would still have his guard WAY high up with the adrenaline, but she was able to stop him for now. The next move, however was up to the illusions, who may or may not even react. What if they just disappear from that point. If they even WERE fake in the first place, Vincent had his doubts with the wounds that he received. Oh well, what did it matter to him now anyways? If they truly were fake, why were they even there in the first place?

They both seemed to shimmer!

"N-no...stop....YOU CAN'T-!"

With a pop like bubbles they both vanished. Suddenly, Alice and Vincent would see dozens of people surrounding them, looking at them like they were crazy. Incidentally, they looked like it- nobody else saw the illusions, so it looked like they were fighting and getting beaten up by the air. A student would walk forward and look at Vincent with some worry creasing his brow.

"You two....okay?"

The Regent was gone from the roof, already heading back down the stairs on the other side of the building. So...stage one illusions were not effective enough against the students here.

They would panic before suddenly... They were gone. The illusion was lifted, and a whole crowd was around them, looking at them as if they were insane. Perhaps they were. Oh well, he could play it off easily. I swear to drunk! I'm not god! Vincent would exclaim before then looking over to the guy, a smile on his face as he would then explain. What do you all think? We're in the drama club, and we have to practice. Sorry about that, were we too loud?

And just like that, the illusions were gone. It was satisfying, yet still somehow annoying to have the knowledge that she had fallen for such a thing in her current state. How irritating.
At the very least, she noticed that Vincent was managing to play it off, just as she had hoped. She might as well follow suit. "Stay in drugs, eat school, and don't do vegetables, kids~!" Alice joked, before giving a sigh and breaking character. "Eh, I need to work on my drunk acting a bit more, it seems. Oh well," she continued with a shrug, beginning to walk past Vincent and away from the scene. On the inside, she was still quite outraged about the petty trickery that had been used. Would she let that show? Definitely not.
