It wasn't like it was planned, it just suddenly happened, and Jacob had no control over it. You see, a kid had stolen a random teddy bear in the teddy bear section, and it just so happened he dropped it while a security guard was chasing him. Jacob grabbed it to give it back to him, and the security guard accuses JACOB of being an accomplice to the crime. This just wouldn't work, and then suddenly when Jacob said he wasn't going to go down to the office for being falsely accused for a minor crime to begin with, the security guard attacked him! Obviously he was very stressed about not getting his daily dougnut that morning.
It began with a few deadly punches, Jacob dodged them with ease, even city security wasn't a thread for him. Jacob went for a jab, nailed the guy in a face, this was now self defense, he had been attacked three times. Besides, it wasn't like he would get into too much trouble, this was an alternate world where things like this could be done more often.
ANYWAYS! Jacob grabbed onto him after the jab, and the security guard was stumbling back. With that, Jacob would toss him hard into one of the shelf isles, causing an army of Barbie dolls to topple down on top of him, and knocking him out for the count for the moment.
That was when an army of fat came, three more security officers defending their fallen comrade!
Cutting through the boring cliche fighting!
All the guards were annihilated, lying in a line against the same isle with the fallen Barbie dolls. Jacob stood there, wiping off his white t-shirt which was dirtied up by their disgusting hands that rubbed against it. After that he let his hands move the few brown bangs dangling in front of his face out of the way, and that is when he noticed a crowd looking at him like some sort of genetically mutated freak.
"Well, this isn't good."

The sight before his emerald orbs was definitely amusing. Yes, Sevren got much entertainment from watching fights. And this one had definitely been interesting. Hell, if he had it, he would have happily sat there and watched, a bag of popcorn in one hand, beverage in the other. But no, he wasn't lucky enough to have such novelties at this time. Oh well.
But hey, he was bored, and when he got bored, he got crazy ideas. The thrill seeker he was, he wanted to have fun. He needed his daily dose of adrenaline, his blood had to pump at some point! And this boy, the one who had destroyed the security guards without much of a hassle, the savior of his, the one to save him from dying a horrible, lonely death by boredom, would serve as his nurse, so to say. He would be injecting his adrenaline.
Of course, Sevren had decided this on his own. He hadn't actually asked him if it would be alright to attempt to kick his ass. He didn't need to ask! This was America after all! He would get what he wanted, when he wanted it! And to war he would go, his hands unclenching themselves as he situated himself on a course directly aimed for his hero of the day.
Well, his weapon of choice today wouldn't be his fists, at least at this time. Nope, instead it would be the bright yellow and blue nerf bat he had randomly picked up from one of the many shelves he had passed as he walked the store in a haze of boredom. Of course it wouldn't be the most-deadly weapon, but hey! It would be fun to use! And it was still hard enough to cause some pain! Besides.. He didn't plan on using it long. Just for the first few attacks... Maybe..
Pushing aside one of the members of the onlooking crowd, Sevren would begin his mad dash toward his opponent of choice. The nerf bat resting lightly upon his right shoulder, held in that same side's hand. His eyes narrowing as he smirked. The savant's superior grip helped propel him as he ripping his path directly toward Jacob with no warning. Once within his his extended range of 3 and a half feet, he would attempt to swing the nerf bat, aimed to pain the lower back of his opponent, his main target was his opponent's left kidney, though he wasn't sure if he'd be able to hit it if his opponent reacted.

If this was any normal situation, Jacob would of been screwed, and there was no way he could predict this attack. Unfortunately, the crowd of people making sound instantly gave away someone was about to attack Jacob. He slowly spun around on his feet to see a crazy wild man holding a bat going right toward him from the side of his eye! He didn't spin any further once he was in vision, letting his eyes wander off toward the crowd getting a good timing on when the guy would attack. Unfortunately for Serven, he could hear the guy's thoughts, so he would know exactly when this guy would be swinging. That was the plan, force him to attack to get a good idea on how quick he is with his attack speed, no need to give away that he was aware that the guy was coming just yet.
Soon enough, the bat swung, and Jacob let himself spin and jump the opposite direction the bat was swinging. If Serven was charging forward, he would be running right past Jacob right about now, if not, then he would be having to turn to face him, either one would give Jacob enough time to spin and face Serven with ease. He would stand calmly, staring with that casual smirk of his, another fortunate thing on Jacob's side would be that this was a planned attack. He couldn't of done that naturally, but seeing as to how this guy was planning to take Jacob while he was facing away from him, it gave Jacob a good hint toward pulling off this remarkable counter.
Jacob wouldn't talk, the smirk was mocking enough to get Jacob's point across about what he was thinking. It was him non verbally bragging that he just one upped Serven, and for most people, this would cause them to get easily frustrated. On the other part, it was a dare to force this guy to want to attack again, after all, Jacob could have fun too!
"Let's see if this guy can give me the rush I've been needing since I got to this city."

Sevren's attack would miss as the boy managed to dodge it. He wouldn't get frustrated, at least not yet. He felt the only real reason he had failed there was because of the crowd of people that felt the need to let his motions be conveyed to everyone within hearing range. Damn loud people! But instead of attacking, the 'victim' of his simply stood there and smirked. This didn't really aggrivate Sevren either. He often did the same thing, simply to cause his opponent to become frustrated, or weirded out. Sevren wouldn't allow that to happen to himself.
He would take a few more quick steps, this time the swing of the bat would come from the top. The only real difference? His hand would release at the last second. What did he aim to do with such a tactic? He hoped the boy wouldn't have expected the weapon to be released and sent flying like a bullet toward his forehead, as if it was a dart flying true to nail a bullseye.
Obviously, he deemed his opponent only semi-retarded at this time, as he had evaded his first attempt at an attack. Semi-retarded was good! He felt the boy was going to be able to dodge the bat, hopefully, and that wouldn't bother him either. If the bat hit, it was obviously a plus on his part, but if it didn't, it wouldn't kill the mood for Sevren just yet. That smirk still placed upon his lips, he would rush foreword after the bat was thrown and once in range, he would jump high and fast, his feet would be thrown out infront of his body, heels aimed to slam against the boy's chest. A wrestling move! Wahoo for dropkicks! He twisted with the kick slightly, so he would be able to rotate his body adn land on his hands if the blow connected.
Even though the fight was still young, Sevren was having fun. He knew this would be different then most other fights he had been a part of. He knew he would be able to get a bit more from this. And that pleased him already. Hell, he had nothing against the boy he was fighting, and he wouldn't hold any grudges against him after it was over with, atleast if he did, it wouldn't be the kind where he felt he needed to kill him, or do whatever possible win. He would simply challenge him again and again. Sevren was stubborn after all, when it came to something he really wanted. And winning was it.

"So he's going to throw it?"
Once again, Jacob's ability to read minds would save him from an attack that might prove fatal to some individuals. Of course, he can only read the planned moves, but the planned moves were the ones that could truly be troubling. He had a good reaction, so impulse moves weren't much a problem to deal with either to be completely honest. When Serven charged, Jacob simply put his arm out as soon as the bat was thrown, letting it deflect against the palm of his hand. It didn't hurt, it just fell right on the ground, and soon after Jacob was met by an attack.
Now Jacob was fast, but he wasn't The Flash or anything. With that said, he would be able to simply dodge this attack, but countering would be a no go. To be honest, he wasn't expecting a follow up just like this, and was more of set on something like a hook punch or a jump kick, not a foot thrust toward the chest. Both of his eyes widening slightly, and the smirk only growing wider across his face. Then, the unexpected would happen, Jacob would instead of dodging, take a large step back where the kicks momentum would die down a bit, and slam the lower portion of his chest.
Yes, that's right folks! Jacob would let it hit! After the attack, Jacob would be forced to stumble back a few feet at his surprising strength, and would then be able to calculate what to do next. Now he knew how fatal it would be to let an attack hit full force, and he was going to make sure that did not happen.

The bat had been deflected as Sevren predicted in a sense. He had a feeling that it wouldn't hit, but of course that didn't matter as it had distracted the opponent long enough for Sevren to hit him with the dropkick as he had done his best to sneak it in. The boy stumbled back, and Sevren simply caught himself before he hit the ground hard. He would push himself up, turning to face Jacob as he did. Something about this kid made him know this fight would be good. Though he still didn't see much action from the boy himself. In fact he hadn't seen the boy try to do anything yet.
A bit puzzling, yes. But not something for Sevren to sit there and think about. No, he would keep at the pace, rapid attacks would suit him for now. He would throw as much as possible, cause as much damage as he could. After all, his conditioning from running, working out and such had kept his body in great shape, and his energy level high. He could last for quite some time, even if he was severely damaged.
Not even hesitating since he had faced Jacob, he would charge him again, this time his right hand would hold close to his body as his left led the charge slightly. When he entered striking range once again, his left arm would pull back a bit, his right arm pushing foreword again as if he would strike directly for the boy's chest. That right arm would once again pull back quickly, allowing Sevren to put more momentum into bulleting his left hand downward slightly, aiming to slam his palm against Jacob's gut.

Serven charged again, and Jacob was ready this time quickly coming with a strategy that would throw Serven off course for sure. Instead of waiting for Serven to attack, Jacob would counter attack early, after all, that is something that isn't seen as often and is a larger risk most people don't like to take. It is commonly used during charge attacks, and this seemed like a good time to use it. There for, once Serven got into striking range, which would be a longer range for Jacob mainly because he planned to use his leg, as well as had the height advantage, he would strike quickly.
Jacob's right leg would quickly shoot up, planning to slam hard into Serven's gut, and it was sent at a quick speed. It was meant to completely halt Serven's momentum, or to at least divert him off course allowing Jacob to get his leg back in time before it caused to much damage. Now Jacob had yet to decide rather he would let the kick sink in or quickly retreat it, that depended on where it hit, and rather he wanted to add that extra pain to sink in or not.

The range between the fighters was too close for Sevren to completely dodge or counter the blow, atleast without taking damage. Jacob felt his opponent's kick land sdquarely upon his gut. Air rushed from his lungs as he took the blow. Instinctively, Sevren's arms had pushed foreword a but, acting as quickly as he could, his arms would attempt to hug Jacob's leg. Jacob's kick may have been meant to stop momentum, but Sevren would have thrown his weight and momentum from running into it.
Even if the grab had somehow now managed to get ahold of Jacob's leg, Sevren's body would have forced Jacob's leg to be pushed backwards, and seeing as his leg was fully extended foreword, there was a good chance Jacob could injure his leg at his hip, where the limb attached to his pelvis area.
Having acted rather instinctively, he hadn't had much time to act, but if he had managed to hug his opponent's leg, he would then and dived foreword into the little body tackle, aiming to force Jacob back harshly, and to the ground, again, his full weight landing hard upon him. If everything went as he wished, Sevren would land hard upon Jacob, his shoulder digging into Jacob's chest, and continuing in that direction, Sevren would hope to roll foreword over him, and then onto his feet, stopping just inches before one of the large shelves carrying many of the odd toys youngsters just seemed to love these days.

Serven would soon be finding out that Jacob was very light on his feet, and had a fluid motion when he went for the kicks that he made. Feeling his attack not hit dead on meant that Serven would probably still be mobile, and not have the air knocked out of him. This meant digging in was not going to work, so Jacob already planned on retreating. He had it where his toes were pointing directly at Serven in what would seem to be a ninety degree angle, and then hopped on his free leg to go backward and avoid the grab. Due to the hugging motion, it would be harder to wrap around Jacob's ankle area than a normal grab, basically due to speed issues, so Jacob would be able to get out just fine.
It was landing that would be the hard part. As soon as Jacob had escaped from Serven's grasp, a hard feat to do, and only by a few seconds, Jacob found himself wobbling trying to get his leg down as quick as possible. This inbalance of his could easily be taken advantage on from his opponent, we're not saying that Jacob won't be able to dodge for what comes after to him, but it would be sure as hell hard for him to figure out a counter at a situation like this.

Sevren's grab would miss, not by much, but it would miss. And the boy had dodged again, once again there was no attack to follow his dodge. Was he just trying to aggravate Sevren? He couldn't be for sure, but he wasn't going to flip out just yet. He would simply have to try a bit harder. Seeing as the boy only jumped backwards, Sevren would continue to run foreword.
Relentless was what he was going for, so instead of pull his arms from their currently crossed position, he would tilt his head a bit to the left, and thrust his right shoulder foreword. Seeing as the boy was off-balance, he was hoping he would be able to slam his shoulder into Jacob's chest and knock the boy backwards into the shelf. Sure, Sevren would be going with him, but at least if it all worked out how he wanted, Jacob's body would be his padding, though it wouldn't be much better then actually hitting the shelf.

Unfortunately for Jacob, there happened to be a toy that was dropped on the floor from earlier some random time that he tripped on trying to get balance. This horrible luck caused him to tumble over while Serven was charging at him, and he would be colliding hard onto the ground. That would normally be considered bad luck, but Jacob oddly had a karma issue when he had fights. Both of his eyes widened, and he let his arms quickly shoot out to grab himself on the ground, this would allow himself to be caught. Though the quick movements of his muscles likes this made them burn slightly in pain.
"Shit... that was not cool."
Now what would be going on for Serven's side? Well, he was probably going to trip over Jacob. The plus for him, he would be able to catch himself on the shelf. The down side, Jacob could rull away and escape. Now stepping on Jacob wouldn't really work because Jacob's legs wouldn't be on the ground by the time Serven would be tripped, if he did trip, which was expected to happen.
Pretty much, the whole round would just be a huge exhaustion of energy for both of them, and that was not good. Don't worry though, as soon as Jacob regained his composure, he planned on kicking this fight up a notch!

Sevren wished he didn't have such shitty luck from time to time, or that others wouldn't get so lucky themselves. He had been all set on body tackling Jacob, but instead, Jacob would fall, leaving Sevren no choice in what he could do. Stopping wouldn't happen, as he had no time. So instead, he would stumble and trip up, all he could do was shove his hands foreword and hope the shelve in front of him could hold his weight.
His hands would slam against the weak metal of the shelf, the sound errupting was incredibly loud. Sevren was simply glad that the shelf had been able to hold up. And thats when he realized that the shelf section was beginning to move. To fall away from Sevren. His eyes would widen as he pushed off the shelf, only speeding it's decent as he was soon hit by a mound of familiar toys. POKEMON! OMGZ! Yes, the shelf he had slammed into held every kind of Pokemon toy ever thought up! Plushies! Action figures! Cards! Everything! And EVERYTHING just happened to be falling ontop of his head now.
"Gah!"
Shielding his head as it rained Pokemon novalties, his eyes widened as the initial shelf section that had been knocked over would soon cause a domino effect. That shelf fell and slammed into another section, and so on, and so forth. Sevren, and the boy he was fighting were in even more shit then they previously were.

While Serven was falling, Jacob was rolling, and when he just happened to finish his roll, he found a Pokemon alvalanch being aimed right toward him. Sheiling himself by playing both his arms up, the Pokemon wave began to pummel Jacob repeatedly, and completely burry him inside the endless amount of toys. It didn't really hurt to be honest, but it was annoying and hard to get up from it all. When the barrage of the Pokemon finally stopped, and Jacob had truly caught them all, he began to slowly make his way up letting his right hand wrap around a plastic Pokeball on the ground.
Soon, he was crawling to his feet, and he threw the Pokeball with full power right over at Serven's head. This would make it where he would be nailed if he turned around and nailed if he didn't. If he didn't get nailed though, which was possible, he would be too busy dodging to worry about Jacob. With that said, Jacob would have enough time bought to get back on both feet, and that was what was important at the moment.
"I always have hated Pokemon... I knew it would just get me in trouble some day... Looks like my prediciton came true."

After the downfall of almost the entire pokemon section, Sevren gave a small sigh of relief as he hadn't been hurt during the whole thing. Sure, he had been hit, but they were just toys, most of the soft, then hard. And thats when he brought his hands down and away from his head and quickly turned to face the boy that had helped cause such a huge mess.
His eyes would widen at the sight of the bluring white and red ball as it was whipped through the air. Sevren hadn't had much of a chance to avoid it. As he hadn't expected anything like that to come flying at his head. BAM! The plastic ball collided with Sevren's unprotected forehead, and snapped in half, allowing a cute little charmander pokemon to fly off in a different direction.
"For fucks sake!?"
A single hand would lift and slap against his forehead as he shuffled sideways through the large pile of shit on the ground. Finally, when he was free of the pokemon, he would stop. Being a good 6 or 7 feet away from Jacob now, he would stop this time, instead of charging right in. He was sick of attacking, only to miss and then not have anything thrown at him. It was Jacob's turn to attack..
"How about.. You come over here.. and actually try and hit me!?"

Back on his feet, Jacob let his head rotate around, stretching out his neck and stuff to get ready to continue going. He actually was planning on attacking, but he then realized that he could barely move around without tripping in the Pokemon toys, and stopped himself from moving forward. Before Serven could even finish his last comment though, Jacob already knew what he was going to say, he could read minds, he had special powers!
"Hit you!? I don't even think I could get over to you after you fucked up and knocked all these toys over!"
Jacob pointed out, the only reason he yelled was the fact that the whole store was now in chaos. People were yelling over the shelves which fell over and the such, and that made hearing hard to do. It wasn't like Jacob was mad, he just wanted to make sure this guy was clear on what was going on.
Moving his head, giving a head signal toward the direction outside the isle, Jacob began to turn around and go there. It was up to Serven to follow, or attack while Jacob's back was turned again, either one Jacob was fine with. Sadly, moving was hard and Jacob was trying to walk around all the toys without tripping on them. Once they were out of the isle the fight would continue, for now, Jacob just wanted to get away from all the Pokemon, it honestly freaked him out.
