She lay a hand over her chest, jaw dropping slightly as though he'd broken her heart by telling her he'd wait.
"Way to break a girl's heart, John." She chuckled and waved him off. "Enjoy your paper trail." Gods knew she didn't enjoy hers.
Leaving him alone, she'd head off to where her new sword awaited!
