The War Never Ended (Open for all fighters Assignment)

He was no match for the speed and strength that Damien was now showing. But that didn't mean he was going to just take it passively. That had never been his way, he had overcome many enemies that were stronger than him in the past. Sometimes it was as easy and lasting past the first few punches. Other times it required some quick thinking and a bit of luck. But no fight was unwinnable. However, this is what he wanted. Something to push him, to force him to think and adapt.

The force of Damien's attacks would crack the stone surrounding his body, lifting him into the air. But he still had a trick up his sleeve. Using the force of Damien's own impact he alchemized the energy with the vibration focus he would normally use to attack. His armor would become his weapon, and as the stone shattered the shards would sharpen as they flew at Damien with his own killer intent.

No matter the outcome of the attack Eric would slam back from the blows, his body twisting mid-air as he worked on his landing. Spitting blood off to the side as he brought an arm up to wipe his mouth off.

Alchemize - Eric can combine two of his abilities with Alchemize to create a single new ability. (Can not surpass 125% Energy, Using Alchemize with two other abilities only uses 1 use through Alchemize its self)

Level 1: Stone Strike - Eric hits the ground and the shockwave sends out small pillars or projectiles of stone at his foe. 1/4th energy stat added to his attack.

Level 2: Stone Skin - Eric manipulates a thin layer of stone over his body to act as armor. 1/2 energy stat added to his defense.

Splintering Skin - Eric alchemizes the stone around his body and augments it with stone or metal from underfoot to reinforce it. Then combining it with the force of an incoming attack the armor splinters as shards of stone and metal shoot at his attacker. 75% of his energy stat added to his armor and attack.

[Damien Blaze]

As his blows hit Eric, the first that made contact (right hand) would glow, and he'd whip his left hand down and his energy sword dissipated, his left hand opening as a concentrated blast of energy would fire out at Leon, intent to smash HIS smug face and blow him away from Arianna. Damien didn't melt under the threat of his loved ones being hurt- harming them just pissed him off more. His right hand, meanwhile, would do the same thing at Eric- opening, and firing a blast of energy at him. Both of these would hopefully put a stop to Leon's antics and Eric's attacks. He'd reach up and wipe some sweat from his brow, the battle against two hardened enemies clearly not what he anticipated.

Whether his own attacks hit or not, Eric's would smash into him, causing him to stumble back as a few more cuts opened up on his body, one eye shutting as a stone smashed into his head above his eyebrow, spurting blood into it. Despite this, he didn't enhance himself further, judging his current power to be enough to handle the threat for now.

Ability 4: Transition Absolution - Damien can, after using Ability 3, push energy to his hands, firing condensed beams of energy with power and speed equal to energy.
Ability 6: Transfused Absolution - Touching friends or enemies, Damien can sense the persons energy and stack up to 1/2 their energy onto his own. May be used once per thread.

[Leon]

Leon would snarl as the blast came for him, slicing his blade at it and covering himself in a cage of Lightning to protect form residual impact. Leon would drop the cage however. His energy dropping rapidly. He'd look to his Qi shackles and then rest the back of his blade on his shoulder with a sigh.

"Funs over. Good fight everyone!"

He'd say as if the field of unconscious trainee's buried in their tombs could hear him.

His eyes watched as Damien filled himself with even more power. It was an overwhelming amount. But even still among all of that power, he could feel the small faint trace of his own energy that had tagged him again. Despite the direness of the situation he smirked. This was starting to get fun, he'd forgotten what this was like. He lifted a hand upward and the ground around his feet rumbled and ripped itself asunder at his command. The stone slabs that had entombed the others this time slammed around him as the blast ripped through them. The sharp shards of stone created in the blast exploded upward before flying toward Damien again.

Eric's clothing was ripped from the blast and lacerations were visible on his face and chest. Half of his face discoloring from bruises and the stench of burning fabric clung to him. But he still stood, ready to keep this going. Until Leon declared the fun to be over. With a growl of frustration, Eric flung his hand to the side, the stone shards piercing the tombs of those that were still trapped, freeing everyone from their prisons as he stared at the other two standing fighters defiantly.

"You're the boss."

It pained him to say those words. But they were spoken.

Stone Tomb - If Eric has struck someone with one of his elemental attacks he has left his magnetic signature on them. This allows him to activate it as a beacon to bring stone and metal up from the area to slam and crush the target adding his energy stat to his attack. Afterward, the signature dissipates. The attack is announced by intense tremors of the Earth as the rock and metal is ripped from the ground.

Self Entombment - Eric quickly constructs a stone tomb around himself to absorb a powerful attack before launching a counter attack at the targets he has tagged with his Qi. 125% Energy to attack and defense.

[Damien Blaze]

Damien tsk'd as the ground shook, not moving as the tomb erupted up around him again, his eyes on Eric. This one was more of a problem than he'd been lead to believe. Of the current non-titled' leadership, his resume was the least impressive. A few missions under his belt, average strength. Clearly, both were false. He had a battle sense that went far further than just a few missions and he had a steep power climb.

As the tomb came around him, Damien would erect a shield around his body which handily absorbed the blows- which were not just faster, but much stronger this time- before his energy sword would cut through the tomb and his left hand would blow the front out with a palm strike, which he had begun to charge into another energy blast when-

Leon called the fight.

That had to be a first. Leon was the bloodthirsty one, the Dragon that single handedly crushed new kingdoms. And he was stopping them? Still, the energy in his hands would vanish, and the steam rising up off his body would fade. He'd cough into his hand, soaking it with mucus and blood as more of the red liquid seeped from his nose.

"Good fight."

He'd shuffle over to Arianna, crouching next to her and lifting her body to take to the infirmary. Otherwise, he didn't look either of them in the eye.

Ability 5: Infused Absolution - Damien can create shields with defense equal to 125% his energy on himself, or on others. He can also form shields around enemy weapons, like swords and blades, blunting their impact.(edited)

A hand would rest on Leon's shoulder.

"You have another stint ahead of you for this. You know that, right?"

All parties would find their Qi's completely deactivated, a big bald man standing off behind David and Leon vibrating with energy himself. It was difficult, even for him, to contain this much power in one place.

"C'mon Leon, you've got another few days in Pier 14."

[Preston Salabim]

Preston was thankful to have escaped... all of that. He was kneeling down next to Roz with his ear hovering over her lips to feel her breath as he checked her pulse to make sure she was stable.

"You fought well."

He was surprised by how strong he was able to make himself. He'd need to remember to keep an eye on him. But with David here that meant there was little risk to the others, and it would be best for him to leave. He'd rather not hang around two named Dragons at the same time if he could help it.

So it was with that Eric would turn to leave the scene while they handled Leon.

[Leon]

The visible Qi shackles would fade into nothingness and Leon would nod.

"Yeah. Wrangle your brother in. He's not a member of Cabal. Either get him out, or put him in jail. He injured Cabal personnel."

[David B.]

"He is, actually. Joined a few days ago- while you were in prison."

He'd be cuffing Leon.

"You'd know these things, if you'd spent any time outside your cell."

He'd look at the back of Damien's head- but didn't approach him, instead leading Leon off.

"But don't worry. Now that we know he actually possesses the strength he does, He's going to be getting the same treatment we did soon enough."

[Arianna Barrial]

The sounds of scraping earth and blows we’re dim amidst the sound of her own pained and panicked breaths. Arianna was riddled and overwhelmed with pain, pain and agony that darkened her already dim eyesight. It was a special kind of hell to be buried alive, and the force of her heart slamming in her chest and her breath shortening even more.

The blonde doctor struggled against everything as long as she could, but she was out cold before the entombment was relieved, leaving a rather broken body limp in the sun, the weaker of the trainees unfortunate enough to receive the same punishment littered like the initial bodies on a battlefield.

Arianna didn’t stir as she was picked up, hardly making even a sound.

Preston would be rewardedRoz's ragged breathing in his ear! From the way her right arm hung at an odd angle, it was safe to say the limb had been broken, and there were bruises that peeked out from the hem of her shift that had been dragged up when he'd carried his partner out of danger like a true hero.

Definitely still unconcious though.

Thankfully Leon and David were focused on each other and to a degree Damien. It would allow him to leave the scene before anyone became concerned with him. Overall it was a bust, but at least he got to see how strong the other Blaze Brother could be. It was better than nothing.

By showing loyalty to Cabal the wearer may summon a lesser form of a Dragon's sword. Words seem to sprout from their mouth of their own will. The only incantation the ring has learned so far is;
"E ehjuga dra Mekrdhehk Tnykuh" - This summons the blade of the Lightning Dragon. This blade adds 1/2 the users ENG stat to the wielders ATK stat. This lasts four posts and can not be knocked from the wielders hand. This changes all damage types the wielder does to 'Lightning' type.

The duo that was David and Leon would eventually come face-to-face with a cross-armed woman who lifted a brow, very pointedly.

Very slowly.

And then...her arms lowered. Or, started to. And then she slammed her fist into Leon's schnozz.

Because she fucking could.
